• Beguin (5/5): Franchement pas terrible - L’emplacement. Appartement très très sombre. Aucune lumière directe. Impossible de se connecter au wifi. Malgré de nombreux messages pour expliquer que le réseau de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, impossible d’obtenir le mot de passe du seul réseau accessible, probablement celui de la chambre d’à côté ou du dessus. Encore un logement loué par une compagnie qui n’y a probablement jamais mis les pieds depuis des mois voire des années au point de ne pas savoir que le signal wifi indiqué ne capte pas. Je ne recommande pas !

• Simone (8/5): ci siamo trovati molto bene <3 - La posizione era comodissima, molto vicina al centro. I servizi offerti dalla struttura in considerazione al rapporto qualità prezzo erano coerenti. Poche finestre, non siamo riusciti in nessun modo ad accedere l’idromassaggio. Magari lasciare qualche indicazione per l’utilizzo. Purtroppo anche il livello dell’acqua nella vasca scendeva costantemente, nonostante il tappo fosse ben chiuso.
• Marco (6/5): Strettura comoda e molto carina, ma con 2 problemi non da poco. - L'intera struttura era abbastanza bella, terrazza spaziosa con lettini e ombrellone a disposizione, cucina ben organizzata e bagno quasi perfetto. TV fissata al muro che puoi girare sia verso il letto sia verso la vasca, in più c'è Netflix già incluso, sicuramente una comodità! Purtroppo la vasca idromassaggio perde, dopo averla riempita la prima volta ci siamo accorti che intorno si era creato un bel laghetto, e nel dubbio abbiamo staccato la lampada di sinistra che ormai era circondata dall'acqua. Altro problema della vasca è che nel momento in cui abbiamo azionato l'idromassaggio, dalle bocchette d'aria è uscita parecchia sporcizia, rendendo la vasca inutilizzabile in quel momento, forse non veniva usata da molto ma in ogni caso andrebbe controllata prima di affittare la stanza. Ovviamente dopo averla fatta spurgare, l'abbiamo svuotata e riempita di nuovo, da lì in poi nessun problema e molto comoda. Altro problema è che il condizionatore c'è, ma la stanza è veramente grande, abbiamo chiuso bagno e cucina ma è stato inutile, come ci dice la fisica l'aria calda tende ad andare in alto, e purtroppo in alto c'era la scala a chiocciola che portava al terrazzo, fatto sta che la stanza è rimasta fredda tutta la notte.

• Nele (5/5): Goed voor één keer - Restaurants en bars + eindstation trein van luchthaven en busstations zeer kort bij. Als het zonnig is, is het heerlijk vitamine D bijtanken op het rooftop terras. Het contact van de verhuurder was op het onbeleefde af. Gammele staat van sommige items in het appartement (lamp, douche loopt over,...) De airco voorzag enkel genoeg warmte (was winter) op de maximum stand met alle tussendeuren open om daar ook op te warmen.

• Anna (4/5): Non lo consiglierei. - Scala molto ripida con gradini strettissimi. Avevamo due appartamenti, uno che affaccia direttamente sulla strada e finì alle 3 di notte non si poteva dormire. Nell’altro appartamento alle 5 del mattino entrava luce dalla porta finestra del terrazzo (scala a chiocciola all’interno dell’appartamento che porta al terrazzo) ed era impossibile dormire oltre quell’ora. Ho chiesto una cortesia per una emergenza grave sopraggiunta e non sono riusciti a venirmi in contro. Wi-Fi non funzionante: mi hanno mandato il numero del tecnico e ho dovuto chiamare io al posto dei proprietari. Pulizia così così. Appartamenti vecchi, odore sgradevole dalle tubature del bagno. E poi.. parcheggio impossibile da trovare.

