• Orlowski (8/5): - The place was clean. The bathroom was nice. The room was large, so we had plenty of room to move around. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for the money we paid. The road noise was a little loud. There was a half inch gap below the door.

• Roman (3/5): Bad experience - The room itself was tidy and well-maintained The soundproofing is very poor. I could hear everything, and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. People staying at the hotel, including the staff, were loud all night shouting and using foul language. I kept waking up because of the constant noise and screaming. It was a very disruptive experience

• Hilbrands (1/5): DISGUSTING! - There was nothing I liked about this place! This place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! It reeked like pot when we walked in our room, stains on the walls, and the bed was very uncomfortable!! I stopped at a dollar store and bought a can of Febreze to try and make our room smell better. We both slept with all of our clothes on and on top of the bed, scared to get under the sheets!We only stayed because we were fishing early the next day. We will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

• Tracy (7/5): Cheap and fine for a night - The staff, were all extremely helpful and friendly and were actually a highlight of staying here. We were here for a Lions game and the location was great. The pillows were paper thin and we were able to open our windows to let some cool air in, but there were no screens on the windows. There were a lot of people coming and going at all hours of the night which kept us up. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and aren’t too picky, the value is definitely there.

• Karen (10/5): I love it. I plan to be back next year. - This is an older hotel. The furniture is also a little old, but the price and the staff make up for it. I had let them know that I was coming late and when I arrived Sean from the front desk came out to my car and brought me my room keys. I didn't even have to go to in and sign in. I'm a wheelchair user and he offered me the choice of two rooms. I opted for the one with the shower rather than the bathtub. He came in with me moved furniture around to make sure that I could get everything I needed and then he brought everything in for me from my car. The bed is comfortable there's a refrigerator and microwave in a hutch that makes things easy to use. The neighborhood is awesome with multiple fast food and regular restaurants within one or two blocks. A full-service Kroger's grocery store is less than two blocks away with Dollar tree, Great clips, and the bank close at hand. Checkers, my favorite drive-thru is just past Dollar tree along with McDonald's,Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's and others all close at hand. I'm having a ball riding around the neighborhood on my scooter. Got a great haircut at the Great clips and a yummy pre-cooked pot roast dinner from Kroger. The only negative thing I could say about the whole place is that the sidewalk in front of my room is a little narrrowrer than I would like. I can turn out of the room easily but I can't just blast out and take off like I like to do.

• Sandor (7/5): Kind staff, but next time I’d look for some other place. - Shawn at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. He gave us a room on the good side of the motel (facing away from the main road). The room smelled of tobacco smoke. Truth be told, I didn’t even think of requesting a non-smoking room. Learn from our mistake. The TV was on all night in the next room, turned up loud, and it was on a channel advertising a casino, on repeat, until 4:30 in the morning. We were too tired to go down to the reception and ask for help, but it was loud enough that we couldn’t really sleep well at night.

Comme souvent dans les motels: aucune insonorisation... bruits de la route et des couloirs. Les parties communes mériteraient un nettoyage plus approfondi.

We will definitely stay again. Top notch staff!! Every one of the staff we came into contact with gave excellent, friendly service.

It did not and I have not recieved it back in my account. I paid with debit card at the desk. He should have refunded me at checkout but he said he cant. Itll happen automatically. So I would like my $50 US security deposit back.

• Stephen (6/5): Was pretty modern, in the 1980s - I was drawn by the budget price and decent reviews. Given the price, I expected pretty basic amenities, but though there was good, free WIFI and the HDTV had a premium Xfinity connection, the room looked pretty old and worn. Until the folks upstairs went to sleep I could hear every footstep (thanks for not staying up late!). Otherwise there was a lot of noise from the busy road in front, with lots of late night truck traffic. Thankfully, running the AC unit muffled it enough so I could sleep well enough. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - just wish they were fronting a more up-to-date operation.
• Ana (10/5): Very welcoming Motel - Everything, it was very very clean, comfy, good location, we felt super welcomed, all the staff was great, a little expensive but only for our tight budget, there was no coffee maker in the room but we were surprised about the very good coffee 24/7 in the lobby. We stayed there 4 nights after a 2 months roadtrip and we would ve liked to stay longer. If we ll be in Detroit again, no doubt we ll be back. Thanks :) Nothing

• Candise (1/5): Bad - Nothing When I first entered the room, there was a strong odor of dog feces and urine. We arrived late, so we couldn't request housekeeping for the next day. When housekeeping did come, they only mopped the floor; they didn’t make the beds, clean the room, or change the sheets. Highly doubt I'll stay here again.

Some people might consider it a little far out from the city but it was nice to come back to quiet. Had to jerry-rig the drain stopper to have a shower but they were very quick to note the repair down when I reported it
• Miguel (10/5): Excellent Motel - This is the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean and very big room. It is noisy because it’s on a busy avenue. But I was able to sleep through the night with no problem. This is a perfect day for someone who is traveling solo and is driving through Detroit.
