The food for both breakfast at Fulya and also evening dining at nearby Charlys was great. The main man Ibrahim was a great source of information and had excellent contacts for onward travel. Maittava aamiainen kattoterassilla. Ibrahim-isännän ja muun henkilökunnan ystävällisyys teki parin päivän oleskelusta hienon! Muuten mukavassa majataloon kuuluvassa Charlie’s ravintolassa oli turhaa sekaannusta ateriatilauksista ja jouduimme odottamaan annoksiamme noin tunnin.

Restaurant ( Charly’s pension) par la même famille , poisson du lac frit très bon. EXCEPTIONNEL petit déjeuner , buffet énorme. Une belle découverte !

De mon road trip de 2 semaines en Turquie, ce fut mon meilleur hébergement, tant pour le confort, le charme des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel, le délicieux petit déjeuner et la cuisine généreuse de la cuisinière de Charlys Pension à deux pas d'ici. Je me suis souvent retrouvée seule sans vraiment l'être 🙏. Une adresse inoubliable !

Very clean with plenty of hot water and reasonable pressure for showering. Food was really tasty. Fantastic staff - absolutely the highlight of this property. Friendly, kind and welcoming. It feels more like you’re joining their family than staying in a hotel. The rooms are quite small but perfectly functional. Some upkeep to little things like curtains and perhaps more information about parking and how things work regarding meals and check in or out would elevate this stay.

Family run and had a very family relaxed feel- in a good way :-) The room was very clean and loved that they are environmentally aware, with signs to conserve water ect- which we did not see anywhere else in Turkey. We had dinner at the attached pension, and had the fish & chicken - both were delicious. Nothing, waking up to that view was AMAZING

- Sara (8/5): - De kamer was eenvoudig maar schoon met als plus een koelkastje. Wat we misten was handzeep of iets dergelijks. Tevens heeft de hostel geen algemene ruimte of lobby. De bovenste verdieping heeft een terras en is alleen open voor het ontbijt, wat jammer is omdat het een mooi uitzicht heeft en perfect als algemene ruimte zou kunnen fungeren. Mogelijk is het naastgelegen pension Charly's geschikter voor langer verblijf.

The elevated setting on the Eğirdir peninsula, right next to a small mosque and the spectacular ruins of a Byzantine castle, is magical. The view across the lake sat outside enjoying their traditional cooking was altogether one of the highlights of our tour around Türkiye. If available, order the lake carp!

Koffie en thee op de kamer. Prima wifi. Koelkast op de kamer. Kamer en sanitair waren niet helemaal proper en verouderd. Jammer dat we het mooie terras met 360 graden zicht enkel mochten gebruiken tijdens het ontbijt, dit is een gemiste kans! Hoge prijs voor een pension in functie van de kwaliteit en het comfort/faciliteiten (steenharde oude handdoeken, enkel zeep aanwezig en geen andere toiletartikelen of pantoffels zoals aangegeven op de site, oncomfortabel balkon meubilair, geen buitenlandse kanalen op de TV, geen gezamenlijke of gedeelde ruimte, ontbijt was vaak een mix van verse producten en die van de dag voordien)

Definitely do the upgrade to the room with the lake view, what an amazing view. I work remotely for 8 hours a day, so can you imagine a better view for sitting inside the hotel for many hours? Room was super comfortable, has air conditioning, hot water, everything. Staff are not only friendly but also really friendly, always smiling, laughing. Very nice overall. A bit expensive, but nothing out of the ordinary for the pensions right on the water

Breakfast was outstanding with views to die for. I really did not want to leave. Arrive as guests left as family. Шторы оторваны и валяются на полу. Высота потолка 1.90. Вантус сломан. Интернета нет совсем. Нет шкафа или тумбы для одежды. Окна не открываются и не закрываются. Это полный кошмар.

- leyla (4/5): Teleurstelling - Uitzicht We hadden geen handdoeken. Er was maar 1 handdoek en die was vies. Het leek ons alsof de beddengoed gebruikt was en niet gewassen was. We werden er zo vies van. We hadden geen wc papier niks. In de avond hadden we allerlei beestjes op de kamer en geen oog dicht gedaan. We zijn vroeg vertrokken om zsm uit de kamer te geraken.

