It felt more like a basic 2–3 star airport hotel than a true 4-star experience. The cafe downstairs was decent, though apparently pho with meatballs is not a thing there. The hotel was okay overall, but definitely not what I expected from a 4-star property. The bedding did not feel clean enough — especially the comforter, which had no proper duvet cover and looked quite dirty, while the sheets had visible stains even though they seemed washed. Justin (8/5): Not a good night for mother's day - Privacy toilet Temp in rooms didn't stay cool. Fan kept shutting off even when set on high. Very uncomfortable sleeping.Flat sheets didnt stay on bedding and bed sheets tangled up around feet. Pillows not fluffy too flat, extra hand towel could be set. Had a connect door and people next to us was super loud after midnight. Paid extra money to see a deluxe king to a superior king room and was disappointed no difference between the king rooms just more money. No breakfast or discounts for café as a guest

david (9/5): Beautiful hotel with many amenities - The guest rooms were beautifully designed and the bed was top notch. There were three restaurants and a coffee shop. The elevators are at the casino entrance so it was a LONG walk to our rooms.

When she went back an hour later was told she couldn’t check in cuz her name wasn’t on the registration. I had called the day before and added her. she had to call me and we had to verify she couldn’t check check in. They should have told her an hour earlier when she tried to check in. No reason was given as to why her name wasn’t added when I called the day before

April (5/5): - Casino and Bar Hotel staff at the desk was very rude and didn't really even care about my complaint that I didn't get the room that I had booked. I booked a superior King room and had a queen two bed room. Also having to smell weed throughout the entire fourth floor the entire night was ridiculous!! It smelled like it was coming straight through the vents. I am so not impressed with my stay there this time that I canceled my booking for the end of the month.

M7136NUandyg (2/5): Horrible poker room - The casino itself is nice, I was a little surprised they didn’t offer anything for comps with as much as I spent. No room or food offers. Additionally DO NOT GOTO THE POKER ROOM. Terrible high hand promotions, the dealers are very biased and the chips are disgusting. The chips look like thousands of people wiped with the chips after a steamer. The dealers were more interested in flirting with the regulars. The talked over me calling a raise and claimed I didn’t announce my raise. Anytime a regular di anything wrong it was defended vs. a non regular was yelled at and penalized. It’s actually gross to watch as an outsider. When a non regular won the high hand they all chastised him for playing the hand with “bad cards”

Will definitely stay here again! The spa wasn't open in the morning before we left. We wanted to buy the soap they use in all rooms which is available in the spa downstairs. It smells so good!! Only one real issue we had was the pillows were too hard for a soft bed. It would be nice if they gave you two options on the bed (hard and soft) like some other hotels.

Arline (9/5): Great - we've booked again. - The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a higher end room, so our expectation was high, but the room was beautiful and as clean as you'd hope Portico - nothing at all to do with the food, which was excellent. This is the 2nd time we've visited and this happened to us the first time as well - we did not have a reservation and it was around 8 pm on Saturday night. We could see the dining room had several empty tables. The hostess said that the wait would be about 1/2 hour and for us to "check back with her". We went to the bar, had a drink, and saw 3 parties ahead of us get seated. It was possible they had a reservation, but I would rather have been seated and the waitstaff share that the kitchen was behind or something than have the hostess forget about us, which she did. We went back up about 1/2 hour later and she sat us. There's no question we were not on the radar. From there on it was fine - waitress was great and the food was excellent. Suggestion for the Manager in charge to watch over the host function.

Kara (8/5): Check your beds . Some need to be replaced . - Very friendly staff , clean and smells great ! Our king size bed had a bad side . It dipped down, my husband was very uncomfortable.
