Property is very safe. Need fob to get into the property. Staff were friendly and readily accessible when you needed assistance. Need bigger fridge in room. Would allow us to keep some snacks in our room without going bad. Breakfast needs to have food readily available. At times there were items that ran out and we were at breakfast at 8:30 am. Property does not have an agreement with beach businesses to provide umbrellas and chairs. Another property further down did and it was only 10 euro. They may want to look into that for their guests. If you want to was your clothes there is a fee.

The noise of breakfast being prepared woke us up every morning. The breakfast wasn’t great. Not a big selection and things weren’t replaced after other guests took everything. We had to pay 3euro for beach towels but it was just a very used thread bare bath towel.

Über den Strand kann man in die Stadt gehen (20 min). Nur Dame,die das Frühstück serviert hat, war nett u gut gelaunt. Fake Foto bei der Anzeige auf Booking. Das war doch ein Grund, warum wir uns für das Hotel entschieden haben. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns empfohlen mit dem Auto nach Tropea zu fahren, dabei konnte man über den Strand auch in die Stadt gehen. Sie meinte man komme dann nicht mehr zurück, weil das Gartentor, dass den Strand begrenzt, abgesperrt sein würde. Das war nicht der Fall.man konnte ungehindert durchgehen.

• Caroline (10/5): - Lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. A great pool area with reserved sunbeds for each room. A short walk from a lovely quiet beach (it is up a hill so there is an incline coming back but it’s relatively short and not a problem). It’s a short walk to the town and train station. The views are fabulous with one of the best sunset views in the area! All in all we highly recommend.

• Leonardo Antonio (7/5): Stanza doppia per 4 notti. - Posizione Fantastica, a due passi da una delle spiagge migliori del posto, vista spettacolare da bordo piscina, disponibilità della reception per check-in anticipato. Colazione non fedele alle alte aspettative pubblicizzate sui profili social dell'attività, ma comunque decente, la stanza presentava la tavoletta del water rotta, polvere accumulata sotto al letto, per 4 notti ci sono stati forniti solo due bricks di doccia shampoo e siamo stati costretti ad arrangiarci come potevamo, i gestori purtroppo sceglievano orari poco consoni per annaffiare con la pompa le svariate piante presenti e due volte siamo tornati col fango sotto le ciabatte avendo allagato il terrazzino, tavolo da pingpong ai piedi della piscina molto bello, peccato che le palline fossero inutilizzabili in quanto "rotte".. tutto sommato ottima esperienza, ma sicuramente non da 9/10.
• Marina (6/5): - The the place itself is beautiful, and in fact, we rented a room with a terrace that overlooked Tropea. Yes beautiful but a few caveats. If you think that you can stay here and not feel isolated then you must have a car everything absolutely everything is not a walking distance so you need to get into your car and we spent on average €10 a night parking in Tropea the food at breakfast was very very average. I literally didn’t need anything. The beach is beautiful but access to it is very steep so be prepared if you have mobility issues because this might not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, but just wanted to be honest with those that have not yet booked this property.

• Suzanne (9/5): Quiet hotel with super beach facilities and lovely staff. Short walk from Parghelia train station. - Our booking was changed at the last minute by booking.com from our original hotel that was cheaper than this, so we had little option but to book another as we were already enroute to Parghelia. However it was a super hotel and the staff and breakfast were very good. We had a side room and just about had a view of the sea and Tropea the medieval town nearby. A short walk through the hotel and a bit of a sleep descent brought us on to a beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Very close to the town of tropea and we had no trubbel finding parking. Very nice view from the breakfast room and you could also see the ocean from the pool. To get to the ocean it was quite a slope to get up and down to. You could borrow umbrellas from the hotel but if you wanted a sunbed you need to pay extra.

Nice staff Breakfast is very average with the cheapest juice boxes. I would have expected more quality. But there is a good variety and the coffee is very good Bed and towels could be better quality. Nice Italian style breakfast, variety was ok, loved the cappuccinos. Spacious room for four people with lovely views from the balcony. Really nice pool area. Walking distance to the beach, just be prepared for steps. Amazing surroundings and views. All was ok, mini kitchen in the room would have been nice addition to the mini fridge, mainly because lunch options were fairly limited in the nearby village. Lunch was available per request at the hotel.

• Brian (10/5): SUPER location and gorgeous beach! - Booked for a family vacation to the beach in southern Italy and what a surprise. Hotel was up the hill form the beach in a quitter location but still so close to the lively Tropea. Rooms were very clean and parking was easy in a gated lot. Breakfast was perfect on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Would stay here again.

• Roemel (10/5): We really loved our stay and would definitely book this again when we decide to come back. - Great view onto the ocean and the city, only 5 minute walk down to the beach, very friendly and forthcoming staff, clean pool with sun beds assigned to each room. bright and inviting breakfast room with terrace, serving a buffet with different food options each day including italian specialties, various cereals and cakes. comfortable and modern clean rooms with necessary air conditioning unit, large bathroom with hairdryer, wide balcony, free parking space for guests, free beach umbrella for guests. Unfortunately no refrigerator inside the room. And one has to pay for the beach towels. But everything else was great with accommodating staff. We really loved our stay and would definitely book this again when we decide to come back.

They had beach umbrellas and towels available to use during our stay. Breakfast was good and the view is incredible. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Absolutely beautiful, gorgeous views, easy walk to beach, easy walk to local restaurants. Short 2-minute drive to “downtown” (we had our own rental car and parked in the lot of the hotel), in the downtown we ate some of the best meals we had in Italy. Plus shops and tourist things. The best part—the amazing & delicious breakfast the hotel provides. Just wow! We had the best stay!! Nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect and amazing.

Good location, if we wanted we could walk to Tropea city and to the beaches right next to the hotel. the breakfasts were excellent. All the best if you want to have a relaxed holiday. The only possible small minus was that we had a room in the building where breakfast was being prepared and sometimes we were woken up around 7 o'clock. But it wasn't a big problem.
• federica (8/5): - Posizione ottima per arrivare a tropea in 5 minuti di macchina,posiziona ottima perche dal cancellino del b&b si scendeva direttamente alla spiaggia e piscina bellisima con vista mare...unica pecca la colazione avrei preferito prodotti locali ma era buona comunque.Genilissimo il signore Alfredo il giorno prima della partenza c ha preparato una sacchetto con la colazione dato che si partiva molto presto..lo consiglio vivamente!

So so clean well kept pool , sun lounges for each room great idea 😊. So chilled and peaceful . The rooms are hughe clean and modern, what a fantastic place we really enjoyed our stay here and thank you to the hosts too attentive and helpful too. The only thing is hire a car as walking was hard work hills ,hills and lots of steps unless you like walking !! My fault should off researched a bit better .
