alvaro mauricio (2/5): MALA EXPERIENCIA - ubicacion al llegar me recibe la recepcionista y me indica que NO tengo derecho a cambio de toallas ni de sabanas por que solo me quedaria 2 noches ( dejo objecion en la firma de aceptacion de obligaciones) "cama king" armada con dos camas de plaza y media, lo que encuentro de muy mal gusto y calidad ya que hay que dormir de un solo lado y en el extremo de la cama por que al medio es imposible encuentro de muy bajo nivel tener este tipo de actuar con sus clientes para este HOTEL "GRAN CAVANCHA"

También no me gustó que no tuvieran insumos para lavar lozas ya que se tuvo que comprar esos insumos solo para lavar lo que se utilizo para cocinar el desayuno.

Al exterior de la habitación tenía un sistema de aire acondicionado, que toda la noche al momento de descansar el ruido fue molesto. Se da a conocer el inconveniente y la respuesta no fue la mejor, los encargados no entregan las mejores opciones.

Mala claridad de las políticas pet friendly: Cobran por cada mascota y por noche, no entregan nada y esta información no aparece ni la informan hasta que ya estás en el alojamiento.

Cecilia Carolina (3/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - la Vista La vista, piscina sin mantención, no nos dieron la habitación que habiamos pedido, el aseo lo hicieron cuando despues de las 16:00, el joven que nos recibio muy bien la supervisora que se supone que nos solucionaria el problema nos trato pesimo, el estacionamiento lejos y malo piso de tierra Desayuno carisimo solo 1 de las 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, baño en malas condiciones limpio pero viejo y con menos toallas de las que corresponden a los que habiamos avisado que estariamos

MARCOS IGLESIAS (2/5): Pésimo servicio! - Cobran garantía por lo q se pueda averiar, Pero lo peor es q te lo dicen una vez estés haciendo el check-in no dando la posibilidad de tomar otra opción ya que al momento de hacer la reserva no informan de aquello ya hablando cobrado la reserva q es sin devolución, o sea , es pagar o pagar. Y lo otro en la reserva no va el cobro del estacionamiento ya q lo cobran aparte. También lo informan una vez haciendo el check-in. Estando el estacionamiento a cuadras del hotel, ni siquiera es en la misma instalaciones. Pésimo servicio!
