- Stefan (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend! - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. It made everything so convenient and really added to the overall experience.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I especially loved the coded entry system for both the building and the apartment. Not having to worry about keys or coordinating who had them made everything so much easier.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
A real highlight was the rooftop area, which has amazing views of the Melbourne skyline. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks and a great way to unwind in the evenings.

- martin (4/5): Disappointing not value for money not premium accomodation - bright apartment, good size balcony cleaning was substandard as was the property maintenance and ongoing problem with daily emails to Elms Corporate
no one ever on the reception desk to discuss the problems.
Faults included- leaking main bathroom sink, unable to open main bedroom window and neither could the maintenance team. Leaking fridge ( denied by the management) dirty fixtures and fittings/ windows, photos taken and sent to the management, filthy balcony including furniture. Roof top bbq / furniture filthy. Constant emails to management who stated the cleaners had been but their efforts were substandard and we could see smear marks on the windows and at no point did anyone ring us or meet us there to discuss. We moved out for 1 night at our own expense. We were refunded only 10% this was supposed to be premier apartment and it wasn't.

- Caroline (8/5): Great price, perfect location and detailed communication for ease of stay - Great location! Perfect for what was needed. Space was clean and tidy, beds were comfy. Communication was great, super easy and thorough checkin. The hall leading to the apartment smelt mouldy, so made the apartment smell a little (probably not the apartment owners fault). And the windows were all covered by frosting, which we weren't expecting (should've looked at the photos more closely next time). Overall positive times.

- Adrian (7/5): - Location was great. Facilities were nice. The check-in process involved a number of steps, including downloading an app, entering multiple codes, and receiving verification codes, which may be challenging for guests who are not particularly tech-savvy.
In addition, the parking requirements could be communicated more clearly. Parking is limited, requires vehicle dimensions to be submitted, and an induction that can only be completed Monday to Friday. As a result, we opted to use street parking instead.

We booked and paid for the parking with the Hampton apartment 4 month prior to our stay and was informed the day before we were to arrive there we were unable to use there parking so had to try and find other parking for our vehicle. Was not happy.

- Janet (6/5): - The rooftop view is amazing. Theres not enough easily accessible outlets in the apartment overall. When I say easily accessible i dont want to move furniture and find a heap of dust and dirt behind.
I felt that the apartment was surface level clean over all, but see what it could use a deep clean. The headboard was dusty, the duvet had a dried blood stain (which I noticed on the day I check out).
The pictures must have been from when it was brand new, because the apartment looks tired to me.
The property offers parking, but it's cheaper to park around the corner or take advantage of the off street free parking on the weekends.

- Josiah (2/5): To be avoided - The location and the bed. Everything else.
1. Room/main entry code did not work when we arrived. Tried calling reception multiple times on different devices and could not speak to a staff member using their local 03 number.. we were stuck outside in the cold weather with heavy rain and a toddler.
2. Carpet in the bedroom was soaked when we arrived and caused the entire apartment to stink (reported but not solved)
3. Internet connectivity was poor
4. TV in living room was nearly unusable - slow, small screen and could not handle casting.
5. Apartment furnishings and appliances outdated
6. No onsite reception staff
Only thing stopping me from giving a 1/10 is that they extended our checkout to apologise for the access issues, but did not solve our issues with the wet bedroom carpet and stinky apartment.
Recommend the following for these issues::
1. Fixing your phone system
2. Retraining reception staff and maybe having some on-site?
3. Ensure key codes work prior to sending them to guests
4. Refresh furnishings in apartment
5. Get better quality TVs
6. Respond to complaints more appropriately

- Arie (10/5): - We stay here every year for 6 - 10 days at a time and are happy with the accommodation. Walking distance to everything. All amenities supplied though salt and pepper would be good as I buy this each occasion and in a self contained apartment it would be nice.
We are happy here though and it is clean, quiet and well presented.

It is great because I do feel safe and it is comfortable.
I don’t have a view, so, if my stays were for a different reason and longer, I would request a view.

- Michelle (9/5): Would stay here again. - Convenient location near shops/restaurants/beach but still nice and quiet. Comfortable beds. A smart TV would be really helpful as the current TV only has a few channels and we couldn’t screen mirror to watch anything else. This was only a minor inconvenience though.
- CHRISTOPHER (9/5): The near perfect accomodation in Port Melbourne - Perfect location, very close to everything. The bathroom. Vent first work and no windows.

- Glenn (8/5): A stylish apartment is an ideal location - An excellent location. No tea towel or washing-up liquid. Didn't want to use the dishwasher for just a few items.
- Danielle (10/5): - Our apartment was a great size, plenty of room for my family of 4. It was clean with everything we needed. Self check in was easy enough and loved the pin entry to the apartment, saved us having to carry key/card around to get in and out.
Only thing we didn’t like was the front sliding door didn’t lock! Being on the bottom floor street facing, fortunately the front yard fencing is tall so felt safe enough.

- Spark (8/5): Satisfactory. It was a long walk to Life Saving Victoria - I had trouble reaching the apartment by public transport.
I also had problem locating the apartment. The street number is easy to miss - especially as neighboring apartments do not have prominent street numbers,
I then had problem with the security code. The pin pad is hard to see when it is inactive (asleep)
