Купить кубки и средство для мытья посуды, веник для того что бы гости могли убирать сами или - Прекрасное место расположения Отсутствие мыла в ванной и душевой, отсутствие принадлежностей для мятья посуды (все пришлось покупать самим). Когда мы заселились все было очень чисто, но мы жили неделю и потребовалась уборка. Уборка мест общего пользования (кухни) не проводилась. Мы хотели провести уборку самостоятельно- но не нашли веник или тряпку для уборки пола. Во всем остальном нам понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Per una notte va bene, ma di più no… il materasso è scomodissimo, c’era puzza di fogna in bagno, asciugamani umidi. Oltretutto mi è stato chiesto di svuotare la tanica dell’acqua del condizionatore poiché rotta… non è meglio ricomprarla invece di chiedere agli ospiti di svuotarla?

There is a delicious cafe on the first floor of this building. sea and shops so near . The owner is very kind and always in touch. Thank you very much. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Sicily. I really liked the city. Then we moved to Palermo. If I had known in advance how wonderful it was, I would have planned our entire trip here.

• Adrian (5/5): There is potential, but I would not choose this place a second time. - The location was really cool. You go out of the room, and you are in the center, 5 minutes to the beach. The city is clean and people are kind. The breakfast is a huge joke. I chose Cli Ice because they have breakfast in their offer. It turned out that you get 1 carton card for each day and this cards allows you to choose only one drink and one "something sweet". What's funny, they have a lot of "something sweet" in their menu, but you can choose only simple croissant. Want more? Pay! There is no information about such policy on the website. If I knew, I would choose another location. I paid for the "breakfast included" and after that I had to pay for normal breakfast in another bar/restaurant. Also, despite there is information that peaople speek english, it's hard to communicate with anybody. The last one is about cold water. There is a heater in the bathroom, which (I think) heats the water for the bath, but after all the water was barely warm, and usually cool. There is no instruction how to use this device and also hard to find out from the staff, due to language barrier.

• Richard (10/5): Wonderful spot for a stay. - Quickly established contact and escorted to our room. Very nice room, comfortable, clean and spacious with fridge for cold storage. Located one floor up from street level, still very quiet. Many restaurants and services close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful in arranging dinner and any other assistance. The greakfast was enjoyable and located either doen stairs or at a near by restaurant. Unfortunately we could only spend one night.

• Viktor (9/5): If we go to Sicily again, we would be very happy to stay at this B&B again. Really lovely stylish and tastefully ren - To be honest, I didn't expect much from the accommodation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The B&B is in a great location near the beach or the square. The breakfasts, thanks to the fact that it is a renowned patisserie, were excellent. Just a pity that the breakfast included only 1 drink and 1 "sweet". Of course we always ordered something extra every day - everything was really delicious. If I have to name one thing, it's the often non-functioning Wi-Fi, which really bothered me because the cell phone signal is also very poor in that location.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location in the center of the town. Beautiful and well equipped rooms and a large terrace. Close to the Palermo airport. Nice breakfast and the staff was very helpful with pick up on airport in early morning hours.

They waited for us until midnight and in the unfortunate event of not being able to pick up the car on time, they helped us to find and alternative solution. they welcomed us with a bottle of wine :) Great breakfast as well!!! • Diegobliz (6/5): Not really a good experience - Not much to say, it is a nice old place with all original floors, etc The door in room 1 is less than secure, the bed is old spring mattress that you end up in the middle if 2 people sleeping together, pillows hard as a rock, shower is a sad story and if you are 2 and want to take a warm shower you must wait 30 minutes in between because not enough hot water for two 10 minutes showers. Breakfast place is great but the breakfast itself is less than bad and the people does not even care about telling you what options you have, you give the little paper and they just keep chatting until you realise you need to interrupt them and ask what you want.
