• Mzvi (9/5): Great apartment, terrible service pay attention to check-in and check-out procedure and office hours - The complex in which the apartments were located is pleasant, closed from the entrance of other people, a lot of greenery, fantan. The windows of the apartments overlook the inner park. The area is crowded and cool, many restaurants / cafes, close to the center. The apartments themselves are much better and larger than in the photos, a giant studio with a large table for 4 people, a huge dressing room with special compartments for storing various things (even jewelry and shoes), a huge bathroom. Great central air conditioning! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, washing machine. I felt very comfortable and pleasant there. Service is terrible! Especially the story with the keys!! (I have already seen several of these reviews, pay attention to this!!) Before the trip, I received a message that the keys were waiting for me in the office near the apartment (it was written until 21, so I was not worried), but when I got to the place it turned out that the office was open until 19 and I had to go back to the second office at the central station . Tranway lines were under repair, so I had to return 15 minutes with a suitcase on the subway, and then go back. It was terrible! Then I left my card details as a guarantee that I would not break anything, the list of things for compensation was huge, and when I entered the apartment it turned out that there were already a lot of broken things. For example, the left window was without a handle and did not open, but did not close either, the clothes dryer was broken in several places, the cabinet in the bathroom was falling apart, the hair dryer was old and cracking. These little things were compensated by the room itself, but the story with the keys is simply unacceptable. On the check out from the apartments there was the same story with the keys. I was told to leave the keys on the table, I left them, and when I approached the gate, I realized that I had to open it with the same keys that I left on the table, and to return I had to open the building below, with the same keys!! I was very lucky that at 4 in the morning a security guard walked around the territory, he let me out. If not for him, I would have missed the plane. After 22 on weekdays and on weekends no one will help you and will not answer your messages.
• Juliana (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, lots of stuff around, convenient to the metro, and close to people I was visiting. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.
• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - The property is located in a beautiful part of town, with many things to do and see. The place was spacious and had everything we needed, also the complex it is located in was very pretty and well kept.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - clean and light apartment in a nice condominium with a quiet yard. Great location, we’ll-equipped, Even the Household chemicals are provided. Unfortunately it was a bit cold in the apartment and it’s was impossible to improve it because of the central heating and a/c didn’t work. I kindly recommend to add wine glasses to the equipment
• Emma (5/5): Passable - The property had a great location and the appartment was very clean. It is located in a secured residence. Everything we needed was available, towels, shampoo... We arrived later then 22:00, so we needed to find the keys in a hidden location. The property had sent us a wrong video of where the keys should be, as a result of which we couldn't find them. It was 23:30 and we could not contact the owners, because it is a company and the number goes straight to voicemail when you call after 22:00. This resulted in us needing to find a hotel where we could spend the night in a city we had never been before at midnight. The day after, we tried to make contact with italianway, but they didn't reach out, so we had to go to their office ourselfs. After that they did appoligize and refunded the night, and we spent the rest of our 2 day-trip in the appartment. Conclusion: It is important to know for sure you have the right information and to know that you cannot contact them during the night.

• Christoforos (5/5): Passable - The room was in the Navigli area and the surroundings of the building were quiet. The doors were not closing well, resulting in heat loss and cold in the bed as it was near the doors. Bathroom lavabo was blocked and water did not go down so we used the kitchen sink to wash face and teeth. Heating and lavabo was fixed on the third day -by a very courteous guy- so we had only the centralised heating for a few hours each day. Overall, a not so good experience. We are still recovering from the cold.

• Gary (9/5): Superb - Location, gardens One broken wine glass, microwave had to be moved onto the stove top as there was no power outlet nearby, shortage of cooking utensils, damaged fly screen to both window doors, damage to wall where entrance door handle had hit it, shower tray flooding because outlet blocked, no hooks on walls or inside shower to hang things.
