- Rand (4/5): - We requested an earlier check in because we have a baby and we can't stay in the heat outside for couple of hours. The management I was speaking to let us know that we could check in early to the apartment so we went to the office and they told us no you have to wait for 2 hours it's not ready. The apartment was not clean and a big cockroach came out from the bathroom. There was no laundry detergent or any kind of shampoos provided in the apartment. We lost electricity around 8pm not knowing that the braker can't handle the washer and AC together because no one told us. We tried calling the offices and customer service and no one was answering so we had to sit in the dark with no AC for couple of hours until we thought of finding the main company number maybe someone will answer and my husband was able to figure it out himself going to the main braker downstairs in the building and turning on the electricity. So after that we had to wait until the washer is done to turn the AC on.
- GABRIEL (6/5): Mascot worm to welcome you - Prepare yourself for a budget stay, and I mean budget. The pros: The unit is spacious and has the basics covered. It’s quiet in the bedroom (if you shut the door), but not so much in the living room, especially since it’s on the ground floor. The cons: Where do I start? Cracked floors everywhere—watch your step unless you want a twisted ankle. Dirty utensils, a TV remote with a dead battery, and stained towels add to the charm. The Wi-Fi is laughable—weak at best and doesn’t even reach the bedroom (probably because the router is in someone else’s unit). Windows? Forget about it; if you open them you’re inviting in the world, so you’re forced to keep them closed giving the place a cozy prison/dungeon vibe. Oh, and the live worm I found in the shower was a nice touch. When I brought these issues up to the staff, their response? A casual ‘Thanks for letting us know.’ Safe to say, I won’t be letting them know anything else.
- TIM (8/5): Nice apartment - unprofessional management - Nice clean apartment with good location in old town Valencia. However, pushy unprofessional management that required me to come to their office (some km:s away) and pay in full before I could get access. This despite that they already had my credit card nr (from booking) and copy of passport (sent by e-mail). I suggested I could come to their office in the morning the next day, but they refused.
- DEBRA (10/5): - This property was really convenient for exploring the old town and the gardens. There were many places to eat and drink nearby without this disturbing us. The small balcony meant we could enjoy watching the world go by. The property was clean and had plenty of fold out beds and towels. We were also provided with gels for personal washing and washing up. There was a washing machine too. Communication was excellent and we were really pleased that they let us check-in early as there was no guests before us
- Antonius (8/5): - Een heel centrale accommodatie, overal vlak bij. Voor een paar dagen in Valencia is dit een prima appartement, goede bedden. Geen luxe en klein, maar dat was voor ons prima.
- Julien (4/5): Nuits compliqués!!!! - Appartement spacieux mais très peu décoré, pas très joli et très mal entretenu. Porte de la douche ne ferme pas complètement laissant passer l’eau. Serrure porte chambre cassée. Aucune fenêtre de l’appartement ne se verrouillait, donc pas top niveau sécurité. Et alors la cerise sur le gâteau est le voisinage, en particulier le voisin du dessus qui je pense dois être fou… Impossible de dormir une nuit entière, ce dernier cri ou parle fort, en laissant bien évidement sa fenêtre ouverte. Il a également déplacé des meubles à 4h du matin…
- Gerardo (4/5): Good position, quite bad apartment - The apartment is in a very good position in the old part of the city. The contactless check in was effective but we had some trouble with the access code on the last night and we had to wait the apartment employee for around half one hour before to have the access to our apartment. The apartment has very bad natural illumination. Sometimes a very bad small come up I guess by the hydraulic system.

- Dave (6/5): Poor check in - They wanted cash. They said their machine would not work for our bank. We did not have any trouble with card in other accommodations. There was also another Canadian couple at the agency which they said that their payment card would also not work. One of the employees walked away from us. We and the other Canadian client had to go to atm and get cash for the 4 days. Then they gave us receipt for 100 euros less. Good thing we noticed that. They then changed the receipt. Seemed like a scam to me. Had to pay a 14 euro fee to get the money. Then we had trouble with the electronic lock on our room. When I told them, they were not helpful. Also, room on lower level, #1 smelled like mold.

