- Holly (10/5): Homely gem in the heart of the town. - This little place is a gem in the heart of the town and everything was within walking distance. The accomodation was a really welcoming split level apartment and had all you need. We especially loved the homely touches such as coffee, snacks and jams. Even though we booked last minute, the staff communicated promptly and worked hard to have our place cleaned and ready at short notice. The cleaners came daily when we left the apartment, ensuring we had fresh towels, bed was made and topping up our food and snack supply. Such a great touch! We are so happy we chose to stay with Vingt Sept and would highly recommend. Everything about this place was great.

- luca (9/5): Bene - Posizione interessante all interno del centro storico, leggermente defilata e quindi abbastanza silenziosa dopo una certa ora. Letto comodo, piccolo balcone molto piacevole e utile. Stanza di limitate dimensioni (un letto un po’ più piccolo aiuterebbe ad avere un po’ di più spazio) . Lavandino molto grande rispetto alle dimensioni del bagno, doccia minima anche se funzionale. Un piccolo stendino esterno tornerebbe utile. L’accesso alla stanza sul pianerottolo a pe d’oca non proprio ottimale. Una porta acustica d’ingresso aiuterebbe a separare meglio gli spazi comuni con la camera.
- Luigi (7/5): - Ottima sistemazione al centro di Polignano, ideale per trascorrere qualche notte vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città, camera pulita, host gentile e disponibile. Non adatta a soggiorni più lunghi per via degli spazi stretti e poca praticità nell’arredo.
- Giacomo (8/5): Posizione ottima e funzionalità - Stanza ampia, letto abbastanza comodo e posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro storico e con vicino negozi e servizi, sia turistici che "utili". Vicina anche la famosa "Lama Monachile", la spiaggia più famosa e poco più distante anche Cala Paura e Cala Paguro. La stanza è anche ben isolata dai rumori (si sentiva appena appena il vociare esterno ma nulla di fastidioso) e i due condizionatori rinfrescavano bene. Comoda la cucina ben fornita di stoviglie La mancanza di finestre, se la permanenza è un po' lunga, si fa sentire e la stanza ne risente per l'illuminazione risultando un po' buia (escludendo l'illuminazione elettrica). Onestamente per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo venisse rifornita la colazione almeno per quanto riguarda qualche snack dolce invece è stato rifornito solo il caffè.

In generale, é una struttura ben organizzata e accogliente. Ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. Forse consiglierei solo un piccolino tavolino per poter consumare qualche snack e magari aggiungere qualcosa in piú per il kit colazione.

La stanza aveva un terrazzo ben tenuto ed accogliente, ottimo per fare colazione La stanza si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, dimensioni della camera un po' piccole se si hanno bagagli di grandi dimensioni può essere difficile collocarli

- Catherine (10/5): Fabulous comfortable and perfect location - We were a group of 3 with a bed on the the ground floor with a a queen bed in a loft above it was spacious enough for all of us with a kitchenette and a lovely welcome pack of jams honey tea coffee etc. The location was perfect for shopping restaurants bars and only 8min walk to the train. The apartment was cleaned daily and the contact between the staff and ourselves was always prompt and helpful. I will definitely return. Nothing

Check in and check out was smooth and easy, she also provided space where to keep our luggage following check out so we could continue roaming. Wifi was efficient and location was simply perfect. Highly recommend Vingt Sept and would definitely use it again.

- Loraine (9/5): Great option to stay - Location, clean, it was a pretty property, nice staff and well organized. We had a balcony and it was very nice. Be aware there is not parking so you have to park in the train station that is like 7min walking, not that far and is save, this applied for every hotel in Polignano as is a city with small streets. The room is small but its not a big deal. We liked the hotel and we will like to stay there again.
- Monica (10/5): Lovely location in the heart of Polignano - The accommodation was exactly as described. All amenities mentioned, all the comfort provided. The location is incredible, i knew it was supposed to be close to most things, but not that close. In 5 minutes, i was at the most popular beach, at the shops, restaurants, the highest viewpoint, simply great position (also 7-10 min walk from the train station) Also, Marianna was very responsive and helpful with any questions i had. I'd come back here, whenever I'd stay in Polignano :) The cold water was hot somehow, but that's just a detail at this point :)

- Leila (8/5): - A localizacao é excelente, perto da praia, de restaurantes, bem no centrinho. O quarto e espacoso, banheiro muito bom e novo. Nesses quesitos é tudo otimo. Porem alguns aspectos achei que precisam melhorar: a limpeza do quarto e a comunicacao com a proprietaria. Nada que atrapalhasse a estadia, porem na minha opiniao ha necessidade de maior capricho na limpeza e no atendimento ao hóspede.

