• Igal (10/5): Great Hotel - The hotel located near the metro station with several lines that go there. Very close to the shopping street santa catarina. I ordered the single room but go the bigger one.

• Deirdre (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, but no sure if we would return to it again. - The property was in a very convenient area for Trindade station, and Restaurants. Good breakfast. Very clean. Very quiet. The hotel was very basis. We had to keep asking for food and dishes to be replenished. Only given 2 tea bags & 1 sugar per day. No sachets of milk & no sachets of coffee!
• Mateus (1/5): Pior Experiencia que ja tive em um hotel. - Infelizmente foram tantas coisas desagradaveis em somente uma noite de estadia que nao tenho coisas positivas para relatar. 1. Falta de higiene na casa de banho O chão da casa de banho encontrava-se pegajoso, evidenciando uma limpeza claramente inadequada. A situação tornava desagradável e pouco higiénico até caminhar no espaço. Além disso, a toalha disponibilizada apresentava um odor desagradável. 2. Mobiliário degradado A cama encontrava-se visivelmente deformada. O estado de desgaste era evidente e demonstrava necessidade urgente de substituição. Tal situação impossibilitou um descanso confortável e adequado. 3. Falta de equipamentos essenciais O quarto não dispunha do comando da televisão. Consequentemente, foi impossível utilizar o aparelho televisivo durante a estadia. 4. Perturbação noturna inaceitável Recebi uma chamada da receção perto da meia-noite (aproximadamente às 00h00). A chamada inesperada assustou-me, interrompeu bruscamente o meu descanso e provocou uma noite de ansiedade e insónia. Perguntei para duas pessoas do atendimento do hotel e confirmaram que a chamada somente poderia vir deles, mas fora isso nenhuma explicação.

• Sascha (7/5): Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. - Gute Lage um Porto zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zweckmäßig eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer. Beim Frühstück geht wie fast überall mehr - ist halt ein ganz normales Standardfrühstück (ein bisschen Gurke oder Tomate dürfte aber durchaus angeboten werden).

Gostaria de destacar o atendimento simpático da Sofia na recepção. Escada para chegar ao elevador, complicado com malas pesadas.

They didn't put any amenities in the room, had to ask for coffee and water. They did the cleaning but didn't put any towels, when I ask for towels they gave me face towels instead of shower towels.

• maria belen (8/5): Un buen hotel en la zona alta de Oporto. - La limpieza de las instalaciones. Todo está muy nuevo. Hay un pequeño tramo de escaleras para llegar al ascensor. Pensaba que la ubicación era mejor. Aunque si que estaba relativamente cerca de la estación de metro.

• Shaked (7/5): Wasn’t bad but could be better for the price - 8 minutes from metro station, bus station right outside the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and ordered me a taxi for the airport. Check in is only at 4 pm because they start cleaning the rooms only at noon. Not enough lighting in the room. Bathroom door doesn’t close. Bedroom door needs to be pushed to be locked. Not enough bathroom and shower storage. I had a small spider on my pillow the first night. Couldn’t get the water in the shower to get warm on my last night.

My water faucet wasnt working very well.

• Philip (9/5): Top verblijf met ideale ligging voor een citytrip. - Het hotel is vanuit de luchthaven zeer goed te bereiken met de metro. Het ligt op een paar 100 m van de halte Trindade. Gratis bagageopslag (zeer veilig) kan zowel bij aankomst als vertrek. Ook het (oude) centrum is vlot te voet bereikbaar. Het hotel heeft mooie kamers, het ontbijt is verzorgd en lekker (zelfs vers geperst fruitsap) en is al vanaf 06.30 uur beschikbaar dus ideaal wanneer je een uitstap plant. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een ideaal hotel voor bezoek aan Porto. De kartonnen bekertjes op de kamer voor koffie en thee worden niet vervangen. Daar zouden stenen tassen een beter alternatief zijn.

Situated on a busy road , the road surface created a lot of noise . The double glazing was ineffective at reducing it & made sleeping very difficult. Also around 3am , I was woken both days by a delivery vehicle & the occupants talking loudly outside the hotel .

• bhangal (10/5): It was pleasant I was pleased with my stay. - The location. It was close to the city centre. In a decent area. Most of the qualities were quite likeable.
• SiHu (8/5): - Ruhige Lage, nahe an der (Airport) Metro und in Gehweite zum Zentrum, gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter Man erkennt den Badezimmern ihr Alter an, würden mehr Pflege benötigen (Dusche) und kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten. Nur eine große Bettdecke für zwei Leute vorhanden. Beleuchtung des Zimmers war kaum vorhanden.

• Marie (7/5): Velikonoce v Porto - Hotel je vzdálen 5-7 min. od stanice metra Trindade ,kde se setkávají všechny jeho linky, včetně té na letiště /linka E/. Cestou k metru jsou bistra s rychlým občerstvením. Metro linky D vede do historického centra. Doporučuji zakoupit na letišti několikadenní jízdenku Andante. Vyplatí se. V hotelu je účinná a tichá klimatizace, závěsy chránící před světlem a varná konvice. Matrace jsou pohodlné. Nejsou tu hrnky, ani sklenice. Musíte si vystačit s jedním papírovým pohárkem na osobu. Ty vám o víkendu a svátcích služba nevymění, v tyto dny se neuklízí, nestelou postele, nevynášejí koše. Přijeli jsme ve čtvrtek před Velikonocemi, takže do našeho odjezdu v neděli bylo neuklizeno. Polštáře v postelích jsou poměrně vysoké a nepohodlné. Pokoj měl být připraven ve 14h., ale po našem příjezdu v 15h. jsme ještě 20 min.čekali.

Tout est industriel c’est assez peu goûtu et vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui était servi . Au regard de ce qu’on peut manger à Porto c’est vraiment navrant

O quarto individual era sem janela, com um muro na janela, wc para pessoas deficientes, mas sem condições a tv com falhas na emissão, sem condições para qualquer pessoa, muito estreito, apenas disseram q estavam cheios, tendo pago bem para um quarto sem qualquer condição fou péssimo.

• Hester (8/5): Fijn hotel op goede locatie - Fijn hotel op goede locatie. Kamer rustig mede door dikke geluidsdichte deuren. Deze vallen wel hard dicht. Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt als je label aan je deur hangt. Waterkoker op de kamer en theezakjes. Fijne badkamer met inloopdouche. Ook is er douchegel en zeepje. Wordt ook bijgevuld. Kamer is ruim. De kitranden in de badkamer waren vies/bruin. Er is geen koelkastje.
