- Piyush (10/5): Amazing Stay - Very nice and friendly staff
- Ghosh (10/5): - Location is close to mall road. Hotel has good views and is clean and modern.
Staffs are great. Very responsive. Food is extremely expensive for all summit hotels.
The family room is very small. Not a great value for money. I paid 7k per night. But the room was comparatively smaller and claustrophobic

- Roopal (10/5): Best property near Mall Road. - The Hotel location was far better than we expected. It was walking distance from Mall Road. The view from our balcony was Chef's kiss. You could see the Toy Train running as well. Would recommend 10/10. There was a problem with the key not working, which the staff helped resolve promptly.
- Ganesh (10/5): Good experience overall, would highly recommend - The view was breathtaking, the food was good, all the equipments worked properly, the room was comfortable and spacious There was no lobby or a lounge area, no swimming pool, there weren’t much of recreational activities
- Kishore (10/5): Exceptional - Fair & clean.. good No thanks

Family room facilities were not good.
Mattress was not comfortable.
- Shaan (1/5): Dirty rooms. - Nothing. I stayed with my family in this hotel in 2022 and had a good experience. However, their services deteriorated since. I recently hosted my recently married brother and his wife, and my guest complained of poor cleaning in the hotel room.

Apart from beautiful views. We loved it. Nothing.
- Pierre (6/5): Convenient hotel in Darjeeling - Okay hotel, rooms are quite spacious, some with good views of the mountains in the distance.
Quite close to the centre of Darjeeling on a busy road (to be fair all roads are busy there).
The room we were in was a bit damp, this side of the hotel doesn't get sunlight at this time of year (December) so in this season it remains quite humid and therefore cold (there are enough blankets that you can sleep comfortably though) throughout the night and the day.
Staff was nice but also sometimes too present, we got multiple calls in the room in the evenings to tell us that dinner was ready at the restaurant, even though we hadn't booked the restaurant or mentioned any plans to have dinner there.
- Shoubhik (8/5): Remembering Tour - All staffs are very friendly and good behavior 👌 Some of the fecility was not as per expectation . Need to focus on providing good facility so one can feel value for money .
- Manveen (6/5): Pleasant - The only advantage about the property was the view and polite staff. The rooms walls are too thin and whenever someone went to the bathroom, it caused loud noise and therefore led disturbance. Further, there are no separate smoking and non-smoking rooms and the room reeked of cigarettes.
- Khan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siddharth (8/5): - Nice breakfast and view from property
- Khaja (3/5): Poor -
- Ruchir (8/5): Fantastic luxury hotel, attended by amazing staff and providing a homely atmosphere! - Lovely ambiece and good location.. walkable to Mall road. The amenities are good, the food is delicious (I sampled breakfast once), and the staff is very congenial. I would like to make a special mention of Shweta, who attended to my requests of water, or toiletries very promptly and always with a smile! Food is a bit overpriced. They can consider having some simpler options/snacks at more attractive prices.
- Usha (2/5): Booking.com is not authentic site they changed more in,17320 they provide only room whereas in booki - Booking . Com is fraud and sumit their hair dryer was not working room service poor wifi not working

- Subrata (5/5): Passable - I did not like anything. The hotel is old. Not updated. Backside rooms are very noisy . Food is costly. I would rate this hotel poor in comparison to other summit properties.
- Tanmoy (7/5): Good place to stay with view - room with view , great size ,clean toilet with hot water . Ms Barsha front office stuff very helpful while checkin. Lack of towels in toilet , cleanliness of the room , weak internet in the room. Bed is too soft not gud for back .

- Kameron (8/5): great views and location, and the staff can be hit or miss, but overall we enjoyed our short stay. - great views and convenient location. walking distance to main area but safely away from the noise and chaos some staff members were a bit rude during our check in and initial arrival. however, the night/early morning staff member (I do not remember his name) was incredibly kind and helpful! he alone redeemed our experience.
- Firoz (7/5): Good - I like location and food and room but wash room size is different and we didn't get the view room Few feedback for the improvement as a customer point of view.
1.Housekeeping should change and keep all new amenities like chappal..teeth kits and lotion. When you clean and do the room service you should think a new guest in the room and create your impression accordingly.
2. Front desk executive Ms.Reshma should be more smile towards guest's query..She should listen all things of a guest rather stopping the guest and shouldn't be annoyed at guest questions. Thanks
- Soma (1/5): Kept turning hot water supply and water pressure down, TV kept stopping and has to be recharged. - Have to call many time for single requests
- Arnab (7/5): Good -
- Md (8/5): Very good - All Nothing
- Clare (1/5): awful - food ok for evening not for breakfast cleaniness
noisy room dogs , pigeons in attic room
dirty bathroom
laundry was very very late
locks broken on door when arrived amd needed to sleep waited 3 hours to fix , couldn’t leave room
- Stephen (9/5): Wonderful Property with Even more Wonderful Staff - Overall this was an amazing stay. I'll break down the highlights
Location and Hotel Itself;
Located up the hill a bit from the downtown this space is still an easy walk to the Mall, but allows you to get out of the hub bub. Additionally it's nice and close to the peace pagoda which was a great way to start the morning. The hotel leans heavily into the mountain lodge theme with lots of exposed wood paneling and dark stained wood furniture, which for me is a win. The hotel itself has a comfortable austerity about the entirety that was a nice break after some more gaudy locations.
Staff:
Staff was beyond amazing at this property. The manager Reshma took care of everything we needed and even the things we didn't know we needed. They handled getting laundry done on short order, helped us find an authentic local tea experience, arranged a day tour, and many other small items. They were courteous and attentive without seeming over the top or smothering. Really made the stay
Room:
Room was spacious and comfortable. It was a bit dated and the location of our specific room as fairly close to the dining area which meant we had a bit more noise at night, but nothing that bad. The view from the room was fantastic! The bathroom was a large wet bath, meaning the shower was no contained in the space. This led to it being a bit wet at times, but everything worked well and the water was nice and hot.
Food:
Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices for indian food, and a few continental items as well. The dinner menu was solid as well, everything we ordered was tasty and well priced. Nothing negative that was really significant. They do require you to leave the key at the desk during the day if you'd like your room cleaned, so that might not be amazing for some people and some outlets were a little picky with our adaptors but there were enough that it wasn't a big issue.
- Chanchal (8/5): Very good -
- Dunc (8/5): Very good - Was clean and staff were good
- Siddhika (2/5): Misleading pictures on booking.com, rude restaurant staff, charged us extra money - Misleading pictures on booking.com, rooms are way smaller, surrounding of the hotel is all congested with other buildings.
Rude restaurant staff, they charged us for services we didn’t consume because of some miscommunication on phone.

- Amit (4/5): Average hotel - staff is good....cooperative Far from mall road.....no toiletries available in bathroom even towels was not placed in bathroom
