- Ron (8/5): Mi case tica - Hostel basic but in good position for town, buses and activities. Helpful English speaking staff and good pancake and banana breakfast.
- Line (2/5): Not worth the money - We had an unpleasant stay at mi casa tica. It was very dirty, the breakfast only consisted of a few pancakes and bananas, there was nothing to fill up our stomachs. The room was smelling and dirty and unpleasant to stay in. We did not get correct directions for the bus to the monteverde reserve and the bus hours was given was not correct.
- Eric (6/5): Prima overnachtingsplek! - Een prima hostel vlakbij alle activiteiten rond Monteverde! Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Er is een warme douche aanwezig. De kamers zijn prima voor een nachtje, alleen zijn de bedden echt heel erg doorgelegen. Daar tegenover staat wel een lekker ontbijt dat s’ochtends vers voor je wordt gemaakt. Scrambled eggs met toasted brood en fruit. Echt lekker! Het hotel personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De wifi is wat traag. De ligging van het hostel is echt top. Dichtbij allemaal winkels en supermarkten.
