Important Information

On-site parking is available only for guests staying in the 'Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View'. Please note that the 'Apartment with Pool View' does not include parking facilities, and guests must park offsite. From 23/02/2026 and for approximately three weeks, renovations will be carried out in the adjoining flat, which may cause some noise and possible inconvenience. From 9 March 2026 to 26 March 2026, renovations will be carried out in the ground floor flat; these are not expected to affect our guests, but we are mentioning them as a precaution.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Victoria (8/5): - Lo que no me gustó es que en la descripción del apartamento continuamente figuraba que la piscina era privada y no; la piscina es comunitaria de los 3 apartamentos que tienen. Creo que eso se debe corregir porque da lugar an error. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que , almenos en booking, aparecían multitud de fotos de todos los apartamentos mezclados y cuando reservas no sabes cuál que va a tocar , no te permite elegir y son muy diferentes. En nuestro caso, queríamos planta baja porque íbamos con un bebé y nos tocó con escaleras , y teníamos que estar súper pendientes para que el niño no se fuera a la escalera.

Francisca (4/5): Decepción - La casa en general estaba bien Estaban haciendo obras, a las 8 de la mañana teníamos que levantarnos y marcharnos, no podíamos ni disfrutar de la piscina, te dejan unas normas de silencio que ellos mismos no cumplen y también dicen que no bajes las toallas a la piscina que en el baño de abajo había... hasta el tercer día no habia toallas, la entrada y las escaleras estaban muy suicidas.....etc

Stéphanie (9/5): - Las vistas son muy bonitas, y la ubicación comodísima para ir andando a comprar. Al piso no le falta nada. La piscina con vista al volcán está muy bien concebida. Teníamos una plaza para aparcar, así que muy cómodo. La cama de matrimonio es de un tamaño muy pequeño (1,35?) por lo que es incómodo. Menos mal que hay dos camas en la habitación pequeña.

Artur (9/5): Superb - What an incredible stay! The villa was absolutely excellent - super comfortable and in such a perfect location. Waking up to those stunning views every day was something I won’t forget, and the pool… just amazing! Morning swims, sunset dips, pure relaxation from start to finish. Everything about this place made the holiday extra special. Can’t wait to come back!

Beverley (10/5): I would definitely stay at El Mirador de El Paso again. - For the purpose of my visit the location was perfect. and close to main amenities in the town. The apartment offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay.The pool area and gardens were very well kept too. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Nothing.

Nikola (10/5): Fabulous pool, view and the best host (Rebeca) ever! - So happy here! The customer service is everything. I was so happy with the treatment and kindness of the house owner - Rebeca took care of our arrival, explained in details self check-in even with a little video and photos of the gate to drive in, so it was so easy to start our stay. Excellent communication from the start to end, I felt so welcomed here, like at home! 🥰 - A small tip on how to get there more comfortably: there are generally quite steep hills with tiny roads in El Paso, so I recommend to take the main road to get around and drive to the accommodation from the hill down instead of using GPS and travel via little roads up (they can be quite challenging for drivers that are not used to them). Also, remember the green HiperDino supermarket as an orientation point :) We were give an apartment downstairs, everything was clean and ready. Super spacious kitchen, privacy, equipment to make coffee, tea, even washing machine in the bathroom! The best thing was probably the SWIMMING POOL. And the views at volcanos, including Cumbre Vieja - TOP! At the end of November, we were swimming in the pool - a little colder water but for a quick swim and relax absolutely super. There is a shower outside, so it’s a plus! I recommend this place/area of El Paso if you plan to explore the south/west of the island, as it’s a great “strategy” point - this part is a lot warmer (we had around 26°C), ideal for a beach holiday, exploring volcanos, seeing banana plantations, shopping, eating out (huge supermarket around the corner and lots and lots of restaurants, cafeterias, authentic food… there were even recommendations in the apartment which we greatly appreciated :) It feels also safe to walk around at night. Thomas (7/5): Good value for money, thank you - Nice view, nice position in the middle of the island, grocery shops next door. They look after the property regularly. Hard to park the car, the flat is almost underground with not much light.
