- RAMON (8/5): Muy tranquilo - Muy tranquilo y silencioso!! Céntrico buena opción La TV de mi cuarto se apagaba y prendía cada 2-3 minutos y aún así me quedé 4 días en la misma habitación 329. Un día dejé un sobre con dinero para la recamarera y el de mantenimiento entro a mi cuarto sin autorización a dejar una mesa y se llevó el sobró de la recamarera con el dinero !

- José Guadalupe (7/5): Hotel para vacaciones de verano en Mexicali. - Definitivamente la alberca y la ubicación a lugares que frecuento. No te dan cupón de desayuno si reservas en Expedia o Booking, me parece una política absurda. No sabia usar el control de la tv, le tuve que hablar a un empleado para que me apoyara. No hay pastillas de jabón, usan un jabón líquido que no me parece la mejor opción para bañarse.

- Virginia (6/5): Bad - Location, price I was people outside the pool area with Loud music and talking very laud drinking, until 3 am, i call the office to ask if the can stop this because the noise don’t let me sleep, they don’t do nothing, this place look like a Park, in the morning a lot of trash on the grass and glass bottles, this was very disappointing

El cuarto estaba cómodo y con todo lo necesario para la estadía de una noche. Que haya un mapa o un letrero más grande con dirección a las habitaciones, para encontrar el número de la habitación con mayor facilidad.

- JAIR (6/5): OK to stop and refuel, but not to enjoy. - The location was great based on the fact we were around the area for family and business. No towels in the room, once we called the front desk to ask for some, the towels were poor in quality, old and in need for new ones. The tv was awful, images kept freezing, only about 5 channels available, and those are the ones which kept freezing.

Están en constante remodelación Pero los hospedaron arriba del tremendo ruido del taladro , llegamos a dormir pocas horas y la construcción de todo fue imposible el descanso , deberían avisar desde recepción la opción de quedarse o no , ya haciendo la reservación por aplicación ya nos cobrarían .

- Jimmie (9/5): Decent place to stay - Spacious room, clean bathroom and good water pressure. The door isn't sealed, so the air conditioner never really gets the room all that cold. A little door seal strip would really help keep the room cool, and also save money from having to run the AC full force the whole time.

Big cockroaches come in the room from under the door. The walls are dirty. There’s little bugs in the room. They’re harmless, but there was bugs in the room. I will never stay there again. I was a loyal Customer. We would always stay there. It didn’t feel clean. I will not stay there again. It was too noisy. Our room was under the stairs. People going up and down the stairs. It was not great.

I also had to put a deposit in order to get the remote for tv!!! & when I tried using remote it did not work!!! Also there was a lot of cockroaches! Front office and manager not helpful at all! - Arod1201 (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean and it was in a sentir place The stay was booked for 3 people, but the room was only provided with 2 towels and 2 pillows, which was clearly insufficient. Additionally, the pool didn’t open until 10 a.m., which is quite late, and when it did open, there was trash all around it — not acceptable for guest use. There was also a service charge added that was initially described as a tax, but the receipt clearly labeled it as a service fee, which feels misleading. Lastly, I was asked to leave 200 pesos for the remote control. I only had a 500 peso bill, and I was told no change was available. It should be your responsibility to provide change, not the guest’s problem. Overall, these issues made the stay disappointing and not reflective of what was expected or advertised.

Choice to pay for a breakfast plate or buffet, Lots of variety of Mexican food. Pool was nice with shade and chairs. Rooms were very clean. Remotes wouldn't work for tv, even After multiple exchanges of remotes. Bed was a little stiff. No sheet on the sofa couch.

- Alejandra (7/5): Good - Is not the first time we stayed there, and it's looks like they're doing a good job trying to remodel the place. It's looking nice . 1.- You have to leave a deposit for the remote control, I had two rooms, so I had to leave the deposit for two remotes 2- I left the deposit for the remotes, and one of them didn't work . 3.- wifi, you scan a code to connect, but it didn't work, called the front desk and they told me to go to the office to scan my device there but we were at the other corner of the hotel so no thank you, we were tire already.
