• MARCELLO (9/5): Hotel com quartos recém-reformados bem próximo da estação Termini. - Quarto recém-reformado com instalações para preparar um lanche, geladeira, microondas, pia e acessórios completos. Acesso ao elevador no térreo precisa subir alguns poucos degraus. Quando chegamos fomos informados que teríamos que ficar uma noite em um quarto menor do que o reservado. Mas o problema foi muito bem administrado pelo recepcionista Sr. Hamza, que não poupou esforços para resolver tudo e terminarmos satisfeitos.
• Natalia (10/5): - It was a perfect stay! The place is very close to Termini, like 5 min walk. I got in quite late and the building door was locked. I gave a call and in a minute a very helpful friendly staff came to open the door. The room was spotless. Room has even a kettle and coffee machine! And a small lovely balcony which i discovered in the morning. I recommend this place. Really nothing comes to my mind

Stock eines Kondominiums mit teils deffektem Aufzug - Türen undicht, Geräuschpegel zu hoch (kann hören, was Gäste im Nachbarzimmer bereden)
• Marc (4/5): - Gute Lage nahe Bahnhof Termini Sehr altes und schmutziges Gebäude. Aufzug wirkt unsicher und ist sehr eng. Es gibt keine Rezeption bzw. sie ist nie besetzt. Man muss anrufen, um in das Gebäude zu kommen, dann bekommt man drei verschiedene Schlüssel, die man für Gebäude, Wohnung und Zimmer benötigt. Es ist mehr wie eine WG. Die Zimmer sind schlecht eingerichtet und ebenfalls eng. Oberflächlich wirkt es einigermaßen sauber, aber der Schein trügt. Selbst für Romverhältnisse viel zu teuer für den Preis. Ich kann nur abraten

El chico de recepción muy amable. Si llegas de noche la zona no se ve linda. La recepción y las habitaciones se encuentran en el 5to piso, cuenta con ascensor chico, pero hay que subir varios escalones para llegar al ascensor

• Bubulj (9/5): Sweet Holidays hotel has left sweet memories with me! Himel was helpful and friendly! - The hotel was quiet clean and well appointed. It is a wonderful traditional building with a very nice updated room and a balcony with a spectacular view! At first I thought having breakfast in the cafe around the corner would be a negative thing but the bar Nicaragua was a classic 1920s establishment with friendly staff and delicious pastries and lattes.

Algunos trabajadores del sector de la piscina (los que limpiaban) nos hablaban varias veces en un rato, daba la impresión de que esperaban que les diéramos propina. Por otro lado, la barra libre tenía tragos de una marca muy mala... si lo buscas en google te aparece como el PEOR whisky. El agua con el que regaban era hedionda, un desagrado salir y caminar con ese olor a desagüe.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent for an overnight stay, close to transport and easy access to sights - A comfortable, clean room in a great location very near to Termini Station. The building has a lift which is necessary as the apartment is on the 5th floor. The staff are excellent, with very good communication and attention to guest needs. I would stay here again
