744himanshus (10/5): Loved the stay - We had a really nice stay here, Host at the reception helped us with everything including getting the day tour and atv ride booked Our hot air balloon ride booking was cancelled by klook but he was able to get us a slot the very next day Team is very responsive to any need we had Loved staying here and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Capadoccia

141nasreenh (2/5): Awful! - The only nice thing about this hotel was the view from the roof terrace. That said, don't be fooled by the pictures of the ballon views, as they don't look anything like that and are pretty far away. Room was not very clean at all, mold on walls,dirty bedding, horrible bathroom with mould that really smelt ( no window or clean air) had to buy my own bleach to clean it. Same awful music playing day & night. Very noisy, very uncomfortable beds. Staff not particularly friendly. On arrival the lady didnt speak any English, didn't even try to use Google translate. Instead, as we were checking in, she asked another guest to translate for her, and she wanted to know what trips we wanted to book. She made him ask us twice, and we had just arrived.. .. Needless to say we made our own arrangements re trips and from that point felt like they had no interest as we didn't book with them. Def would not go back, couldn't wait to leave!

817saifa (6/5): 3 - I book 3 rooms 1 night There is some points they have to fix it -The beds are very poor quality too much noisy -Toilet are not so much clean and not design good i can't sit in toilet because very narrow and i can't stand my head is touching the sealing - The breakfast i like it very nice 👍👍 - the staff are very good 👍 - the view are nice and the terrace i like it

Elainefps (10/5): Excellence in service, cleaning and honest - Excellent hotel! Very nice facilities and staff, with everything we need with the experience to stay in a cave for a few days. Very clean, with breakfast and good restaurant. Beautiful view especially at night for amazing pictures that I did not see in any other hotel! Nevertheless, very good tips and suggestions about what do you or not with good prices and honest!

Rizwan (3/5): don’t stay in 3* hotel … read small print - nice panoramic view no Ac or fan in the room- we probably did not read small print. only 3 rooms called honeymoon suite had AC room cleaned properly on first day after that, they just made the bed did not clean toilet or room breakfast very basic , nothing hot offered just one omelet for table of four

Hannie (3/5): 1/5. Needs improvement. - spacious room When we arrived, no one was in the reception to assist us. Once someone came, they did not speak English. Room wasn’t ready and it was already 1610. They wanted to charge an extra 50euros for the hot air balloon tour. Which was previously booked through the hotel but no organization. No one informed us of details, time, pickup nor what’s included. The eftpos machine didn’t take euros. There were flies all in our room. The fridge was unplugged. The photos displayed on their website are not from this location. There was no sheet on the bed. Only a small blanket that couldn’t cover 2 people. Asked for an extra blanket, they said, they had none available. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor to the sink once turned off. The water ran out from the taps and shower.
Said (9/5): Superb - Nice staff and good location. Since it is a summer time, i think they should think to put an air conditioner. In the evening, it was a bit hot, but at night, it is cold.

ElchefT (10/5): Pleasant Vacation - Everything was very well, Staff was very helpful, they even helped us book for air ballons with a short notice (quite rare for ballon’s experience) It s located in the centre of Avanos, so you are close to free pottery making classes and very good food.
Hasibe (10/5): Harikaydı - Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Gittiğimizde bizi evimizdeymiş gibi karşıladılar. Oda biraz ufak ama sabah erkenden uyanıp pencereden baktığınızda gördüğünüz manzara harika. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen masa donatılmıştı. Akşam keyifli sohbetler yapabileceğiniz mütevazi bir terası bulunuyor. Nevşehir'e tekrar gidersem tercihim yine Sakli Cave House olur.
Duygu (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Breakfast was amazing. Getting there was a little hard, streets are so small and parking lot is not an actual parking lot. When we got there they took us to their own workshop for ceramics and souvenirs. I would recommend you to go somewhere else first because it was much more expensive than the others. Since it was the first one we saw, we didn't know about the others' prices. Also any service they provide, they try to charge you. Even we told them we have car to explore, they said they can drive us by charging with a small amount.