- thomas (8/5): - Lots of character would return Needs new kettle as the main one did not function the small susitute lid was broken and I was burnt by steam when trying to use it Needs an upgrade Could not get electric job to work the instructions did nothing to help So could not use stove to cook had to Use microwaves only I found out after I bought food from the supermarket and had to throw it all away And eat out But I enjoyed the location the beds where comfy bathroom clean but needed maintenance as the shower leaked and use up half my towels I would use it again now I know what to expect great location quiet and clean
- CJM747 (6/5): Suitable for what we needed. - Cheap and cheerful apartment with double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette area. Good offering for what we needed - a group of friends paired up and visiting the city for a weekend on the beers, but I wouldn't book it for a romantic weekend away. Sufficiently clean and presented but this isnt a hotel room, it's a rented appartment. Check-in is at an office around 5 mins walk away (feels longer in the heat). 10 min walk to the square, easy access to minimarkets and a bar/breakfast spot.
- Rhiannon (10/5): - Spacious, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for my requirements (solo traveller, intent on lots of sightseeing). Only concern was the shower tray filled easily and flooded the area around the shower and toilet, but mop and bucket handy so able to clean. Excellent communication regarding access to the building, had to ask for address to office. May be handy to have included in WhatsApp communication, but quick to reply when asked.
- DIANA (6/5): Solo para una noche - La ubicación es buena, pero desde el momento de la reserva deberian informar q los vehículos particulares no pueden ingresar a la zona. El olor de cañeria del apartamento es muy fuerte. De la ducha se sale toda el agua, se inunda el baño y la ducha es manual, es decir, se debe utilizar como regadera con la mano porqué si se coloca en la pared colgada se sale mas el agua.

- Luigi (4/5): - Receptionist: Horrifying. Noisy. Ground level, street side. No windows. Nightmare. Old, rough looking. Closest: no hangers. No safety box. Wifi: only worked in certain areas of apartment. I want a partial refund. They are aware about my complaints.
- Manuel (6/5): - There is the possibility to leave the luggages at the office for 10€. We had been given a lower floor but it was very humid and we were with two babies and asked to have it changed. They were very kind and quick in changing the room. The stairs and entering of the building should be kept more clean. The apartment we stayed was smaller and we had to adapt in 4. Some cutlery and pans hadn’t been clean properly so it should be paid more attention. The position is super central so very strategic. I would reccomend the place for youngsters more than families.

- Verified traveler (8/5): En general bien - El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro histórico. Lo bueno es que todo queda muy cerca, lo malo es que el ambiente nocturno no es muy agradable para una familia. El apartamento en general está bien. Recomiendo preguntar si toca un apartamento exterior o interior. El nuestro tenia dirmitorios interiores y eso nos chocó un poco al llegar. El mantenimiento no está muy bien pero la señorita que nos atendió nos dió una solución rápida y eso que llegamos un domingo por la tarde. En general relación calidad/precio está bastante bien.

No obstante el apartamento, se veía tal y como aparece en las imagenes, en muy buenas condiciones. Además, dentro te facilitan los utensilios descritos, lo que hace la estancia mas agradable. Lo unico complicando es aparcar, aunque por la zona del museo prehistorico hay zona naranja donde puedes dejar el coche y por la noche no se paga hasta las 9 de la mañana. En resumen, muy agradecido por el trato, y por la relacion calidad precio
- DB (6/5): - De ligging was prima. De service van het verhuurkantoor was uitstekend, erg behulpzaam. Omdat we met jonge kinderen op vakantie gingen, kozen we voor een flat met wasmachine. Dit was er, maar het defect werd niet verholpen na herhaaldelijke meldingen. Het appartement was niet bepaald insect-vrij!

Bij de leiding was dit niet bekend, dus er was geen alternatief geregeld. Wel heeft iemand van de leiding ons lopend naar het appartement begeleid nadat we gebeld hebben. Heel irritant vonden wij, dat in het appartement geen stadsplattegrond was. De eerste dag heeft het veel tijd gekost een touristenkantoor te vinden. Er was ook helemaal geen informatie over de stad en de bezienswaardigheden.

