• Yves (8/5): Séjour sobre - Propreté des lieux et proximité du transport en commun Certaines difficultés avec le WIFI qui nous permettait pas de regarder Netflix ainsi que la retour de l’hôte sur certaines questions pour lesquelles il n’a pas répondu!
• Georgiana (9/5): Foarte frumos - Locatia este frumoasa. Mancarea si bauturile sunt excelente. Este foarte curat! Mi-ar fi placut sa aiba o curte unde sa te poti plimba, sa fie ca un complex de cladiri. Parcarea subterana: am platit 22 euro pentru fiecare masina, noi am venit cu 2. Mi se pare normal sa ti se asigure parcare gratuita la un astfel de hotel (nu tineam neaparat sa fie subterana, ci sa fie gratuita). De altfel, minibarul se alimenteaza zilnic, insa in afara de o punga mica de alune, ai numai bauturi: bere, sucuri, apa. Cand sa bei atatea? Mai bine puneti mai putine lichide, si adaugati ciocolate, napolitane, mix alune sau ceva specific bulgaresc (in Bulgaria gasesti deserturi excelente!)

• Diana (10/5): Minunat! - Mi-a placut la nebunie. Tot. Ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine. Am avut camera cu vedere la mare, este situat fix pe plaja. Spa-ul este top. Mancarea super buna si serviciile extraordinare. Ca o mica recomandare: mai multe variante la micul dejun pentru intoleranta la lactoza, dar oricum personalul a fost super dragut si mi-au facut pe loc ceva fara lactoza.

• Liesbeth (7/5): Weimar is een mooie stad en makkelijk te bewandelen vanaf de Röhrstrasse. - Het makkelijk en gratis parkeren. De ligging t.o.v. het centrum. Uitleg over de toegang tot de parking en het appartement. Mooi keukenblok en badkamer. Het trappenhuis mag een likje verf hebben. De stoelen en barkrukken zitten niet comfortabel. Rolgordijn keuken is erg vies en die in de slaapkamer mogen ook wel vervangen worden. Spotje boven bed is kapot. Hoeslakens mogen vervangen worden. Mis wat gezellige verlichting. Mis klein scherp mesje in de keuken. Vriesvakje moet ontdooid worden. Mis kleine handdoek voor in de keuken. 1.5 rolletje toiletpapier is wat weinig, leg ergens een voorraadje wc-papier aan. Er lagen geen extra handdoeken in de kast in de gang, zoals vermeld wordt. Ik had natuurlijk met de beheerders kunnen bellen.

• Corinna (9/5): Tolle Wohnung für einen Weimar Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung ist super - Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet,großzügig und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und hat eine tolle Lage zur Stadt , wobei es sehr ruhig ist. Der Parkplatz im Hof ist perfekt. Ein-und Auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert, durch ausführliche Nachricht vom Vermieter. Ein Abzieher für die Dusche wäre noch prima
• Karin (7/5): - Das Appartement war sauber, die Betten bequem. Parkplatz am Haus, die Ortsmitte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt nur wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Eine vierköpfige Gruppe muss nach dem Frühstück schon spülen. Es fehlt auch ein kleiner Topf. Im Bad gibt es zwar Haken, aber nicht genug Ablagefläche für zwei Kulturtaschen.

• Roland (7/5): Hat gepasst, Nähe zur Innenstadt war prima. - Gute Lage, 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Marktplatz. Bäcker und Nahkauf nahe zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden, jedoch wenn man abends zu spät mit dem Auto ankommt sind diese alle belegt; Unser Appartement lag zur Strasse hin, durch die doppelten Fenster hat man kaum etwas gehört. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, z.B. nur 3 Kaffeelöffel, unterschiedlichste Gläser und Teller.
• Birgit (9/5): - Die Lage der Fewo ist sehr gut. Zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit, und wer möchte, fährt einfach mit dem Bus. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet, die Einrichtung modern und zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
• Berta (10/5): - Ens ha agradat molt l'estança, era un bloc de pisos molt tranquil, un apartament molt confortable i que s'escalfava rapid del fred del carrer. Estava ben insonoritzat i molta il·luminacio natural durant tot el dia que s'agraeix. Tot estava perfecte pero una de les cadires estava trencada i hagués estat be tenir un lloc per escorrer i assecar la vaixella, sinó, un altre drap hagues anat bé. També hagues estat be un extractor per a cuinar ja que el 1r dia cuinant se'ns va encendre l'alarma de fum i calia sempre obrir les finestres per a cuinar.

• Georgia (9/5): - Το γεγονός οτι ειχε τοσες ευχρηστες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όπως για παράδειγμα, φρυγανιερα, βραστηρα, καφετιερα και κουζινακι. Κάποιες μερες ερχοταν μια περίεργη μυρωδια απτο μπανιο, η αποχετευση. Επίσης ναι μεν ειχε κουζινακι αλλα δυστυχώς δεν ειχε απορροφητήρα. Τέλος επειδή εμεινα ένα δεκαήμερο θα ηταν καλη ιδεα να αλλαχτούν έστω μια φορα σεντόνια και να καθαριστει λιγο ο χωρος απο το προσωπικό.

