Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apt was great, better than the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Too bad the pool was closed (which they informed us about prior to the trip)
- Debbie (8/5): Great getaway - Great service from Gina at property management company. The place was a bit dated, but clean, and tons of space. It had everything you could need including parking, and a great complex with nearby pools, community centre etc. We loved our stay.
- Denise (10/5): Nice stay - Loved our stay!roomy 2 bedroom condo with views of the desert. Tennis and jacuzzi was easy access, beautiful grounds.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Other than emergency, no service over weekend. wifi password doesn't work over the weekend. Too bad. If toiletries 'depleted', too bad, you need to pay extra. if you don't like to take out trash, too bad, you could be charged for not doing that.
- RE (6/5): - Location to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens is very close, 10min walk. This was our main motivation to choose this property.
- Rene (10/5): - Great place for Ironman event! Right down the street. Easy check in/check out, huge condo with the necessities, and we loved the rooms because each had a king bed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that has all the comforts of home.
- Bryan (6/5): - Liked Desert Breezes as a community, but the place we stayed was not as described. They told us the unit was updated, online it states the square footage as much more than what is true. It was quite expensive on a per day basis for what we got.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and very spacious!!! Washer and dryer in unit. Furnishings in excellent condition. Grounds beautifully maintained. Great value, entire condo for the price of a hotel room!!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Liked the unit as a whole. Property well kept. No problems. Very clean and easy to locate.
- David (6/5): OK unit - Nice enough. Biggest drawback was the noise from the unit above ours. Floors creaked when they walked and could hear them talking, etc. or the price I would expect better.
- arthur (6/5): Very mediocre - Didn’t have shampoo or conditioner. Tiny pool
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A little mix up of address and unit # and parking space
- Laurel (10/5): Great place to stay. - A lovely property, very quiet neighborhood. We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen living and dining area. The pool was just 30 feet from the property. I would definitely stay there again. If you play tennis, this is a plus.
There are no on site hotel services, this is like a VRBO, so bring your own food, water, shampoo, blow dryer.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Easy access clean close everywhere shopping pool everything was excellent
- Michael (8/5): - Great location and awesome overall. Unit was clean but beat up. (Fixtures, blinds, door frame, cords )
- NWcountryfan (8/5): - The grounds are lovely and our unit was nicely updated. The one negative for us is that the AC is set to 72 degrees and will not go lower, we prefer to sleep cooler. Advertised as 4 pools available but only two are open to short stay renters. Great location for proximity to Stagecoach. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location if you are coming to Indian Wells Tennis tournament as you can walk to it. Excellent gated community property that is clean, safe and beautiful. I would come back and stay here the next time I have a chance to come down for this tournament.
- kerry (10/5): - The unit was central to lots of grocery stores and shopping.
We loved the location, our unit had a small pad to sit outside and enjoy the sun with a coffee.
- Laurel (10/5): - The property was perfect would most definitely stay again. Loved the corner unit easy access to the pool!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Seasons Desert Breezes. The rooms where spacious, and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and quiet, nice tennis courts, helpful front desk person at the resort.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I couldn't get the TV in the bedroom on due to NO SIGNAL
I also couldn't get WIFI until I called the help #
- Camp (8/5): Pretty good - Overall it was nice. A little dated but clean and comfortable. We were initially given a gate code code that did not work. I called the after hours help line as it was about 8pm. Talked to someone on the phone who was supposed to have someone calling or coming to the gate to help. No one ever showed or called...they didn’t call back until 24 hours later. Fortunately someone else came up who had a working code so I got in. That part was a bit frustrating...poor customer service there. But overall a nice experience.
- Amanda (6/5): Not located centrally - NO WI FI,poor communication, scared to use anything in case you were charged for it even had to get rid of the trash again otherwise you would have been charged!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very easy from Palm Desert area, loved landscape and furnishings, very cozy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic stay! Unit was very nice and fully stocked and staff was flexible with an early check-in and late checkout. I highly recommend it and I am looking forward to returning!
- Laura (6/5): Horrible service - We booked our stay back in October for a relaxing and stressless weekend at Stagecoach. Approaching the check-in date, I had a couple of questions that I decided to call and ask about. It took me THREE days to finally get ahold of someone because there is NO FRONT OFFICE so there's pretty much nothing solved during the weekend. We were assigned a room and an assigned parking spot and were told to leave the dishes washed or else there would be a fee, however upon arrival to the room we instantly realized that the dishes were not clean, there was a used/dirty knife left on the counter, the plates had food residue, the silverware had food stuck to them and the counters had something on them. We had to scrub the dishes before we used them and had no bbq utensils as offered. We left to Stagecoach and upon arrival back to the hotel, our assigned parking spot had been taken, there were no others available, and guest parking was full so at 3am, I had to wait until I spotted someone leave at the end of the lot in guest parking. I called the after hours line to see if I could get a different assigned spot and was told to call security but was not given a phone number for security. I checked inside the room and there wasn't a number listed in the book or anywhere either. The car that parked in my spot, didn't move for the entire weekend either so you can imagine how upset we were. If you're thinking about booking here, consider everything and just no there is NO comunication whatsoever
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo was very spacious and we enjoyed our time at the pool. The kitchen has everything you need.
- Ruth (10/5): nice resort amenities - We found this at the last minute for our trip to the BNP. It worked out for location. We were not able to use the resort tennis courts our key did not open them? The hot tub and pool area were nice and clean and the little gym onsite. There is no management on site and they were a little difficult to communicate with as far as answering the phone but they respond on email. We left some pants in the room and tried to get them back. Luckily a friend was in the unit next door and they knocked on the door and next renters found them. Made me question housekeeping a little that they were not found by them? One of the rooms had a very comfy bed, the other room had a rock hard bed. All the pillows in the place helped make it manageable. The kitchen just has the very bare essentials to cook with but just enough so it was fine, we weren't going to live there. I would stay there again for a short stay. The patio view was of the parking lot which was not what I was expecting :( but we were busy and did not even go out there but once.
