Guest Reviews
- Matthew (10/5): - Well kept property and comfortable rooms only a short walking distance to the square. Only downside is that the hotel didn't take credit cards
- Martin (10/5): - We had an overnight flight to Cancun got a car and drove straight to Valladolid and to the hotel. We were way to early to check in, but they let us park the car there so we could walk to the bank to get money and food. A word for the wise, get your pesos before going to Valladolid as the hotel only takes cash and getting money out of the bank may not be easy. Casa Rosario is in a convenient location with restaurants and store a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet.
- Yujung (8/5): - Excellent
- JOSE ANGEL (8/5): - Reservamos 2 habitaciones y cuando llegamos solo disponíamos de una habitación. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para mis compañeros de viaje
- Cameron (10/5): Great spot in Valladolid - We had a great stay here on our trip. Close to the bus station (only a 5 minute walk). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us some guidance on the best cenotes to visit (plus taco recommendations). The free tea, coffee and drinking water was also a nice touch. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed, with aircon working well. Only comment was the shower didn't have the hottest water. Would recommend!
- Susan (10/5): - The people working there were so kind and patient
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to stay if you'll be out all day - It was a good place to stay at for the night with the basic accommodations needed given that we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Bed's were comfortable and overall it was a good experience
- Verified traveler (10/5): priceworthy - Nice clean hotel with a small pool. Close to bus station
- Irma (10/5): - What a great little hotel. Only 2 blocks from the bus station and super close to Centro, everything you need is conveniently located. The hotel is spotlessly clean and I knew it was gonna be a great stay when I was greeted with a full size bar of soap and wash cloths when I went into the spotlessly clean bathroom. The only thing that was a little iffy was the Wi-Fi but it really wasn't much of an issue since I was out of the room exploring the fantastic city of Valladolid. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
- Alexander (10/5): - Clean and modern rooms. Good location five mins walk from the main plaza.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 7/10- Nice short stay in Valladolid - We stay in Casa Rosario for 2 nights in order to visit the ruins and the Cenotes in the area, overall rate: 7/10.
Pros: close to bus station, place is very clean and the customer service is excellent.
Cons: the whole building is pretty noisy, common area such us pool, garden and balcony are very small.
- Ryan (2/5): - Nobody was there to allow me to check In I was stuck without a place to stay during a hurricane
- David (10/5): Dave’s review - It was a small place, quite and great place to stay
- Derek (10/5): Yucatan Vacation - We really enjoyed our stay! Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Close to centro and transportation providers. Lots to do in the area, day trips. A real gem!!
- Karen (10/5): - This was a good hotel for the price. Staff .is outstanding! A nice touch - there was a room with a refrigerator which one could use, also coffee and toast available in the am at no charge. Safe, enclosed parking, good Wifi
- Juan (8/5): - Excellent service and location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and the room is huge! The only complain was the noise from a water pump they have on the roof of the room we got assigned to. Still, if we go back to Valladolid, we would stay here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great, had no complaints and I'm a picky person. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was very useful and well organized, the fridge and kitchen area downstairs for everyone to use was always clean and useful as well.
- RickBeil (10/5): - Pretty & Comfy rooms. Smaller pool, but very nice. Staff are awesome and helpful. Have a fridge in the lobby to store stuff as needed. Central to the main square. They also lock up your car. Loved it.
- D&D (10/5): Close to downtown and bus - It was a convenient location to downtown and bus station, also very central to ruins and cenotes. Very clean and comfortable for a few nights but no comfortable chairs in room, on deck or by pool. The communal kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle and a microwave. Otherwise, a very nicely upgraded hotel. A little difficult to communicate without Spanish.
- Alin (8/5):
- Good location, safe parking, staff very helpful!
The room was clean, very close to the reception and the street, so quite noisy.
The hotel has a good location, close to the city center.
