- Louis (4/5): I won't book there again - self catering main bedroom door, main bedroom shower leaks, main bedroom bathtub its crap
- mashila (10/5): -
- Diane (9/5): Great place - Location was excellent, the mall is down stairs. Place was as in pictures. Host Karen was excellent. Location and comfort.
- Yogan (1/5): Did not enjoy it. If it was clean it would have been worth it, as the unit is so beautiful with modern furnishings. - The unit was very modern open plan Cleanliness most of the stuff in the kitchen was dirty. We had to wash up everything from the microwave to the kettle to the dishwashing rack. The kitchen chairs had hand prints that could have easily been wiped out. The lounge sliding door doesn’t lock. The main bedroom window doesn’t close. The main bedroom shower and bathtub leaks so much of water that we had to use most of the towels to soak that up. The portable Aircon makes a noise like a generator so that didn’t help with the heat.
- Derick (9/5): - Family Checking-in complicated
- Dikeledi Lettie (10/5): -
- Lusanda (5/5): Lovely place, the maintenance is not up to standard. - The place is secure. Shops and restaurants are very close and the beach is fairly close. The apartment has all the essentials necessary. The linen wasn't clean. Netflix was down the first 2 nights and the washing machine wasn't working. The host came late to hand the key, but made up for it by giving extra time at checkout.
- Arumugam (10/5): Very accomadating - It was good
- Gamedullah (8/5): - The location was nice and right by the mall, which was a plus. This made it very convenient. Very nice place. Customer service was excellent. Sort out problems quickly. Gets abit noisy with delivery bikes up and down. Would be nice to have a pool facility added. View abot obscured by the Mall.
- Chumy (8/5): Very good - We loved everything about the location We were struggling on using Television we had to call the host but the only app that was available was Netflix
- Mehlomakulu (10/5): Management was the best they were able to accommodate change of dates and refunded me for a short stay because of bearea - Neat Location is too noisy you can’t rest
- Nokubonga (7/5): Good -
- Sithole (10/5): The host was amazing the place is clean and fresh beautiful - The apartment was clean and fresh
- Thulisa (8/5): Very good - Friendly check in process
Location
Family friendly WiFi was very slow
- Peter (7/5): Good - No back up power with loadshedding and no access to TV programs needed own details to use the online portals
- Marwane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lincoln (8/5): We really did not have a chance to enjoy the facility because we we would leave early morning return - Breakfast was not a part of the package which was fine for me. All was fine with the exception that it was a bit far from central Cape Town. Quite a long commute. But since we had an hired car it was perfectly fine.
- Nomsa (7/5): Good -
- Chuma (9/5): Felt like home - Check in process was hustle free. Face recognition worked. Spacious and homely. Enjoyed my stay.
Conveniently close to the mall.
Walking distance to the beach.
2TVs with Youtube and Netflix.
Good internet speed. Not well ventilated, please do consider to fitting it aircon and diffuser especially in the lounge area, also level up with cleaning, cleaning company not doing a great job especially with the floors. It wasnt dirty, but it can be cleaner…get my drift
- Herve (8/5): Very good -
- Jacob (9/5): If the accommodation could have these then it would be perfect - Everything No air fresheners, only 2 toilet paper no black bags
- Delisile (8/5): Very good -
- Mirabel (10/5): Exceptional - It was home away from home. Shopping center just around. Kids really loved the apartment. Will definitely come again The facial recognition sometimes didn't work properly
- Liezl (4/5): Disappointing - We liked how close it was to the mall. They had electric blankets on all the beds. The couch was very comfortable. There wasn't enough standard essential things that you'd need within the cupboards. The sliding door in the lounge doesn't lock. It is smaller than what you think it is. The bathroom is very small and not convenient. A lot of maintenance is needed within the apartment.
- Mathebula (10/5): fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, self-catering stay near the bea - The location is perfect—it's very close to the mall, making it easy to pick up anything we needed, and it's also just a short walk from the beach. The apartment had a clean, homely feel, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. One of the highlights was that we got to serve ourselves and make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which added a personal touch to our vacation. The inverter kept making noise and switching off sometimes.

I like where the place is located, and the fact that it had an invertor we never experienced the loadsheding. There was this lady called Cicilia she is very good, she explained everything to us and. She is so friendly The cocroches we didn't expect so see them in that house. I hate them so much
Clive gave us the wrong location when we arrived, and we ended up paying more money to the Uber.
