• anna (10/5): I love Istanbul - Hotel confortevole nel suo minimalismo pulitissimo personale cordiale e disponibile nel soddisfare le tue richieste colazione ottima anche grazie alla bravura di una simpatica e dolcissima signora che preparava ogni mattina un dorek buonissimo oltre ad altre specialità turche ed inoltre la posizione vero punto di forza 👍😍 In realtà non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto forse i rumori notturni ma ci stanno poiché l'hotel si trova in una strada ricca di ristoranti pub bar con una vita notturna attiva.

• Emily (9/5): Very nice top floor suite - A very nice top floor suite located near Istiklal street accessible by lift. The suite is the only room on the floor and had 2 comfy, clean beds as well as a very large modern bathroom. The balcony was nice though we didn’t end up using it much. A mini fridge with water was also provided. The room was surprisingly quiet for being located near such a busy street which was a bonus. The staff were all very nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We only had small nitpicks that didn’t particularly impact our stay. Despite the size of the bathroom there is very little storage to put things which was slightly annoying for showers etc… the curtains are also quite thin but I am not too worried about that. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend.

La posizione é ottima anche se bisogna chiudere le finestre di notte perchè é la via é nel cuore della movida notturna. La colazione l'ho trovata buona ma con poca scelta.

• Slaviša (9/5): - Location right next to the promenade, close to all public transportation stations (metro, tram, and ferry). Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Warm and spacious rooms. On weekends, it can be a bit noisier, but that is completely normal for such a location, and no hotel can do much about it. It did not bother me or my children. The breakfast is somewhat modest, so do not expect too much, but it is perfectly adequate for the price paid.

• Chauke (10/5): Enjoyable stay! - I liked the location as it was walking distance to every tourist attraction that I wanted to visit and also close to public transport such as the metro! The staff were very friendly and helpful even though they didn’t understand English fully.
• Харченко (10/5): - Отель Devman &Terrace встретил с теплотой и заботой, очень понравилась атмосфера, внимания персонала к деталям и желание сделать отдых незабываемым. Особенно хочется выделить русскоговорящего менеджера Навруза, он с удовольствием отвечал на все вопросы и даже приготовил перекус на завтрак, так как мы выселялись рано. Первой фразой было " Чувствуйте себя как дома!" Так мы себя и чувствовали во время всего проживания. Все работники отеля справлялись с работой на отлично. В номере убирались каждый день, пополняли запасы воды, чая/кофе и туалетных принадлежностей. Понравилось завтраки, это то, что мы едим и дома-то, что нужно для сытного и полезного начала дня. Также понравилось расположение отеля - в самом сердце города, гулять вечером было безопасно и интересно. В пешей доступности много кафе, ресторанов и достопримечательностей на любой вкус. Обязательно в следующую поездку вернемся в отель и порекомендуем друзьям! Такого не было

• enginaga52 (8/5): Tolle Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral gelegen, in der Nähe gibt es eine Bahnhaltestelle. Einkaufsläden sind gut erreichbar, die bekannte "Istiklal Caddesi" ist direkt in der Nähe. Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war ausreichend. Es gibt leider nur zwei Kleiderbügel. Ich konnte nicht alle meine Kleidungen vernünftig aufhängen. Abends (vor allem am Wochenende) ist es aufgrund der Lage sehr laut, die Bars auf der Straße spielen sehr laute Musik bis 3-4 Uhr morgens und es wird im Zimmer etwas laut.

Ci hanno dato una camera meno rumoroso, è comunque un quartiere della movida, quindi non aspettatevi silenzio assoluto. Noi eravamo così stanchi che non ne abbiamo sofferto. La colazione era un pò scadente.

Il bagno della mia stanza aveva il copriwater rotto e comunque tutto un po' vetusto.Alcune sere molta confusione dal bar sottostante

Plus, you’re close to Pera, which is near Taksim, Karaköy, and Sirkeci. A big thank you to Novrus and Hasan! If you’re hoping for a restful night’s sleep on weekends or if you tend to go to bed early because of noise from the street, you might want to consider staying away from this location.