Lo único es que si vas con muchas maletas y llegas temprano no dan l opción de guardar el equipaje del resto todo 10/10 Que no hubiera manera de ayudar a recibir el equipaje. • Gianmario (7/5): Bel soggiorno, un po di freddino al ritorno... - Molto bene il prezzo, la posizione e le dimensioni della camera da letto, con la doccia molto spaziosa, anche la cucina e l'ingresso direi molto accoglienti. Il condizionatore della camera da letto non funziona bene, non scalda tanto ed è rumoroso, quindi abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo e abbiamo avuto un po' di freddo... La vasca idromassaggio non ha funzionato, e la porta del bagno raschia il pavimento facendo un rumore fastidioso.

• Štefan (7/5): - Poloha apartmánu bola perfektná, blízko centra, musíte mať ale radi rušný život, pretože večer sa to tam ozýva. Odporúčam. Komunikácia s majiteľom zvláštna ale rýchla, problémy sa rýchlo vyriešili. V lete je vírivá vaňa zbytočná. To akú izbu budeme mať nebolo úplne jasné, trochu zmätočné fotografie. Klimatizácia bola slabá. Chýbajúce priesvitné záclony. Odvetrávanie kuchyne. Dve sprchové kúty sú úplne zbytočné, namiesto jednej by som tam dal pračku. To však ale neznamená, že bol apartmán zlý. Práve naopak, odporúčam.

• PieroMarangelli (10/5): Struttura consigliatissima - Ottima posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Appartamento grazioso ed accogliente, com buona dotazione iniziale (acqua, caffè). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica "pecca" la stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato ("India") si trova in cima ad una scalinata molto ripida, è stato un po' difficoltoso con il bagaglio da 20 kg, ma niente di infattibile.

La finestra della camera che affacciava su un piccolissimo cavedio buio e sporco. L'assenza di isolamento acustico dall'appartamento al piano di sopra.

• Esteban Gonzalez (8/5): Buena ubicación y práctico - La localización, la amabilidad de Alice que a pesar de no conocerla en persona, me dio buenas sensaciones e indicaciones. Nos lo facilitó todo. Solamente pasamos la noche y por tanto la valoración es relativa. Pero la cama era cómoda y las instalaciones correctas. Y muy bien situado. Que había un ruido se goteo constante, externo al apartamento. Lo que nos hizo un poco difícil conciliar el sueño. La televisión muy pequeña.

• Maarten (1/5): Never ever! - Only the location “This place is an absolute nightmare. Cockroaches crawling around the room, no internet, no hot water, and every single night it’s impossible to sleep because of the constant noise outside. The so-called ‘bed’ is tiny, uncomfortable, and comes with a disgusting, dirty mattress that no human being should have to sleep on. This is not just below standard, it’s unacceptable.

• Androvics (6/5): - Közel volt minden. Előny , hogy minden közel volt, éttermek, bárok. A központben van a szállás, viszont képtelenség aludni éjszaka annyira zajos. A párnák elhasználtak voltak , csomós belsővel. A konyhában egy darab bögre , pohár sem volt. Ruhaszárító nem volt, törölközők, fürdőruhák nem száradtak meg. Korlátra nem rakhattuk ki, galamb ürülék szempontjából. Rendes ablak nincs (hang szigetelés), Csak zsalugáter , amit hiaba zartunk rá, egyáltalán nem ért semmit.

• Zisis (6/5): Not good experience with the room we got, others might be better - The property was nicely located close to bus/train station, the main restaurant/cafe street and the old town. The owner has different rooms and we stayed at "India". The property is in a rather old building with a lot of very steep stairs. For us it was not such a big deal but I cannot imagine an older person with luggage being able to reach the room... The room itself was renovated but there were some visible cracks on the wall and some minor details that seemed unfinished. There was no view at all and the pillows were terrible (out of 4 only 1 was new, the others overused). The most unfortunate thing is that we stayed in an amazing place a few days before that for the same price...

The room is doubled on the website there is a nice one and the other one. Of course they put a better looking room on first pictures. You don't know which room you book. The owner is really unpolite despite me trying to be nice to her. Said things like I'm not your friend nor your slave...

