La habitación muy descuidada, el mobiliario viejo, el colchón bastante incómodo, la tina para dos personas pequeña y, en el reglamento mencionan no puedes poner otra cosa en la tina que las burbujas que ellos te proporcionan y no te dan nada. Consultamos si podíamos hacer una hora después el checkout nos comentaron por mensaje que no había inconveniente y al salir nos cobraron 200 pesos por esa hora mencionando en booking hicieron mención de eso. No lo recomiendo, precio calidad no concuerda pudieras encontrar otro hotel muuuucho mejor por ese precio

The mattress of the bed is very worn out; it is curved and uncomfortable, causing back pain. The door of the room doesn't close properly in the middle, leaving a large gap through which the interior of the room is easily visible. This lack of privacy made us feel uneasy. In the room, we detected hidden cameras, which we reported to the manager, who simply said she didn’t know about them. We had to cover the cameras with masking tape, as well as the gap in the door, to feel some degree of privacy. The room we reserved did not match the photos posted online. The hotel is located on a very narrow street where only one car can pass at a time, making it impossible to park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage without blocking traffic and risking a fine. The hotel has no parking, and it is inconvenient to walk several blocks with your luggage. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; there was a musty smell, and it clearly needs maintenance. The whirlpool tub is clogged and does not work properly. Honestly, I do not recommend it and would not return unless it was my last option. I am attaching photos of the hidden cameras and the door gap so you can see what I mean. Michael (6/5): Very nice location and confortable rooms. - Air conditioning work great, the decour of the rooms are great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great since it is in the heart of the center , and all our activities were walking distance. You have to first check in and then park your car, in the center it is a bit difficult. The bathtub in the room seemed old and had cigarrete burns ( even though it is forbiden to smoke in the rooms) They sell some chilled wine , cokes and candy , but that is just about it. I asked for ice to keep a bottle chilled but they do not have ice at the hotel.

Liliana B (4/5): - Es un hotel conveniente porque está ubicado en el Centro donde todo lo de alrededor de ahí queda cerca caminado. Sin embargo, deja mucho que desear para ofrecer habitaciones tipo suites. Necesitan una remodelación urgente. Todo en la habitación es muy viejo y gastado. Incluso la ropa de cama y toallas están muy gastados, necesitan ya cambiarlos. Las toallas por ejemplo están manchadas y solo proporcionaron 2 toallas de baño que eran de diferente tamaño. No había toallas de mano en la habitación. La televisión no servía, un joven del personal intentó arreglarlo pero no tuvo éxito. En cuanto a la limpieza también deja mucho que desear. Sucedió que la suite que habíamos reservado estaba para el lado de la calle y las paredes estaban de lo peor que he visto en un hotel, se descarapelaba la pintura por todos lados y también nos sentimos en cuanto a la privacidad que no era muy ideal porque el jacuzzi está justo al lado de la puerta que da hacia el pasillo y enseguida está la entrada/salida del hotel. El joven del personal que nos hizo el check-in fue lo suficientemente amable para cambiarnos la suite a una más al fondo que tiene el jacuzzi no en la habitación donde está la cama sino como parte del baño. Pienso que porque esa habitación estaba disponible no la habían limpiado bien. Había tierra y basuras pequeñas en la tina y el suelo, hasta una cucaracha muerta. No se escucha mucho ruido de afuera. Nunca volveremos a este hotel ni lo recomendamos. Es más como un motel pero caro.

Astolfo (1/5): Bad - Location Next to me was so drunk horny couple drinking, having loudly sex and high volume music. The receptionist didn't say anything after 45 min. Sounds funny, but it wasn't when you needed to sleep after a long, busy week of funerals and hospitals
Juan (2/5): - Muy mal, el primer día nos hospedaron en otro cuarto diferente al que pedimos, había cucaracha muerto en el piso, al sig día nos movieron al cuarto correcto y la puerta estaba muy dañada y se batallaba para abrir
Kimberly (1/5): I was was locked in the hotel because staff left and was unable to get out until staff came and unl - I was locked inside the hotel because night staff left! I was unable to get out until the manager showed up and unlocked the doors! I was the only customer at the hotel! If i had an emergency or a fire happened how was i to get out???? Also the spa tub handle broke off in my hand, i was given a regular room and charged the price of a suite!!! This was a horrible experience and i want something done about it! When i asked to speak to the owner or someone higher up, the manager refused to give me info!

Spence (6/5): - This is not a very good hotel. tiny rooms with virtually no immunities. It is quiet and not dirty, but really only a place to sleep or take a mistress.

Friedmann (8/5): Very good - Set smack downtown Queretaro, close to everything. Modern look, quiet, helpful staff, well stocked kitchenette. Staff retrieved an item we forgot and we were able to get it back without any issues. Jacuzzi tub jets were weak.

Randall (10/5): A perfect spot in the middle of beautiful Querétaro - This property is one of my favorites when I visit Querétaro. It's only steps away from the most scenic areas of the walkable historic center and there are lots of great dining options available. Their rooftop deck was out of service for a remodel.

Xuexin (1/5): worst experiences ever! - nothing works in the hotel. one day we were locked outside of the hotel. no one answered phone nor what’s up. :( It was a very strange hotel. The room is super dark, there is no windows. the front desk is 1 meter away from my room. basically, nothing works in this hotel: starting with the safe box, then no hot water in the shower, then air condition then TV. On the top of everything, the front desk can not speak English at all, so nothing can be fixed. I really did not want to go back to my room during the evening.

Ellen (8/5): Great location and very clean - I got an email the morning I was to check in telling me that there was a problem with their computers and that there was no room available. But when I arrived(without seeing this email), a room was found for me. Layout of room is a bit odd, but bed comfortable, and there are free coffee and cookies available in the lobby all of the time. Location great, staff wonderful. Still unclear as to why I was told that nothing was available....very clean.
