• Pettrunia (9/5): Boli sme spokojní - Ubytovanie môžeme odporučiť. Boli sme v apartmáne, ktorý bol dostatočne veľký pre 5 dospelých osôb a jedno dieťa, takže sme mali dostatok priestoru. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a príjemné, veľkým plusom je aj výborná poloha – lyžiarske stredisko je blízko a dá sa tam dostať aj pešo. Oceňujeme aj ústretový prístup zo strany ubytovania, boli nám veľmi nápomocní pri našom probléme, začo sme boli naozaj vďační. Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt pozitívne, najmä vďaka priestrannému ubytovaniu, čistote a polohe. Raňajky sme mali vo vedľajšom hoteli Kukučka. Boli skôr základné – výber postačujúci, no chýbalo čerstvé sladké pečivo. Balené sladké pečivo (vianočka, štrúdle..) bolo obschnuté a niektorá zelenina nebola úplne čerstvá.

• t_h_33 (9/5): מקום לינה מומלץ מאוד - נוחות, ניקיון ומיקום מצוינים - קיבלנו את דירה מספר 4 - קומת קרקע עם יציאה לגינה. דירה גדולה ומרווחת. מיטות וכריות נוחות מאוד. טלוויזיה עם יו-טיוב ועם נטפליקס - צריך להתחבר עם המינוי הפרטי. במשך 3 ימים היינו לבד-לבד במתחם כולו. מיקום מעולה - 5 דקות הליכה לפארק המרכזי בעיירה ולתחנת הרכבת שלידה יש לפחות 6-5 מסעדות או בתי קפה מומלצים מאוד. 10 דקות הליכה מהרכבל. ארוחת הבוקר - המוגשת במלון קוקוצ'קה הסמוך - טובה מאוד ומגוונת. צוות הקבלה - שנמצא במלון אחר סמוך - אדיב מאוד וחייכני, וכמובן - יודע אנגלית. יש בדירה מטבחון קטן ומאובזר: כיור, כיריים חשמליות, מדיח כלים, כלי בישול והגשה וסכו"ם. לסיכום - מומלץ מאוד. גם החסרונות שיפורטו בהמשך אינם פוגעים בהנאה ובהמלצה החמה להתארח שם. אין כספת. השפופרת במקלחת ממוקמת נמוך - צריך להתכופף או להחזיק אותה ביד. מנורות הלילה לא עובדות (סביר להניח שהיו מתקנים לו התלוננו על כך בפני הצוות). חלוקת השירות: ישנים במתחם אחד, שירותי קבלה (צ'ק אין וצ'ק אאוט) במלון שני, ארוחת בוקר במלון שלישי. חשוב לציין שהם במרחק 5 דקות הליכה זה מזה.

• Hreblay (9/5): Kényelmes és tiszta szállás, csodás reggelivel, tökéletes helyen. - Szép, tiszta szállás volt, nagyon jó felszereltséggel. Kényelmesen elfértünk. A reggeli egy másik épületben volt, nagyon nagy volt a választék és minden nagyon finom volt. A Lomnici-csúcsra a felvonó csak 10 perc sétéra volt. A személyzet jól tudott angolul, amit eddig szlovákiai szállásokon kevésbé tapasztaltam. Később csekkoltunk be, és a leírtak alapján nem volt egyértelmű, hogy a kulcsokat hogyan tudjuk átvenni, de szerencsére egész könnyen megoldódott.
• Michał (10/5): Świetny apartament z idealną lokalizacją do startu wycieczek. - Apartament usytuowany bardzo blisko dolnej stacji kolejki na Skalnaté Pleso. Blisko również do centrum i restauracji. Pokój cichy, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, kawą i herbatą. Śniadania bardzo smaczne serwowane w położonym obok hotelu Kukucka. Każdy apartament ma własne miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

It’s clean, comfortable, and warm. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious bathroom. The apartment has a kitchen, so you can cook your own lunches and dinners. Breakfast is included and served at the hotel next door Lack of empathy and even minimal human decency. We were supposed to stay with two of my friends and one of their young daughters. On the way to Slovakia, the little girl became seriously ill — she developed a high fever that couldn’t be brought down. Her mother had to urgently buy return tickets and go back home. My other friend and I continued the trip. During check-in, I explained the situation to the receptionist and told her we would be staying just the two of us. I also asked if it was possible to get at least a partial refund for the stay that was already paid for my friend and her daughter. The receptionist said she would speak to the company that manages the villa. But throughout our entire stay — we received no answer. On the last evening, we went to reception again to follow up. A different staff member was there, and she informed us that the company had refused to refund anything. This is despite the fact that, at the very least, they didn’t have to pay for breakfasts for the friend and her daughter — we checked this while eating at the nearby hotel. We contacted Booking.com, who told us the company isn’t responding to their calls or messages. We were even given a direct number for the company at reception. We spent hours talking to both the company and Booking, and ended up spending almost 800 UAH on phone calls — all for nothing. Zero compassion. Zero understanding. Because of this company’s attitude, I cannot recommend this place. In a world full of pain and injustice, customer care and basic kindness are essential — especially for Ukrainians who, after more than three years of war, just want to feel some warmth and humanity, even outside their home country. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

• Veronika (7/5): so-so - Myapplend discounts, restaurant staff was accommodating with diet requirements even though they forgot they confirmed the acknowledgement prior to our arrival, snowy mountain view, not so busy tourist area, good location - 5 minutes to the train station, tea and coffee in the room, nice decor (bathroom not so much), comfy and large bed but could do with less fluffy pillows Check-in/out is in Beatrice and breakfast is in Kukucka, which is annoying. Running kids in the room above made the stay less enjoyable, maybe an extra layer of carpets would help? TV didn't work at first, but the receptionist made a technician to promptly call us and guide us. Even though we made the TV work, only 1/4 of programs were available and you had no clue which ones unless you clicked through them all. The bath could've been cleaner in the corners by the wall and the shower head was spraying water all over the place. The main bedroom was lacking a chair or a luggage rack. 1/3 of the wardrobe is a wall...

• Aleksandr (10/5): Recommend! - The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part Tatranska Lomnica . The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel like you're at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

When we informed the staff he came to examine the water and though the water were clearly not hot he claimed “this is Slovakian hot water” though we clearly know from staying in other facilities in the country that this is incorrect. Also, the reception and breakfast are not in the hotel but are located in different hotels by the same chain in the area (in a walking distance but that should be mentioned ahead).
