Guest Reviews
- Mark (10/5): - This property had an excellent location. The staff was great and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
- VICTOR DANIEL GARCIA (10/5): - Loved our stay. Thanks to all the staff. Would definitely come back.
- Karen (8/5): - The hotel is very clean and newly as well. Is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was always very quite at night time. The bed was very comfy and the room was very very clean with all the essentials, water and soap as well as blackout curtains. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 ⭐ Review is because of the very strong sewer smell in the reception area, and I do understand is an old city and it didn't bother me but it is worth mentioning. The room didn't have a bad smell at all and got clean everyday. Service was awesome.
- Neil (10/5): - Lovely place, lovely staff.
- Corina (8/5): - Location, clean
- ALAN (10/5): Superb, cool & classy hotel. - Superb, cool & classy hotel, large snazzy rooms, very comfy bed, fridge with freebies, tea making facilities, impressive breakfast. Not far from railway station and very close to all Strasbourg tourist sites, we will be staying again. Cannot wait.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Convenient, very friendly overall excellent value
- Nichola (10/5): - Very central. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Free mini bar with cold drinks. Nice shower.
Just needed a more comfrotable chair to sit on when relaxing.
- Dylan (10/5): - Loved they had A/C and Free mini-bar. Bed was really comfortable. Walkable to train station. They did not clean room or replace my towels during my stay.
- Audra (10/5): - Stayed at this hotel for a few days and loved it. Rooms are stylish, spacious (for Europe), comfortable, and clean. Easy walking distance to train station and many of the city center attractions. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.
- Mariam (10/5): - Loved the wonderful African vibe and unique decoration. The staff was amazing. Attractions, shops, and restaurants are at walking distance and the area is calm. Would definitely revisit
- Lauren (10/5): - Exceeded our expectations! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was wonderful, and the location is perfect.
- Thomas (10/5): - .
- Lin (10/5): - My room is big, clean and cozy. Walking distance to central train station. Many options for dining. Near by a couple department stores for shopping. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast buffet gave me good idea what to buy for souvenirs. Acess to 2 big elevators . I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you
- Graham (8/5): Great location - Nice, modern hotel. Great central location and very friendly helpful staff. Only downside was a very firm mattress, but thats such a personal preference that its hard to blame the hotel for it.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Great hotel in a great location. Hard recommend
- Allison (10/5): Recommended - Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities and quiet. Great location; close to main train station, a tram stop, and the walkable old city with plenty of food and drink. The hotel also has bar with a good selection and comfortable seating. Best were the luggage lockers available to guests!
- Callum (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Very nice stay. Property was well located, modern and in the city centre. Staff were friendly. It was very warm in the rooms though, and we were unable to cool the rooms due to the air conditioning not being allowed in the winter, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep in.
- Rishell (10/5): Easy living is a great name for hotel - Amazing stay. We did not have a pretty view but spent very little time in our room. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere throughout city from the hotel. The bathroom was large. The decor is fun and bright. We found everything to be clean.
- Beverley (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg, particularly the convenient location of the hotel and the restaurant breakfasts. The cleaning staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
- John (10/5): - We had a blast during our stay at BOMA easy living hotel. We had two rooms, one with a twin bed for our oldest daughter and a balcony, and the second with a baby cot for our youngest daughter and a pretty city view of the cathedral in town. The restaurant had a great breakfast and we loved the vibes of the hotel. Thank you for hosting us!
- Virginia (10/5): - We were there to enjoy Strasbourg‘s city center decorations, and Christmas markets, and the hotel was perfectly located for that. We were within easy, walking distance of all the sites. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Dining was limited in the hotel itself, but you’re right near everything, so there are plenty of cafes restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for viewing the most beautiful parts of Strasbourg.
- Tina (10/5): Great Hotel In Strasbourg - Location, room, service, breakfast…all were superb!
- Michael (10/5): - Great place!
- Christina (10/5): - Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend
- Richard (10/5): - Great location, very clean.
