Position was fantastic, view was great, had everything we needed pretty much. Had a very cool vibe about the place too. No powerpoint in the bathroom 3 shelves where some coffee cups are were very dusty. Perfect otherwise.

• Dean (8/5): Weekend getaway - Great location with a modern upmarket look Floor needed coverings as was very cold to walk on. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash was empty in the shower. For a upmarket stay some type of streaming service would be expected
• Alan (2/5): Expectations were high but experience has been very disappointing as the room very dirty and basic facilities not workin - Basic breakfast included and comfortable bed. The WiFi did not work at all during our stay on all our devices. And we had a very humid room as the extractor was not functioning properly. All the washing gel, shampoo and hair conditioner dispensers were empty so not able to take a proper shower. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with drawers uncleaned, cigaret buds between the sofa cushions and pet hair on the sofa and carpet plus many spider webs in the room.

Brad is super friendly and helpful, offered us very fresh fruits and many choices of breakfast. In stead, the location of this boutique is perfect, just beside the ocean. Highly recommend!

Rain shower was fantastic. Great feeling of space with floor length windows to deck. The breakfast was so disappointing. It was a hostel style breakfast. I was expecting a boutique breakfast for the price.
• Bec (8/5): Lovely place in a convenient location with a friendly host. - Convenient for shops, restaurants and our general needs. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Dog friendly. Lake view was nice with beautiful sunset while we were there. Host was great. Unfortunately noise could be heard from other guests and traffic on the highway. More fruit and yoghurt for breakfast would be great! :)

• Alexandra (10/5): We enjoyed our weekend away and Brad was such a welcoming and friendly host. He made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. - Brad was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, bed was comfortable and location was excellent. A 10 second walk to the yacht club or the pub. Would definitely return! The wifi connection was weak however this didn’t affect our stay as we were mostly out and about. Everything was great.

Quantity for three people was extremely less. Especially when you’re travelling with young child. Main reason for choosing property was breakfast and was quite disappointing. Air-con needs a servicing and ceiling fan makes a funny noise. Sensor light blinking in a room through out the night.Bathroom steam fan not working. My daughter didn’t sleep for whole night.

• Michael (9/5): Lovely night's stay! - Such a scenic location! We were offered the garden suite, which is more comfy for the 3 of us. It has a good-sized sofa bed and a king-sized bed. Our suite looks out to a peaceful little garden. The kitchenette comes with everything we need for a good breakfast, which came presented in a lovely breakfast tray the day before.

Enjoyed every part of the stay here. Nothing I didn’t like but yeah, wish this place was closer to the CBD. Having said that, it was worth the travel.
