Small washer/dryer combo, steaming TV, refrigerator, dish soap, everything to make the stay with messy kids comfortable. I can’t think of anything missing and the location is STELLAR. All the sites were 10-15 minutes away, cute little streets. It was so easy to get around. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone! NA

Tienen detalles buenoa como que dejaron cápsulas de café y azucar, que se agradece No tengo nada que observar en el apartamento. Solo menciono que si llegan temprano ( nosotros llegamos 1 h 1/2 antes del check in nos cobraban 130 euros por entrar antes! o 30 por dejar las valijas. Nosotros usamos la opción de los 30 euros, dejamos las valijas y ellos la subieron al apartamento ( esto se agrade)

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the famous Trevi Fountain. The bed was a bit uncomfortable (a little hard). It was challenging to reach someone in the event of an issue. There is a doorman, but we only saw him twice in 6 days.

Propaganda Suites provided us a place to relax and unwind when we weren’t out exploring - Perfect size accommodation, excellent location close to major sites, fabulous shopping and my family and I felt safe at all times. The apartment was clean and tidy and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Staff was available via WhatsApp anytime I had a question. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, the property met our needs completely.

It was freshly renovated and very clean, with nice layout and decoration. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected issue with the hot water which could not be resolved quickly. However, the staff was available by message and phone and did make attempts to address the issue and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Comfortable beds and quiet and well adjusted air con. Tastefully chosen equipment of Appartement. Smaller of the two bathrooms is missing a board or something similar to store personal bathroom items. For one of us the display on the aircon was a bit too light at night. So just very minor things, overall perfect!

Taxi stand is also very close to the apartment. Aldo, When we firstly check-in, we found that one of the light in the bathroom couldn’t be light up and the host got it fixed immediately. The bedroom was too dark and one of the lamps in our room was not functions properly which suddenly went dim on and off during my 3-night stay, making our room even darker. The room was actually deteriorating as one of the bathroom door couldn’t even close. There ate 2 air-conditioning (1 in the sitting room and 1 in the bedroom) but the apartment was not cool enough in the hot summer. The design of the shower area has room to improve as the water kept leaking out of the bath area given no shades/ curtain there.

Rooms look like newly furnished. Interior design is clean line and comfortable, with comfortable beds. Large apartment (Although it seems to me to be smaller than the advertised 73m²) The caretaker of the building, in charge of checkin is very friendly. Maximum price. Maximum savings. All furniture and supplies are first price quality. It's nice for Instagram, but on the comfort side, it's not there. Air conditioning unusable. The motor unit is in an open hatch in the bathroom and therefore extremely noisy. The bedroom side extractor is also noisy. The "superior" apartment is on the first floor and can be noisy Correct cleanliness, but nothing more. Completely empty kitchen. No salt, pepper, sugar or coffee pods for the first morning. Just a 50cl bottle of water. No dishwasher. There is a washing machine. One or two doses of detergent would be appreciate. First price bin broken and unuasable, obliged to have a trash bag directly on the ground. No self-checkin possible. Late-checkin rate can be expensive depending on your arrival time.

- Lynda Maeve (10/5): A very cosy spot - The apartment is spacious & lovely, it’s close to the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro.(By the way there is an elevator to the top of the steps just inside the Metro) We didn’t expect a washing machine which came in very handy and we liked having two bathrooms.The curtains and double glazing keep out the street noise. Steps away were Carrefour and Co-Op grocery stores plus lots of restaurants and the famous & expensive Babington tea rooms. Doorman Pasquale keeps an eye on who comes and goes and gives directions.It’s very very secure. Only downside was the kitchen is small and I never did find the cooking knives and spoons. But when we asked for garbage bags and shampoo they were delivered right away, so I should have asked.

- Claudiu (9/5): Nice apartment and location, mercantile host - Location is amazing, right in Piazza di Spagna. Apartment is nice, could be divided in two independent rooms with separate bathrooms and access codes. Bed in fairly comfy, bathrooms are nicely decorated, hot water comes instantly. The building is beautiful and in good shape, elevator, access code at the door. Once you enter in the apartment, there is small lobby with the two rooms at the right and the left. A small kitchenette with all you need. Toliletteries are of good quality and quite well sound proofed. Host speaks good English and communicative, can arrange transfers at 65 euro berline and 80 minivan. Might be a bit on the high end but cars are ok and one worry less. Despite the good communication, host seems to be rather mercantile. This is truly the only grain of salt of my experience. We had an issue due to the generalized airport strike in Italy, our noon flight was cancelled, all flights in the next days were instantly fully booked. We really did our best to find a way to get there (i am quite stubborn on this) but situation looked after a few hours of search as leaving no alternative but giving up. I asked the host both directly and through booking for a rescheduling or refunding (even partially) but we hit the wall with the argument that it is too late. This was indeed late in normal conditions but flight was cancelled this very morning and we scrambled for options even the most costly. It was the right of the host to say no (no comment on this apart from the fact that another host of some frineds under the same circumstances and in the same location accepted immediately to refund) but what it was annoying was repeated request to cancel the reservation so the host can book this place again and top up with a new booking over our 100% cancellation fee. This I did not appreciate. Then, last minute, there was this window for three seats popping up, 1500 euro later for three persons (five times more expensive than initial tickets at regulat pricel) so we booked the evening flight. Let the host know, supportive but I had the answer that I have an extra 30 euro for late checkin (level of charge not specified on booking). Said ok, whatever, not the first not the last. Then we got stuck in the airport and our 7.30 pm flight was delayed successively to like after midnight (departure from Bucharest, 2 hours to Rome). Host tried to come an extra charge of 60 for checkin after midnight and this is the moment when I slightly let her/him know that it is pushing the envelope. Waived the extra 60 euro but kept 30 euro for checking in after 6pm (although it was a self checkin in the end).

- Jose (10/5): - Property is top notch and centrally located (right next to Spanish Steps, shopping - high-end boutiques, La Rinascente, among others - and excellent restaurants. It is only 5-6 mins walk to Fontana di Trevi. It was in mint condition, spacious, and well appointed. Propaganda’s staff paid attention to every detail to make our stay wonderful. They also assisted with transfers from the airport and to Civitavecchia for a cruise. I would definitely stay at Propaganda Suites on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!