- Stephanie (10/5): - When I asked the hotel about parking I was told they didn't offer parking so we had to park about a half mile away and haul in our oversized luggage. Then upon checkout I heard the staff asking customer if their stay included parking fees, that was abit infuriating since I had booked our stay over 6 months out! Location was good, room was tiny!!
- cherry (10/5): - The room is beautiful and spacious , i love that theres a towel warmer . The on site restaurant is a plus. They have a very organized system . Im super impressed with the self service and secured luggage storage . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotels location is perfect , walking distance to the christmas markets and the gare de strasbourg. I would stay here again
- Bryan (10/5): - Great hotel. Great location
- Christian (10/5): - Hotel located centrally in Old Strasbourg, walking distance from Petit France and other attractions. Area felt safe, easy walk from the train station, staff very helpful and friendly.
- Gwen (10/5): - Staff was great!
- KAREN (10/5): - Friendly staff, excellent breakfast
- Robin (10/5): Excellent check in and comfortable room - Very comfortable b d, in a slightly small bedroom. Quiet at night and slept well. Extremely helpful receptionist
- Kelly (10/5): - Easy and short walk to hotel from the train station. Excellent location to Petit France with all the shopping, historical sites and restaurants. Great service and can lock up luggage if early or leaving late. Nicely decorated, clean and upgraded bathroom/shower and very comfortable bed.
- TIMOTHY (10/5): - I would highly recommend this hotel. Great staff, great location, clean and quiet. A rare find that shouldn’t go unnoticed.
- mark (10/5): - great location very nice room
- Lewis (10/5): Good location for centre of Strasbourg - Very comfortable and great location
- Lisa Marie (10/5): - BOMA was a great find—the room was comfortable, and the balcony a welcome surprise. The shower was wonderful!! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Strasbourg.
- Richard (10/5): - Perfect location, great price. Would definitely recommend
- Hong-hai (10/5): - Very Clean room and bathroom! Comfortable beds. Great air conditioner and water pressure. Noise level was moderate at night since our room faced the restaurants but it quieted down after midnight. Staff are kind. There is a complimentary luggage storage even after check out. Only suggestion is an extra lamp in the corner as it was a bit dark with all the lights on.
- Louis (8/5): - They let us check in early, which was nice. Great location and very clean and quiet.
- Mojan (10/5): - A very comfortable, clean stay in a great location. The room had all the essentials plus a Nespresso machine. Each floor has its own drinking water fountain which was the first time I had see this, and it was really appreciated.
- Ji Young (10/5): - Good location, warm staff
- Heather (10/5): - Perfect location close to scenic center, restaurants and sightseeing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they clearly welcome their guests. Breakfast was fantastic, everything we needed before an active day with two teenagers.
- Molly (10/5): - The BOMA Hotel is located in a great area, approximately a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. The hotel is staff exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has a very hip and modern feel to it and super clean. There is onsite parking available, but a reservation must be made ahead of time. If that doesn’t happen, the note has several ParkHaus options a short driving/walking distance with a reduced rate. This was our 3rd time to Strasbourg and the BOMA Hotel had been our favorite place we stayed, hands down. Would recommend it for all the above reasons.
- Hoda (10/5): - The rooms very quiet and clean.
Tasty breakfast!
- Philippe (8/5): - The room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and the room was cleaned to a high level. I would stay again.
- RENEE (2/5): Horrible stay - We had a horrible 3 night stay here where the AC did not work and despite hotel trying to work on it it didn’t work/ they refused to move us bc we booked though hotels.com finally moved us last night. Staff was rude. Don’t book
- Faraz (10/5): - Awesome stay! Great hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location and very central
- Shidokht (10/5): - Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Check in and out was great and easy. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathroom facilities were clean and beautifully decorated. Restaurant on the ground floor had breakfast which we enjoyed.
- Shahnaz (10/5): - Clean, good staff, breakfast good
- Peter davis (10/5): Fabulous hotel all round - Fabulous hotel in good location
- Lori (10/5): - Great location and very clean.
- Gregory (10/5): - About 10 minutes to the train station anhalf that to the tram. Lots of options for dining. Did not try the restaurant other than for a beer and frys... which were very good. We could not be happier with our stay.
