- Gerd (7/5): Vor geplanten Inhaberwechsel kaum Service, aber ruhig gelegen. Eher für nur Übernachten geeignet. - Das angeschlossene Restaurant, dessen Inhaber das Hotel übernehmen will sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann den Inhabern dann nur wünschen auch das Hotel wieder vernünftig in Gang zu bringen und mit einem besseren Service auszustatten. Rezeption kaum besetzt mit wenig Kommunikationsbereitschaft. Die ausgewiesenen Zeiten für die Rezeption wurden weder abends noch morgens eingehalten. Man ist sich doch eher sich selbst überlassen. Ein Versuch über die angegebene Telefonnummer zu kommunizieren blieb ebenfalls erfolglos.

- Veronika (5/5): - Recepcia bola v poriadku. Izby boli polo vybavene - uteraky, fen a 2 pohare na vodu- svetla na chodbe nesvietili, nebola dostupna žiadna wifi.

- Ingolf (5/5): Werde in diesem Hotel keine Zimmer mehr buchen. - Es wurde für 2 Tage Frühstück gebucht. Leider haben wir nur 1x Frühstück bekommen. Den nächsten Tag wurden wir vergessen und man hielt es auch nicht für notwendig, eine Lösung zu finden. Organisation und Planung . Eine Hand wusste nicht was die andere tut. Kein Überblick über die Anzahl der Gäste.

- Matthias (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder🤗 - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt.Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend geräumig.Das Bett ist sehr tief gegenüber unserem Boxspringbett zuhause,aber durchaus bequem.Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen!Das Frühstück,3 Mal wurde für uns der Tisch gedeckt,war schon zu üppig,es hätte sicher für 5 Personen gereicht!2 Mal gab es Buffet,das locker gereicht hat.Bitte nicht als Kritik werten,die angebotenen Speisen waren frisch und schmackhaft👍🏻. Keinerlei Kritik unsererseits👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Die Dame im Frühstücksraum nicht freundlich,kein guten Morgen nichts.Das Restaurant hat geschlossen,der Betrieb ist eingestellt.Wir hatten uns gefreut den Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen.Wir hatten uns extra Hotel mit Restaurant rausgesucht um es für uns einfacher zu gestalten.

- Dana (8/5): - Mooie accomodatie. Netjes, schoon. Omdat het restaurant dicht zat kregen wij meerdere alternatieven aangeboden in de buurt om te eten. Goede service.
- Amcdtp (2/5): Avoid it - The room was spacious, the shower was good. There is a large parking space in front of the hotel. When we left there was a receptionist that seemed kind and spoke good English, so we were unlucky at our arrival. They have a restaurant and the place is cheap compared to the other accommodations in the area but it is not worth it. Despite being cheaper than other places, it is still too expensive for what it is offered. At our arrival we struggled to communicate with the receptionist who did not speak any English. We were finally helped by a child. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the worst ever tried; at the end we moved the mattress on the floor and it was still too soft so we slept on the structure of the bed. The place wasn't very clean either. We tried their restaurant as there isn't a big choice nearby and, even though the food was good, it was overpriced and the portions were very small, on top of it, they had a menu but only a few options were available. Here again we were practically served by the same child, and the same happened to the table next to ours, and it felt quite uncomfortable to be honest as the only thing she didn't do was accept our payment; a child should be playing, eventually keeping company to the parents who work and help a bit but not do the job for them. Finally we were asked for a tip after... no further comment. Their booking system is asking you to do the check in online, the check out online, etc. resulting in a lot of spamming via e-mail but no real help from the official personnel. We don't recommend this place.

- Emu (8/5): Very good - I liked the view from my room & it’s very calm & quiet. That's really good to spend some quality time. Btw, the breakfast buffet was amazing. Personally I feel that it’s very expensive if I compare. It would had been better if there was any good places or something special in outdoor to enjoy.
- Aiga (10/5): Excellent - Very responsive staff and excellent restoraunt. Rooms are comfy and clean, excellent for family and travellers by car. Children were very happy for a free harribo bear candies (and the one with gluten alergy could eat them). No air conditioner.