• Kazuo (10/5): Extraordinary! - Best location with wonderful tranquility. Good management. Everything was well organized.
• Stephen (10/5): Great location, great value, but certainly not the Ritz. - The Location is fantastic - easily accessible to all the Sehenswürdigkeiten and the Hauptbahnhof. I had a street side room and it was a bit noisy. The room has been renovated but it’s still is showing a bit of wear and tear. The bathroom was outstanding.

• Katharina (6/5): Eine kostengünstige Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe - Das Zimmer liegt zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Durch die Schlüsselbox ist die Anreise flexibel. Der Eigentümer war per Handy gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet, einige Kleinigkeiten waren kaputt (Lehne eines Stuhls, Eisfach im Kühlschrank), es gab keinen Toilettenpapierhalter. Die Jalousien sind fleckig und dunkeln nicht richtig ab. Am Check out Tag hat 5 min nach Checkout eine sehr unfreundliche Dame geklingelt. Gepäckaufbewahrung war nur im dreckigen Keller (zugänglich für alle im Haus) möglich.
• Mario (10/5): Zusammengefasst kann man sagen,daß das Haus sehr günstig positioniert ist,weil man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann . - Die Ferienwohnungen waren gut , es war alles im grünen Bereich weil auch die Infrastruktur sehr gut war und alle wichtigen Positionen sehr schnell zugänglich waren. Es sind keine Mängel aus persönlicher Sicht erkennbar gewesen.

• Grzegorz (6/5): Zatrzymaliśmy się na dwie noce i na tak krótki pobyt było OK, na dłużej - nie polecam. - Niewielkie mieszkanko na drugim piętrze kamienicy chyba w całości przeznaczonej do krótkoterminowego najmu. Centrum w odległości 10-minutowego spaceru (i miły park przy Muzeum Bauhausu). Sklep oddalony o parę kroków. Wyposażone we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas krótkiego pobytu. Bardzo dokładne instrukcje odbioru kluczy. Kilka lokalnych knajpek w okolicy. Wygodny i darmowy parking na tyłach budynku. Fatalny materac na jednej połówce łóżka (od strony drzwi/szafy), po dwóch nocach ledwo wstawałem, na dodatek skrzypiący (budziłem się przy obracaniu się podczas snu). Jedno łóżko tuż przy drzwiach wejściowych do mieszkania, w pomieszczeniu przechodnim (spory przedpokój lub niewielki salon przerobione na sypialnię). Byliśmy w trójkę przez dwie noce i raczej nie polecamy na dłuższe pobyty lub dla większej liczby osób.

Appartement assez grand pour deux personnes, au calme Les lits ne sont pas confortables, soutenus par des briques. Les lits grincent et les matelas sont trop mous. Obligé de mettre le matelas par terre pour ne pas avoir mal au dos. Il pourrait y avoir plus de vaisselle.

• Maryna (10/5): We will be happy to come back again. - The apartment is in a very convenient location: opposite the house there is a bus stop for easy access to the train station or the center. But also on foot through a beautiful park at a leisurely pace is only 10 minutes. There is a grocery store next to the house. The apartment has everything you need. Of the minuses: a sagging, terribly creaking mattress. I was afraid to even turn over at night. No iron with ironing board.

• Al (3/5): We made it work - The parking was good and property was close to a store and bakery The apartment is not set up for 4 adults or 2 couples, ok for a family of 4 with children not adults. The living room is a bedroom. Very limited space to lay out 4 suitcases and extremely limited in closet or dresser space. Kitchen had a limited number of utensils. The hair dryer didn't work, and I did get another but first got lectured about bringing my own in case this happens

The apartment does not receive any cleaning service and lacks basic cleaning supplies such as a mop or vacuum cleaner, making it quite challenging to maintain cleanliness. Here’s a list of items you should consider bringing if you plan to stay in these apartments for an extended period: -Dish sponges -Trash bags -Salt and oil -Coffee machine filters (+coffee) Bringing these essentials will help ensure that your stay is more comfortable.

• Christopher (10/5): A very comfortable, pleasant stay in a beautiful appartment. I would do it again. - The apartment is beautifully renovated, comfortable, in a lovely old building in a safe neighborhood. It is midway between the train station and the town center, but some may find the walk either way a bit too long, however there was a bus stop directly outside the building. We never used the bus. The kitchen was so high-tech I was never able to use the cooktops. Some instructions would have been appreciated. We were happy with the fridge, toaster, microwave, and kettle. It was convenient to pay in advance, but for Americans without a European account, the bank transfer instead of credit card may be difficult to arrange.