While we were driving to the hotel they canceled our reservation, they say that my bank card is not working.I arrived as a daughter of 8 years and a son of 3 years at 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. As a result, I had to listen to a person’s nonsense by phone. I gave the number of another card. But no one came. They informed me on the phone where to get the key.I had a payment reservation upon arrival and no one had the right to withdraw money from my card before my arrival. I also wrote to them twice about the reserve of a parking space, but a voice on the phone told me that he knew nothing about it.As a result, I had to look for a parking lot in Valencia. I personally checked in after 9 pm.during our presence in the room no one asked how our business was and no one came to check out. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst trip ever. Todo fue asqueroso. Mientras conducíamos hacia el hotel cancelaron nuestra reserva, dicen que mi tarjeta bancaria no funciona. - Adele (6/5): Ok but security an issue - All fine except air con didn’t cool down any rooms beyond the lounge where it was located, so bedrooms hot and there were no fans either! Also security issue as windows do not lock, with small children in my party this was a serious concern.
- Antje (8/5): - Bellissimo appartamento in centro di città. Un po' difficile da raggiungere con la macchina e il parcheggio, a pagamento è a 10 min a piedi. Ma per visitare il centro a piedi è perfetto. La zona alla sera è un po' rumoroso in quanto ci sono tanti locali nelle vicinanze ma sarà così per tutti gli alberghi in centro. Sotto c'è un bar per fare colazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Le lit est petit - lit double. Avec un grand conjoint j’ai fini par dormir sur le divan du salon. Mais c'était tout de même confortable. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Ce serait bien s’il y avait les condiments de base : huile sel poivre sucre. Malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas. Plus apart que hotel, le menage n’est pas fait pendant le sejour. Aussi pas mal de bruit la nuit... c’est l’Espagne! Mieux vaut s’apporter des bouchons pour les oreilles!

A 5 min. a piedi dal Mercato centrale, a 10 min da plaza dell'ayuntamento e da plaza della reina. Il bagno é piccolo ma confortevole. L' angolo cottura funzionale e vi erano 2 tv. Xavier é stato perfetto nel risolvere ogni richiesta!
- Boaz (8/5): - exellent location. the apartment is dark for lac of windows. it's on the third floor but the elevator was out of order, the bed is uncomfortable, make sure you don't leave the keys in the lock from the inside, got locked this way outside and they had to send a profetional to open it (cost me an aditional 120euros!)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location for late night people. The neighbors are loud and the building echoes them so bring some ear plugs. The apartment was a bit musty, but it’s a basement apartment, so it’s to be expected. Typical Euro bathroom. Great WiFi.
- Gianmarco (8/5): Nice IKEA apartment - This was a one- room apartment, straight out of an IKEA catalog. Tall ceilings, kitchen stocked with all utensils dishes, medium fridge. Sofa could turn into a second bed. Great TV, microwave expandable dining table with extra chairs. Quiet and very comfortable. I was on the top floor, but there was no outside view. The big windows I had opened unto a tiny unused space meant only to bring in som light and air from above. Since I spent my time outside, it was not a problem. In fact it’s better if you need a good night’s sleep. Otherwise try to get a lower room with balcony. No staff, only a number I called to talk to a man who gave the entry code and for the lockbox for the key inside. Would go there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable apartment - Our unit at Up Town 25 was 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen/living room. The apartment had basic amenities (towels, toilet paper) but some additional items would have been nice (soap, paper towels, more kitchenware). The place was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shopping, and many sites. Olivia, who handles the check-ins, was very helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and activities. She also speaks English.

- Rein (6/5): Good location in El Carmen - Due to an early tour drop-off, I arrived in Valencia at noon, but could not check in early due to a hard 16:00 check-in time. Then, a large Italian group who arrived after me were checked in before me, requiring another 15 minutes of waiting in the entry space, which was being painted. The apartment was clean and the agent's quick intro was clear. After the agent left, I couldn't operate the stove and messaged for further instructions. I never could get the stove to operate during my 3-night stay. Also, the toilet appeared to have a leak at the base, which caused a foul smell in the bathroom and required leaving the bathroom door closed and the living room windows open. The location in El Carmen was great for exploring the city and for the many good nearby cafes/restaurants. However, a large open-air club a block away played loud music until late on Sat/Sun nights and probably Fri as well. Weekly days seem tranquil and far less crowded.
- Palmas (8/5): Long check-in - The check-in at 16! Even I send the sms, day before and call at 8am, and at 3:45pm, the key I received at 4:30, but.... the appt. wad not cleaned after previous guest. So we were forced to wait one hour more. At the end we received the very clean appt.