- Jeanne (8/5): Nice property, but not a hotel. - This property was large and clean. The grounds are beautiful, but do not mistake for a hotel. It's conveniently located and close to all. There are pools and tennis courts too. The only dissapiontment was the comfort of beds and cheap linens, but otherwise very nice property.
- Jamie (8/5): Great location and room size - Enjoyed the stay and I love the area. Good amenities in the community and good communication from property manager. Room is definitely dated and the beds were terrible but overall worked out good for the money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent getaway - 2 bedroom is big and comfortable, had everything you need.
- Terry (10/5): Excellent Value - This is a condo that is well designed and has all the amenities you need. Pool is only a few steps away and yes, it is heated. Also there is a hot tub and a great Weber 6 burner Bar-B-Q. There were only a few other guests when we were there in January, so it was really private. Beds are comfortable. There is a large shower in the en-suite bathroom.
- HYUN HO (10/5): Very good place to stay with familiy - It was very good to stay with my family. I want to visit again in near future.
- Family (8/5): Quiet Place to Stay - Positive-- quiet, spacious, beautiful gated community, gated community, spacious washrooms, modern condo
Negative- booking issues with hotel, hard beds, pool not heated, hot tub broken last couple days of our trip
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A perfect place to relax. Rooms are clean and large.
- Wendy (10/5): Great Condo - Beautiful condo with all the Amenities... thsnk you !!
- Pat (10/5): Holiday experience - We never spend time away from our home during the holidays. Our first attempt at this and the place we were staying at would be a big part of a successful experience. We were blown away by how nice the condo was that we stayed in. Everything that we needed was there and the place was so cozy on the cold desert winter nights. I would recommend you condos to everyone. Thanks!
- Elena (8/5): Older property but good value for the price - We stayed at a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The room is older but clean, with comfortable layout. It has everything we needed.
There are two pools with hot tubs nearby.
Issues with the room:
1. Expedia website shows second bedroom with two twin beds. The room came with a king bed instead. When we contacted property manager, she said they don’t have rooms with two twin beds at all.
2. It was difficult to get a hold of the property manager outside of business hours. The resort doesn’t have a lobby, all issues have to be dealt with through property manager on the phone.
3. The room door had a number pad instead of a lock. The numbers pad worked on and off. We called the property manager and she arranged for the lock to be replaced but it still had issues after.
4. The property is technically in Palm Desert, but really is closer to La Quinta which is not as lucrative as Palm Desert area
Pros:
Very good value for what we paid. Lots of room, good layout, two bathrooms, functional kitchen, washer and dryer.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice clean and comfortable stay - The room was ver nice. The only iss we had was with property management company. They said they supposedly emailed us the gate code and room number and code to get into the room. We arrive and have no information. Can’t even get into the facility. We call the emergency phone line and they tell us an on call pets will be in touch to help us out. The property management company gets back to us in an hour. Wasn’t best experience with property management company. Will not go this route again.
- Jen (6/5): Nice grounds but the condo needed some work - The pools were nice and the grounds were good but the condo was lacking. The latch of the back sliding door was almost broken. We booked for 5 people (3 kids) and there wasn’t even a sheet for the sofa bed. I called and asked for one and didn’t receive an answer.
- Denise (10/5): Great location - This is a beautiful one-bedroom condo with everything you need for a few days. I hope to come back next year.
- Shell (10/5): A Gem in PAL Desert - 4 Seasons at Desert Breezes was more than we anticipated. The price was Great, the location was perfect for us and the suite was beautiful & very clean. The check in and check out was also seamless. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
- Gary (6/5): Nice/clean but advertised facitlities not working - The barbecue was broken and the swimming pool was ice cold; two of the amenities that we were very much looking forwoard to using.
- Jon (10/5): Great and will return - Great place, huge rooms, and very clean and up to date. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice also. The only thing I didn't like was that the AC has a "eco" lower limit of 72, and I typically prefer 69-70. Wifi was super fast.
- Shell (8/5): Good place to stay in Palm Springs with the Family - We stayed with our family for a long weekend. It met our needs and the property was very nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Brief stay - Ease to access, appearance great felt safe. love the ideal of keyless access. Villa clean space was great for my family. Need a few upgrades, Mattress and sheets to name a few. Otherwise good.
- Satomi (10/5): Spacious, nicely furnished rooms - My one night stay at 4 Seasons at Desert Breezes was excellent! Two days before, when I was confirming my stay, their phone was down, so when I emailed them, I got a quick and friendly reply. Since this isn’t a traditional hotel, I received directions through email on how to enter the resort and the code-accessed room.
There were two spacious bedrooms and a nice sized living room and kitchen. The master bedroom had a master bathroom and vanity area. The second bathroom was in the hallway. Having two bathrooms was perfect for the five of us because multiple people could take showers.
The resort is located fairly close to the freeway, so it was easy to access Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. There was shopping close by, too.
The pool was not heated, but that was okay because it was a warm day. That’s probably the only complaint I have for the place. My only regret is that I didn’t extend my vacation longer!
- Chris (8/5): spacious spaces, relax, convenient check-in & out! - spacious & calm, my family very satisfied this trip!!
everything good specially for family trip!!
and convenient check-in & out very impressive!!
- Janet (6/5): Details Matter! - Awakened to workers under window quite early... exit gates not working back up and delay in leaving ... disturbed by loud knock on door due to work order on clogged drains... clearly aware of this b4 i arrived!...
- joyce moon (10/5): Close to my old house and convenient - Overall great experience and my mom loves this place
