- Noe (8/5): - It’s a really good deal for your money. Clean and safe area. Hotel is within walking distance to lots of turist places like museums and churches . Their breakfast is really good as well.

Our only small disappointment was that there is no roof patio for our cocktail hour. The roof patio pictured in the hotel photos is for a private suite on the top floor. But we could have used the lobby which is very nice and interesting.

- Yuridia (4/5): - The staff was rude they charged me for what I reserved but was given a different room inferior of what I paid for and I found out when I arrived at the room and they refused to refund the difference. They found me a room the next day and the bed was so creaky that it wouldn’t let sleep from all the noise. Everything was just not a great experience over all. Great location but not worth the lack of sleep.

- Enoc (6/5): - This is a very mid-hotel, it is ok at best. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful with questions and concerns. The hotels hard product leaves much to be desired. The rooms are meant to be “smart” rooms, it was anything but, shower head was not properly attached and no mini fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold. The walls were very thin and you can hear just about anything in the halls and next door. Restaurant was ok, although service seems a bit scatter brained when serving or working tables. Food itself was ok, nothing to write home about but in a pinch works just fine for a meal. Distance to plazas for shopping, sightseeing and other restaurants is great! You’re within a 10-15min walk of various churches, clubs, and stores. Overall, very ok
- Zeferina (4/5): - To start off I want to express the cleanliness of the place which was very great . The cleaning staff is very friendly . Although I can’t say the same for the receptionists . They have rude mannerisms and terrible customer service . They tried double charging me for my key card because I had lost it . I payed for it the first time and at time of check out the expected me to pay again what kind of nonsense is that . It’s truly pathetic to see how they treat people based off appearances . To top that off the parking is super inconvenient to have to carry down the luggage from the parking place rather than being able to unload upfront for easier transport. They really should work on figuring that out. I get that the place does not offer many parking spots upfront but at the very least allow the people to unload their baggage and then park in the garage afterwards . I would only recommend the place for the cleanliness and because of the surrounding environment.

- Bertha (10/5): Todo excelente excepto una persona del restaurante - Todo excelente, la chica de recepción súper amable, todo bonito , súper céntrico . Lo único que no nos gustó es que fuimos al restaurante a pedir un par de vasos que necesitaba para mis hijas pequeñas y nos dijo una señorita que no nos los podía prestar y le pedimos de favor vasos desechables y dijo que no tenía, y le dijimos es que necesitamos solo dos vasos y nos dijo, pero me los traen en un ratito ( eran las 10 de la noche ) entonces le dijimos que ok , que regresábamos en un rato. No nos gustó que nos decía que no a todo lo que le preguntábamos y su actitud tampoco era buena. Todo excelente excepto por esa persona del restaurante :)
- Nolides (8/5): In the Middle of the City Center - The hotel is placed in the City Center and you can move around easily, but the area is pretty noisy. The hotel could be in better shape, for example, better lighting in the restroom, a coffee maker, an iron, etc. The hotel staff was kind and proactive. However, it was hard to figure out how to get a receipt when doing the check out.

Only thing I didn't like was the woman in the room next to me waking me up at 2/3:AM doing who knows what. I like that the hotel has food & you can pick up a coffee late but there's so many places around the area for food as well. Staff was great! Friendly. Maybe next time Ill get a better room or no one next to me..:)

- Carlos Eduardo (4/5): Baño Sucio y apestoso - Se ve que el hotel tuvo sus buenos tiempos, la alfrombra estaba sucia, las toallas estan rotas de las orillas, se veia que una de mis sabanas no habia sido cambiada. El mayor problema fue el baño esta muy sucio, pareciera que no le habian limpiado en semanas lleno de jabon las paredes y con un olor desagradable a drenaje, el toilet no bajaba bien y asi podria seguir, pesima experiencia.

- La Monte (10/5): - Great hotel, excellent service, friendly staff who tried to speak English as much as I tried to speak Spanish as best as I could. They took all my bags up for me. They have everything in the room you can ask for. Hotel is super close to everything, safe area. I was impressed. Older hotel but rich in character. Don't have any expectations staying here, just learn to enjoy it. My only complaint is that they need to have more lighting on the ceiling in the bathroom but overall its a 5 out of 5 for me and I definitely will be staying here again! Great Job guys!

- Alexander (6/5): Mal actitud del personal del lobby del hotel. - Primero la asistencia del personal en el lobby deja mucho que desear, se supone que si el hotel esta en una zona centrica llegan muchos turistas y el personal no fue amable al tiempo que llegamos, aparte nos pudieron entrgar la llave 40 minutos despues que llegamos.

- Adali (8/5): Love the hotel,confortable,great location but... - I love the location of the Concordia, as is close to the historic sites on SLP. This is the second time that I have been there and is always a good experience overall, however, I have to mention that I wish they did not overdo the air ambiance fragrances that they electronically spread over the hallways, is terrible! so strong that it gives me a headache and my nauseated. Especially on the second floor. This is very bad for the human as contains chemicals that can harm people. I look online and there are tons of companies that offer different nontoxic, and natural organic oils as an alternative such a ofativa.com
