Marine (1/5): Appartement sale, désuet et sous-equipé - L'emplacement du logement tout proche du Colisée et l'agencement de l'appartement C'était très très sale (voir photos) et il n'y avait quasi aucun équipement +très peu de vaisselle, le peu qu'il y avait était sale, pas de passoire, de torchon, de machine à café, de sel, de poivre par exemple, c'est le minimum pour un appartement), wifi ne fonctionne pas, tv écran avec un trait, télécommande dégoûtante, plaques de cuisson dégoûtantes, douche avec moisissures, le tuyau fuit, les joints de porte ne sont pas étanches, un des savon est décroché du mur, le lavabo ne s'écoule pas, la robinetterie est à changer, les poubelles ne sont pas nettoyées, pareil pour le micro ondes, des traces par ci par là sur les murs, la tête de lit est écaillée, le sol est complètement griffé, la tringle de la chambre se décroche, pas de télécommande pour les clims donc inutilisables, une des lumières de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas , matelas à ressort qui a déjà du vécu mais j'ai quand même bien dormi dessus Cet appartement ressemble juste à une grosse blague, franchement payer plus de 1000 euros les 4 nuits c'est du pur vol, passez votre chemin !!

Léna (5/5): Très décevant - La gentillesse de Romain au service du petit déjeuner. La qualité de la literie. L'emplacement en plein centre et juste à côté du Colisée. La chambre n'était pas du tout aussi bien que sur la description et les photos. Nous nous attendions à une suite avec 2 belles chambres, en fait nous avions 2 chambres, qui communiquaient par un couloir au milieu. Avec des portes qui ne restaient pas bien ouvertes, nous avons dû demander des cales portes, que j'ai dû descendre chercher moi même à la réception car la personne nous avait oublié. Une clim que l'on ne peut pas régler de la chambre, les boutons tactiles ne fonctionnent pas correctement. Et beaucoup d'appareils font de la lumière la nuit dans la chambre, c'est très désagréable (plafonnier de clim, telephone, boutons tactiles de lumière). Nous devions avoir une chambre avec un lit double +1 lit simple et l'autre avec un lit double. J'avais confirmé cela par mail 2 jours avant mon arrivée. Pourtant à notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de lit simple préparé. Plusieurs poignées de porte serviette et de porte papier toilettes étaient cassées (elles se déboitent toutes seules). L'une des deux douches était mal conçue, toute l'eau ressortait dans la salle de bain ! La chambre des deux qui donnait côté rue était très très bruyante. Pourtant je ne suis pas trop sensible à cela, mais en fait des bars se trouvent littéralement juste en dessous et les jeunes de la ville y font la fête tous les soirs jusqu'à environ 2h du matin, dehors en terrasse. Sans boule quies vous ne dormirez pas... Et enfin, le petit déjeuner ne vaut vraiment pas le coup du tout. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix et les produits ne sont vraiment pas de qualité. Nous avons aussi eu la surprise d'une taxe à 7,50 euros par personne par nuit à notre arrivée, cela fait un gros supplément pour 3 personnes pendant 3 nuits ! Très très décevant pour le prix.

Luis (9/5): Hotel a voltar, quando for a Roma - O Hotel está tudo muito bom, quarto grande, funcionários atenciosos, bem localizado (3 minutos da estação de metro e 10 minutos do coliseu). O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade. O hotel situa-se junto a um bar, que origina barulho até mais tarde. Mas com tampões de ouvidos a minha mulher conseguiu dormir (eu não necessitei). mas também podem aproveitar a gelataria que também está junto e que é muito boa.