Kur e pyeta më vonë pse nuk më zgjoi, ai ia hodhi fajin koleges së tij, edhe pse ajo nuk ishte fare aty. Më tha se nuk i kishte thënë asgjë. Për pak kohë e arrita avionin, duke i shkaktuar vetes shumë stres.

• ioanna (9/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή! - Υπέροχη επιλογή! Αρχικά η τιμή ήταν σούπερ & ειδικά για όλα αυτά που παρείχε. Για 3 βράδια πληρώσαμε 150 ευρώ με πρωινό κ τα 2 άτομα. Το δωΜτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο & καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ φιλικό. Καρακεντρο. Μας άλλαζαν πετσέτες κάθε μέρα. Είχε μέχρι κ παντόφλες στο δωμάτιο! Καθώς κ μηχανή βραστήρα με τσάι κ καφέ. Ζεστό δωμάτιο, δεν κρυωσαμε καθόλου. Δεν φοβηθήκαμε επίσης. Τέλεια επιλογή! Στα αρνητικά είναι είχε αρκετό θόρυβο απέξω γιατί είναι στενό με φουλ μαγαζιά! Ειδικά το Σάββατο είχε πολύ φασαρία από μουσική κ μηχανάκια. Τις άλλες μέρες πολύ κομπλέ όμως! Επίσης, η μπανιέρα θα ήθελα να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένη γιατί είχε άλατα κλπ. Γενικά όμως είναι πιο καλή επιλογή!

Ma chambre etait quand meme bruyante mais moi ca ne m'a vraiment pas dérangé donc petit conseil, demandez une chambre coté cour et non rue si c est un probleme pour vous. Le personnel vraiment sympa. A proximité de commerces et de transports aussi, et ca c'est top. J'aurais voulu avoir des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours mais ca n'a pas été le cas. Minor inconvenience.
• Maider (10/5): Hotel perfecto en zona Taksim - La ubicación en una zona de bares y restaurantes variados. El personal muy majos. La habitación perfecta. Nos cambiaban las toallas diariamente(creo que no es necesario pero bueno), nos reponian las botellas de agua diariamente y limpiaban la habitación diariamente. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Las ventanas tenian poca insonorización acustica y el sabado que hay marcha nos costó conciliar el sueño, pero partiendo que es una zona de poteo sopesamos el riesgo. Aun y todo, ha sido un gran acierto hospedarnos en este hotel. Volveriamos fijo.

• Valentina1979 (10/5): Cu siguranță as reveni - Foarte bun raportul pret-calitate. Camera mobilata cu bun gust.si curata. Zilnic se schimbau prosoapele si se arunca gunoiul. Hotelul se afla pe o strada animata cu multe terase, hoteluri si pub-uri.. As fi preferat un mic dejun mai diversificat.

Per noi è stata ottima la posizione, vicina ai mezzi pubblici e alla vita notturna. Credo che sia una gestione familiare; questo mi ha fatto percepire l'atmosfera e l'impegno che mettevano per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Forse l'unica cosa negativa che posso dire è il rumore notturno, ma per noi non è stato un problema, eravamo molto stanchi. Consiglio l'hotel per la posizione, la qualità e il prezzo."
• Cristian (7/5): Foarte galagios - Camera a fost OK, acceptabila in raport calitate preț. Personalul hotelier f amabil și atent la nevoia clientului. Curățenia a fost efectuată zilnic. Hotelul este situat într o zona foarte aglomerată și gălăgioasă(baruri, muzică, claxoane mașina) este practic imposibil să dormi fără dopuri de urechi.

• CINTIA (7/5): - funcionários e localização fiquei em quarto com duas camas de solteiro. o quarto era bem apertado e os colchões não serviam bem na cama, eram maiores do que a base. o banheiro não tinha janelas e o exaustor não funcionava, então ficava um pouco de mau cheiro. a limpeza também precisa melhorar e o café da manhã não vale a pena.