Room was modern and good size, bed was great. Bath also modern wirh nice walk in shower and heated towel bar..
Big party, music fest on the island our last night. Heavy modern windows. We didn't hear any of it when we went to sleep. Cathedral with Astronomical clock.
Lots to do off the island too. EU headquarters, University/observatory, walk along the canel etc.
As I write this we have been to 5 different stops in france: this was our second. All interesting but it's the people that stand out. Very helpful, kind and friendly... even when we took the wrong train... another story.
- Maan (10/5): - The hotel is perfectly located in downtown and close to the train station. It was clean the staff was extremely nice and helpful and they even had a recommend list of places to see eat and view all through a Google map list.
- Gregory (10/5): - Fantastic hotel
- Vitaly (8/5): - The only problem this hotel has it’s a parking. It was misleading on the website and eventually we didn’t have parking space at the hotel, had to park far away from it. The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel is in a very central location to all the destinations.
- Lauren (10/5): - Loved everything about the deluxe double room and the hotel staff were lovely, great location. Convenient to station, cathedral and petit france
- richard (6/5): - Tried to make sure by emailing hotel in advance to reserve parking they say they have available on site, but when we arrived we were given a map showing us where to go park car somewhere else. Can be very confusing since there are so many garages in same area.
- Marc (8/5): - The sink was too tiny.
- pat (6/5): - Great location. Parking is non existent and expensive in the public parking per night
- Darrell (8/5): - The parking situation was a bit of a pain but I knew in advance it might be. What would have made the stay perfect was a dedicated load/unload area so you don’t have to drag your luggage across town from the parking garage.
- Dixon (10/5): - This property is wonderful. We loved the location, staff, room clean very nice. This hotel is really close to the train station walking distance was perfect for us. They also let us borrow an electric adapter. It rained one day they gave us umbrellas to use. They went out of there way to make our stay amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Here are the downsides; not to discourage you from staying here but to inform you. The bed was hard and uncomfortable for us. Linens were good. Place is clean, made service lady very nice.
The shower door needs to be wider it’s hard to keep the water 🚿 in and not get the floor wet.
Our window was right at the front corner. Beautiful view but the night light across the walkway is bright. You can’t leave your window open because of that light. I loved it otherwise. Shopping, exploring and eating is everywhere close. Plus the hotel offers food.
Strasbourg is incredible, this is a great place to stay and we recommend it!
- Jonathan (10/5): - Great place to stay in Strasbourg near train station and in center.
- Scott (10/5): - Really great hotel room in an excellent location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful hotel, excellent location - Excellent location, 5 mins to La Petite France, 10 mins walk from the train station, it's perfect for people with young families. I would return to stay here.
The rooms facing the street have an amazing view, but if you are a light sleeper, bring some earbuds. I wouldn't trade this for a room facing the back street, we really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks!
- Sarah (8/5): - We stayed at BOMA for three nights following the Christmas holiday. It's a short walk from the train station, surrounded by shopping and dining options, and a 20 min. taxi ride to the airport. Our room was quiet and clean, though on the smaller side - not a lot of room for luggage but otherwise fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. All the stafg we encountered were courteous and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the listing showed it had a mini fridge, but was actually a quite warm beverage fridge so we ended up having to throw out our yogurt and a few other snacks we'd bought. There is luggage storage in the basement with electronic locks, and a small gym I used one morning (very basic but better than nothing!). There is a grocery store across the plaza and down a little ways, and a laundromat less than 5 min. walk away. All told, this isn't a super fancy hotel but is a solid choice in a great location.
- Karolyn (10/5): - Fabuloso, limpio, cómodo, grande el baño, cerca de todo y súper cómodo. Los empleado hablaban Inglés y Español también.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stay - Staff was very helpful and friendly, room and toilet was very clean and comfortable. Location is also amazing and close to Christmas markets. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again!
- Antonio (10/5): - This hotel is very centric, clean, staff was awesome. The hotel has everything that you need.