- Heather (8/5): Cosy family run pension. - Great breakfast on rooftop terrace. Parking is just a little way off in the square but Ibrahim helped us with the luggage.
- Robert (10/5): - Great hospitality, nice location and wonderful views from the panoramic rooms and balconies. Thenew fridges in the roo.s is a nice addition.
- Shalina (10/5): - Мы не ожидали многого от пансиона, выбрали в первую очередь потому что "можно с питомцами". А в итоге остались в полном восторге. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, уютная атмосфера, идеальное расположение: озеро с двух сторон, кафе, магазины и центр города - всё в 5 минутах пешком. Парковка рядом, Wi-Fi стабильно работает. У нас был номер с балконом: утром наслаждались видами и пили кофе с видом на озеро, настоящий отдых для души. Завтрак отличный, сытный. Поужинать в ресторане пансиона не получилось, так как возвращались с наших активностей голодные раньше, чем он открывался, но в следующий раз попробуем. Особенно хотим отметить доброжелательное отношение к нашим корги, спасибо вам за тёплый приём, обязательно вернёмся! Немного не хватало холодильника в номере, чтобы хранить напитки и продукты из магазина.
- Ines (9/5): 360grad Blick auf Berge und See - Klasse Lage in Ergirdir, mit Blick auf den See. Tolle große Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Das Hotel gehört einem Eco Tourismus Netzwerk an und es wird sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit wert gelegt. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit einem 360grad Blick war unser Highlight. Das Frühstück war richtig toll, kein Plastik, frisch und außergewöhnlich! Die Pension ist direkt neben einer Moschee. Morgens um halb 5 wird man vom Gesang des Muezzins geweckt.
- Thomas (8/5): - We booked a double room but where upgraded to an apartment because we stayed for four nights and the apartment fortunately was free. Breakfast at the terrace includes a lot of local dried fruits and nuts (which are explained in a booklet) and more then the usual Turkish breakfast stuff (eg pekmez and tahini, poppy seed paste, ...). The host is full of information regarding tours in the region and very helpful. There were a lot of mosquitos in the village, but the apartment was well protected with flyscreens, so no mosquito managed to enter the rooms.
- annamaria (10/5): - Ibrahim e il personale della sua struttura sono stati accoglienti e disponibili. La camera e il bagno sono ampi e puliti. La struttura si trova in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. La colazione a buffet è ricca di prodotti tipici della zona, con una vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Inoltre è servita su una gradevole terrazza con vista sul lago.

- Marco (9/5): - Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, super Lage in der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Hervorragendes, schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Da die Unterkunft direkt am See gelegen ist, hat es jede Menge Moskitos. Speziell auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer.
- Judith (10/5): - The location was ideal. Ibrahim was very knowledgeable and is doing a great job promoting rural tourism. The food was exceptional, but above all the ladies who served food, cooked, and cleaned were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. We liked everything.
- Louise (9/5): - This property was homely with basic but comfortable furnishings. The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast was very good.
- Seda (10/5): Charmvolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und Sicht auf den See. - Leider waren wir nur für eine Übernachtung dort. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Betreiber ist sehr herzlich und man fühlte sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit für Wanderungen, aber falls man Wanderungen mag ist man bei dem Betreiber sehr gut aufgehoben. Er organisiert Wanderungen und ist an der Organisation der Europa Wanderroute von der Südküste der Türkei bis Dänemark beteiligt.

- Nicole (10/5): Amazing - The host was incredibly helpful and provided a really useful guide to the area. The room was clean and both the breakfast and dinner provided were outstanding.
- Emma (10/5): Beautiful location, great views and wonderful hospitality - The views from our room across the lake were spectacular. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. When we arrived late in the evening the host kindly arranged a delicious dinner at a near by restaurant. Breakfast was the best we have had in Turkey so far, which we ate looking over the lake on the rooftop deck. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

- Ian (10/5): - Good location. Friendly and helpful owner. We were in 'spillover' accommodation - i.e. in an adjacent building but that was not an issue at all; our room had big windows and a wide balcony overlooking the lake. It was a very pleasant place to stay.