Avendo pernottato un sabato sera, e' inutile dire che il brusio delle voci delle persone che consumano da bere al locale sottostante, rendono impossibile avere un buon riposo. La moquette in camera era piuttosto macchiata. Non c'e' possibilita' di avere un late check out in quanto ci e' stato detto che essendo una piccola struttura, non fanno late c/o. Inoltre per un 4stelle, mi sarei aspettata almeno una bottiglia d'acqua complimentary in stanza

Caroline (7/5): Avis mitigé - L’établissement est vraiment bien situé et dans un quartier très agréable . Le personnel a été très professionnel et cordial. Le petit-déjeuner bien fourni. Les nuisances sonores de fin d’après-midi et jusqu’à 1h du matin en lien avec la présence d’un bar au rez de chaussée (les consommateurs s’installent sur la place sous les fenêtres, cela fait caisse de résonance). La moquette très tachée qui ne fait vraiment pas propre dans la suite junior. Le fait d’être facturée pour l’utilisation du mini bar alors que nous n’en avons pas profité.

Søren (7/5): Super location- very friendly staff with a fantastic breakfast chef - The hotel is located in a fantastic street and neighborhood, perfectly situated for exploring the area and catching the metro. It’s a small, nice, and clean hotel, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special highlight was the breakfast chef—truly one of a kind and an experience in itself! Every morning, he created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a perfect and memorable start to the day—thank you for that! Overall, a very pleasant stay!
Beatrice (8/5): - Boutique hotel situato in un palazzetto zona centralissima piena di locali bar ristoranti. Molto vicino a piedi al Colosseo. Colazione abbondante in parte a buffet con buona scelta di dolce e salato, caffè e cappuccini fatti al momento dal personale Avevo letto recensioni negative che non rispecchiano minimamente l'hotel in quanto per alcuni aspetti è stato ben oltre le aspettative: doppia tv in camera, bagno con due lavandini, pulizia, accessori ecc. L'unico aspetto che per me è negativo è che la clientela è prettamente straniera e pertanto lo standard è di tipo straniero sia nella colazione e soprattutto nella climatizzazione degli ambienti, io avevo troppo troppo caldo sia in camera (ho dovuto far abbassare la temperatura dalla reception) sia nella sala colazioni. Per il resto abolirei la moquette ma per l'albergo deve essere un vanto in quanto in ogni stanza è personalizzata.

Sebastian (5/5): Wenig Wohlfühlfaktor - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen. Schlüssel wurde mit einer Verspätung von 2 Stunden ausgehändigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig. Alles sehr staubig. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Kleiderschrank wurden nasse Handtücher und Bettwäsche von Vormietern gelagert (großer Ekelfaktor). Handtuchwechsel erfolgte nicht automatisch, sondern musste eingefordert werden.

Paula (10/5): Fantastic location -family stayi - This was the first visit to Rome as an adult for both my husband and myself. We traveled with our 2 teenagers and preteen from the USA. Location- the location was great for exploring Rome by foot. We walked everywhere, minus a quick uber early in the morning to the Vatican, but we walked the 2 mi back to the hotel from the Vatican no problem. I was surprised how close we were to the colosseum. The area was very cute with lots of restaurants and shops to wander. Room- The room was fantastic, we had a family suite. I couldn’t tell prior to booking if the family suite had a shower in the middle of the room like some of the pictures online showed. It did not. We had 3 beds, 2 queen beds and a twin, (my girls shared and the boy had the twin) and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast - was fantastic and set us up well to explore for the day. The chefs were so nice asking my kids what their favorite breakfast food was. We arrived late the first night and asked for a restaurant recommendation to get the gang fed quick before bed. We were referred to place just down the street which we ended up going to 3 of the 4 nights we were there! It was absolutely delicious and very well priced, we highly recommend it! Other reviews mention that it is loud and the bar next door that locals frequent. This is accurate, it is loud, there are a lot of people on the weekends. This did not bother us at all. We never felt unsafe and no one was ever unruly, the talking became white noise we fell asleep too. -don’t let reviews of the noise scare you off-you will be missing out on an amazing stay I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
Barbara (4/5): Quattro stelle???! - La posizione Il personale cordiale ma non professionale. Non assolutamente un 4 stelle. La colazione minimal non è stata servita sulla terrazza come avevo letto. A terra ancora la moquette (già discutibile) "artistica" visibilmente sporca. Tenuti i bagagli in deposito x ore all'ingresso, alla portata di chiunque. Pagato una camera x 3 persone adulte non familiari, abbiamo subiti pure un cambio camera: la prima grande con letto matrimoniale XL ma una poltrona letto affossata x la terza persona, doccia a vista (?!)... e bagno cieco; la seconda + piccola con finestre vista "scarichi" e infatti puzzava. Direi che pareva + un Motel di bassa lega. Nella piazza sotto l' hotel movimentata vita notturna. Non ci tornerò sicuramente.