- Collin (8/5): - Great location for the Christmas market, however, we needed to park a long way from the hotel because the area was closed to car traffic. Super convenient except for the parking, which is out of control of the hotel so I do not fault them.
- Ronald (10/5): A fun stay - Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The bartenders were very funny!
- Paul (10/5): - Hotel in very central position and is clean and brightly decorated. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. My room was a good size and the free water and soft drinks in the minibar is a nice touch.
- Laura (10/5): Lots on offer! - The location of the hotel was very centrally located to the main Christmas market, and it was easy to get to Notre Dame Cathedral as well as the other markets.
Loved the beef bourgignon in the restaurant!
- Julio Ricardo (10/5): - The best hotel in Strasbourg. Clean, superior service and within walking distance to everything. Also great restaurant. We absolutely loved it!!! Truly a 5 star
- Matthew (10/5): - We stayed at the BOMA for five nights during the Christmas markets. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the core of the city, with all of the tram lines and the train station a short walk away.
- Indranie (10/5): - Great location. Attentive staff. Hotel is clean. Great food.
- Michael (10/5): - Magnificent.
- Kazu (10/5): - Easy direct walk from the main rail station, very friendly staff, locker and toilet in basement came handy as I arrived in Strasbourg too early. Room spacious, clean and very warm, super bright but clean bathroom. Highly recommended.
- Karolyna (10/5): - Great location! Close to everything. Super clean and a spacious room. There's an elevator. Staff spoke different languages. Good price. Would stay again, without a doubt.
- Yan (10/5): Great Hotel for the Price. - I have two nights of stay in this lovely hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable, especially since the location is very convenient, close to the major attractions and the train station ( about 5 to 7 minutes walk from or to the train station). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
- Hope Zinnia (10/5): - Great location and very nice modern room with great facilities, and friendly staff
- Norman (8/5): - Parking was terrible. Insufficient spaces with the hotel.
All else was nice
- Paul (8/5): - All good
- Eric (10/5): - Close to shopping and restaurants. Very new and clean.
- Gary (8/5): - Great location - 10 min walk to main train station and 7 min walk to metro station; 5 mins to Le Petit France; and situated on a street with many cafes, shops, restaurants.
Room are very comfortable - beds nice and firm; quality memory foam pillows; and excellent bed duvets that are warm but breathe. Great curtains - we were situated next to bright lights illuminating name of hotel and aside from some slight leakage of light at the top - it kept the room dark. The AC worked well for France - if it could be dialed down another 2 degrees it would be better (at least for Americans who are used to colder rooms).
Bathrooms are good with quality showers.
Based on our experience, pass on the optional (extra fee) hotel breakfast and check out the shops/cafes in the near vicinity - better value for the money and better quality food.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Perfectly comfortable, well-laid-out rooms.
Quiet both inside and out, despite being in busy area.
Friendly staff.
- Samantha (10/5): - Located close to the station, excellent for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a great overnight stay.
- Stevie (10/5): - Great hotel for short overnight visit! Staff and property was outstanding! Great location!
- Paride (6/5): - Umm were to begin. Easy living ..NOT.. Modern .. YES. HORRIBLE sewer smell in entrance and lobby Rom could use some lighting ..Ahh the good old days ! NOT
- Rania (10/5): - The perfect apartment for a family stay. Great location everything easy and walkable. Highly recommend and would stay again in this stylish and spacious property next time I visit Brussels.
- Michelle (10/5): - It was an enjoyable stay - bar staff was fun!
- Eric (10/5): - Conveniently located within Old Town Strasbourg
- Margaret (10/5): - Staff was wonderful. Property was very colorful, contemporary, and clean. Delicious full breakfast buffet available for extra charge.
- Tracey (10/5): Central location, nice hotel - Nice spot to stay in Strasbourg. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.
- Avraham (10/5): - Nice hotel, clean , excellent location, good service
- ADAM (10/5): Nice Value - Nice hotel, centrally located and a decent rate. I recommend it.
- Richard (8/5): - Great hotel in a central location.
- Mohammad (10/5): - Great location. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Close to all the highlights of the city
