• Guest (7/5): Pihenés - Jó helyen található a szállás. Minden a közelben van amire szükség van. A konyhai felszereltség hiányos. Az ágy kényelmetlen és az összetolásnál szétcsúszik, ami páros foglalásnál nem a leg ideálisabb.

• Jozsef (4/5): Till the cleaning is a joke, can’t recommend this place - Great city center location, nice staff The bed sheets were dirty, the towels smelling bad and TV remote controller so dirty that we only touched it with a plastic bag. The room heating comes from AC unit which needs to be on all night to keep the location warm.

• Maria (7/5): Very suitable for a few days in Debrecen, for 1, even 2 people - Location. Plenty of plugs and good Wi-Fi Noise (loud chatter, comings and goings) from surrounding rooms until the early hours of the morning (3:00 a.m.) Tobacco smoke coming from the neighbours across the hall. It was not possible to sleep in total darkness due to the lack of blinds and the street entrance light on all night.

• Юрій (5/5): Stay in Debrecen, August 2022 - This property has a great location. The Cathedral and Forum shopping mall are just across the street. There are lots of coffee shops around. The first suprise was strict check-in policy, not specified in a description. Here is a quote from the message I received from the owner. ... "The previous guest is obliged check-out until 10 am, so even though we can give the keys at 10:00 am, room cleaning up is guaranteed only until 14.00 hours. After 16:00 arrival is possible, but you have to write about it a note. Otherwise, we may sell after 16:00 your room again.  If you arrive between 16:00 and 21:00, you have to pay 5 Euro additional charge. After 21:00 the check-in​  is not possible". Our train was late and I had to ask the owner to let us in after 9 p.m. Secondly, if you want to use the air conditioning, be prepared to be charged extra 1.000 HUF per day. Finally, our room was not tide enough, perhaps because of routine cleaning.