- Gisele (8/5): Very good - A great spring experience in Polignano a Mare, staying at Vingt Sept. The location is ideal—right in the center, yet calm! You can easily walk everywhere in the city. The room is comfortable, and there’s a dressing room, making it easy to store bags and other things. Also, a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee while you wake up. Helpful tips were provided for nearby beaches, as well as a local agency for bike rentals and boat trips. Really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The room with the patio/terrace was small but the patio is great. The room with the balcony was bigger and had a great shower.

- Jana (7/5): Very central but very tiny - We loved the proximity to the old town, we were basically right there. One minute walk to restaurants and bars. We also loved the terrace (if you have time to enjoy it). The owner was very helpful and responsive. The room was super tiny and there was barely any space for even carry-on luggage. Also the bathroom needs some update. Since you are in the middle of the old town, there is not space for parking closely, it’s a 8-10min walk to the train station where you can park for free and then roll your stuff downhill or unload first and then park. The steep stairs are also not for everyone, especially when you have to carry your luggage up and down (but you only do this when moving in and out anyways).

Just little more upscale with bath , bedding and welcome basket

Anything we needed, our host was only too happy to help. Check in was easy and checkout was problem free. Our just recommended great eating places and sights to see. The bathroom was sort of partitioned off which meant no privacy from the main room. Awkward. Noisy in the street at night then rubbish removal in the morning and parking is an issue but I think that’s just the town.

The amenities were great, and they even provide a beach chair which is great for the rocky beach. Marianna was also so lovely! Stairs but that is expected from Europe.

The host was amazing and super attentive to our needs, she even provided us with some snacks and coffee. The room itself was also nice. Overall a great stay, I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and Mariana is very helpful and repply very quickly. Our room was a bit dark. Therefore we kept the light switched in on all time. In overal it was OK

- Izabela (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful place. - The apartment where I stayed with a friend exceeded our expectations it was very clean and their well maintained to that we had nice surprises waiting for us upon arrival. The owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions very quickly. The terrace was exactly as pictured very clean well maintained with comfortable furniture to spend time. The apartment is located in a great location, both to the station and to the main streets is a moment. Highly recommended. The only minus - is the lack of indy to the apartments located on the top floor, but the view and Comfort compensates for this.

- Raya (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning apartment in Polignano a Mare! The location is perfect, just steps from the center. The apartment is spotless, well-decorated, and has everything that you could need. The host is incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. I had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend this place.

- Nicole (10/5): Great place to stay! - The location is great, right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, but still very quiet - we could barely hear anything from outside. Check-in and check-out fast and easy. The room is small but confortable, shower was good and towels/bed very clean and comfy. Rossella, the person I had contact with, is an awesome host! She gave many nice tips and list of beaches around. And little advice: For those going by car, park in parking of the train station. She suggested that and it's indeed very convenient: parking is huge, free and not far - around 5 minutes walk. Totally recommend it and will stay there again when we come back!

- Elizabeth (9/5): Comfortable stay in the heart of Polignano! - This hotel completely exceeded my expectations - the photos don't do it justice, the rooms are wonderful. The location is PERFECT - right in the heart of the old town, next to all the best restaurants. The host was very communicative and responsive and she kindly gave me lots of recommendations for food, beaches, and day trips. And I loved the room! I was shocked by how comfortable my bed was! And the AC worked quite well, which was crucial in the summer heat. Finally, as a solo traveller, I felt totally comfortable and safe here. I'd absolutely stay here again. The tap water in the sink wouldn't get cold which was odd, but once I realized I could fill my water bottle at the public fountains in the town, this wasn't a problem.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good. Close to good restaurants, beach. There are spaces to park your car close by. The staff was very friendly and always available! The room is new and comfortable. Nothing. As suggestion, I would include a coffee machine in the room.

- Anonymous (9/5): Definitely recommend - The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location couldn't be better, the flat was clean and comfortable, nice decoration, not particularly noisy during the night. The fan in the WC was way too loud. There was no light on the balcony.
- Oana (10/5): Lovely, great host, beautiful location, small and cozy. - Rosetta was so kind and helpful, the place was very clean and very welcoming, I loved the small details and the cute bag with goodies she left for us. It was an amazing place for us and I highly recommend it, the only small thing we struggled with was noise from the street until very late at night, however from what I understand it is a common thing in Italy for people to stay and eat late in the night and talk. A bit loud at night