Mittermayr (6/5): - Nettes Personal. Besonders der Frühstückskoch hat einem gleich ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Colloseum und trevi Brunnen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Bar. Was ansich nicht das Problem sein sollte stellte sich zum absoluten Nachtschreck heraus. Treffpunkt für Jugendliche die bis mindestens halb 3 in der Nacht hier direkt auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel Lautstart feiern. Müll, Glasflaschen und auch deren Erbrochenes direkt auf dem Platz vorm Hotel. Die Fenster dichten leider nicht ordentlich sodass man sich sogar mit Ohrstöpsel life dabei fühlt und an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken . Vom Personal hört man auf das dann leider nur das ist so weil sie zentral gelegen sind. Was bei Gott aber nicht die Regel ist dass so eine Festival Stimmung direkt vorm Hotel herrscht.

Tolle Lage nahe Kolosseum und vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Am Wochenende kann es abends/nachts (bis 3 Uhr) sehr laut werden, da es neben dem Hotel eine angesagte Bar hat. Bei vollbesetztem Hotel ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein.

Marta (4/5): En este hotel no se puede dormir. - Que las cosas estaban cerca y podías ir andando, por decir algo positivo Tiene una cocktelería al lado que cierra a las 2 de la mañana todos los días y que tiene terraza en la calle: no vas a dormir en toda la noche por ello porque no está suficientemente insonorizado. Hubo un día que no nos hicieron la habitación. Increíble. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, muy tarde si tienes que madrugar y, además no merece la pena en absoluto, es bastante pobre. La habitación tiene la ducha acristalada y transparente en mitad de la habitación... en qué estaban pensando? La habitación llena de humedad, no hay extractor y si abres la ventana para ventilar, el ruido es insoportable por la terraza de la cocktelería. La cafetera de la habitación, no funcionaba. Te recomiendan restaurantes como comida auténtica y son caros y malos. El personal, salvo el camarero que sirve el desayuno que fue fantástico, bastante poco agradable. Volveremos a Roma, pero no aquí.

Jenni (10/5): A good place to stay - Our room was very nice and spacious, and the location of the hotel is great: lots of places to eat nearby, a short walk to Colosseum and an even shorter walk to the subway station (it's basically around the corner). The breakfast was excellent - the warm dishes were well prepared (scrambled eggs 5/5) and we didn't feel that there was anything missing. Moreover, we just couldn't eat as much as we would have wanted. Oh, and the beds and pillows were great too. Not too soft and not too firm. The location is quite noisy during the night. Our room was on the street side and there was a loud party going on every night. We slept quite well nevertheless, but I do recommend using ear plugs. The glass-wall shower gives a sense of space in the room, but we personally would have liked to have some sort of curtains there. It was a family vacation after all. :D We then just agreed that everyone was given their needed privacy (and others left the room or faced the opposite wall while someone was taking a shower).

Fiorino (8/5): - La posizione vicinissima al Colosseo è il punto di partenza perfetto x visitare la città. Metro vicinissima è un valore aggiunto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un po' trascurato per essere un 4 stelle: moquette non pulitissima, muri idem e dettagli come macchinetta nespresso, bollitore e doccia pieni di calcare, danno al tutto un senso di trascurato che purtroppo fa perdere punti alla struttura che di per se è molto carina
