Co Close walking distance to Main Street, restaurants and the beach. Cumfy beds! not much of a kitchen but had the very basics you need for a night. no use of the spa in the room we booked after 9pm. you pay well over $200 a night for a place, you should be able to use all facilities at any time. Was extremely hot in the room we booked. even with the living room fan on and the little fan on in the bedroom. windows open or closed. no matter what we did, we couldn’t get the room to cool down.
- Lou (1/5): The most unprofessional,and disrespectful people I’ve ever come across!!thru b$b!!!!💯 - When I arrived and was questioned about my dog!when that’s what I paid for!to have my staffi with me…when she doesn’t bark!and is well toilet trained!!and loves humans!and I clean up after her doggy doo..💯after that I liked Absolutely nothing about this property…..💯😩wasn’t impressed!!ecspecially when I paid $300 a night!in a room you couldn’t swing a cat in!!…and had no smoke detector..and was questioned about smoking in the room!!!how putrid!… So i told Tin!!!that it was my birhday!!and then Was told that the door next to me,can be unlocked if I wanted it to,so my mrs and kids can stay for an extra price!!for my birthday!!cash was enticing she said!so my mrs and kids have arrived to stay for my birthday!I’ve headed down to the bank!to get some cash out!and arrived back at this hell hole!!only for Tin to say no I can’t now have my family stay with me now.. 😔😕we couldn’t believe it!!we very friendly and inviting people!aswell!!!!anyway,so we ended up having a couple of drinks for my birthday!!then some weird bloke,crept up the stairs,and walked into the living room out of nowhere!!asking when my family was leaving and they can’t stay!!I nearly dropped him!!👊it was really odd!!my family was only staying their for a couple of hours for my birthday!!as they already knew!!!and then getting a cab home!!their the weirdest people I’ve ever met!whatever you do,do not stay here!!they don’t deserve the time and money!!their the rudest people I’ve ever come across!!!💯💯💯ive stayed at many b&b and I’ve got a 5 star rating!!…💯so….sums it up…

The host made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome considering I was staying to celebrate my birthday with friends who live nearby I’ll never stay nor recommend this place. I insisted the host check cameras to see my comings and goings I feel like I’ve been judged on my artwork shame on you

Ting was very nice, helpful and friendly, ready to assist with anything needed. She also provided good advice to see the local penguin colony. Nothing much to advise.

They have everything you need to make yourself a cuppa and some toast. There's a massive shared kitchen downstairs. There's a fully fenced backyard where your furry friends can roam free. The host Ting is absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - The included continental breakfast that was delivered to our rooms was very generous and extensive. Lovely and fresh. Ting was very friendly and helpful in providing any assistance or information we needed about the area. The sitting area was a bit awkward for 4 people upstairs, but we had use of a lovely space downstairs to eat dinner.

- Kerry (10/5): - What a lovely place with a delightful host. Great communication from Ting, the host and effortless checkin. Ting has a great knowledge of the area and will guide you through anything you need to know. The room is spotless with everything we needed. There’s a pod coffee machine as well. Towels are extra fluffy and there’s good quality shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

- Damo2876 (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a nice location within Penguin - House was very close to Penguin center and the beachfront but also set back enough that it was nice and quiet. Owner was very nice and very accommodating, with lots of helpful local information and suggestions, Room was nicely appointed with sea views, very comfy bed and nice walk through shower and bathroom. It was also nice to be able to use the rear, enclosed garden and sit out on the garden furniture to relax. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Nothing I can think of

Breakfast in the morning was just perfect plus she made extra bread for us to take on our journey that to Cradle Mountain which by the is spectacular hiking and wildlife adventure. We were offered room service for our continental breakfast which was plentiful. Short walk to the seafront. I managed to leave my sunhat behind and Ting kindly agrred to post it on to friends in Perth, our last stop before we head back to London.

Our only disappointment was booking a spa suite and the spa having time of use restrictions of not being able to be used between 9pm and 9am. With a check out time of 10am we didn’t have time to even use it in the morning which wasnt the point of booking a spa suite in the first place.

- Lisa (9/5): A quirky little town, full of warm and inviting people and a wonderfully comfortable stay. - A continental breakfast is offered, with local pastries included. The managers communications are fantastic, from ensuring check in times are sorted to notifying of breakfast being served to your room and making sure you have everything you need. I felt so at home and the linen is good quality and the bedding extremely comfortable and to wake to a distant ocean just made the days all the more inviting.