Helpful host, well-equipped kitchen though limited direct sunlight in the room. - The location was ideal—just a short walk from the Cagliari train station and very close to the city center. Kitchen was well equipped. The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early when we arrived a few hours ahead of schedule. There wasn't enough direct sunlight in the apartment.

• Julia (7/5): Good - Great location, near to a fantastic restaurant. The jacuzzi is great and the kitchen and heat system work great. Every afternoon, the apartment had a strong smell of gas which was very worrying (even if the host assured me it was normal). Not very responsive hosts.
• Leila (8/5): Very good - The apartment is super central, very easy to find and close to pedestrian areas and restaurants. We had the last apartment in the building, lots of steps (really lots), the stairs are very steep, I know it is something that cannot be changed but it would be good to inform in case the guest has any physical condition.
• Yvette (1/5): Damp, smells of mould, lots of stairs, dark, depressing, no WiFi or Netflix. - More than 40 stairs in building. The advert shows photos of two properties, one at the front of the building and one at the back. We were given the apartment at the back, it only has one window of natural light, all other windows face into dark corridors or shafts. Owner not helpful. Self checkin. No WiFi, no Netflix. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. In the bedroom, shower water spills onto the floor and it left our suitcase lying on the floor extremely wet. Spa/jacuzzi bath bubbles did not work. Strong smell of damp and mould on walls with peeling paint. Property is within a ZTL area no information about the hours of restricted access or parking. WiFi never worked, no Netflix. Broken bottle of wine left in fridge. I would never stay here again, lots of better properties in Cagliari for the same price or less.
• Ljamilis (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. The stairs!! We were with a 18 months old boy and nobody told us we were booking a 2nd floor with horrible stairs. I would have appreciated to be assigned to the 1st floor, even if a had to pay a suplement. The door of the apartment didn't close well.
• Ivana (7/5): mixed feelings - the apartment is newly renovated, they had coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all new and clean, toiletries provided, some info tips about restaurants, trips, taxi etc. very handy The pictures show only the best angles but you will find mishaps. The front entrance is not as beautiful as in the pictures, the door is old, dirty, squeeky, closes with a bang that all the apartments can hear, right behind the door a steep narrow staircase with 40 steps, no lift - you should be notified if you have luggage. And the smell is not particularly inviting. My experience is with India apartment - right behind the original and rather old door (which is not yet anchored to the floor and you can hear everything from the outside) is a beautifully renovated old apartment kitchen which keeps the windows in dark and the curtain cannot be drawn to the side, so not much light, the bedroom has no window - behind the curtain in the picture is not a window as you would expect but a window door - but behind is a dark and dirty shaft. Lights in the app. are kept at low light. As in old buildings, you can hear everything, outside, inside, upper floor steps, bathroom etc. This bathroom has tiny shower space, I was scared to use, so I skipped it. Towels not particularly white. You have to take rubbish with you when you leave. You need to carry coins to leave city tax in the apartment. The rather worn out sponges in the kitchen drawer I would throw away.

• David (8/5): Great location and nice apt. Maybe more suitable for long weekend than a full week - Great location and the bed and pillow were very comfy The living area was a lot smaller than it looked. Tv in the bedroom so if you wanted to watch it would have to be from bed.
• Gonzalo (1/5): Bad - Keys were easy to find. Rooms are ugly and have extremely poor lighting. Wifi is piss poor and you have to be standing literally on top of the router in order to get any connection. Area looks sketchy and feels unsafe, but is quite touristy. Overall I would not recommend, there are better places in better locations for far cheaper.

• Stanislav (8/5): A nice place to stay for a couple of nights in Cagliari, but it might benefi lt better maintenance - The apartment is at a top location in Cagliari, close to the center, and to the railway station, which in turn is 5 minutes trip to the airport. It has plenty of space, the bed was ok. We did not try the jacuzzi, but the shower in the room was kinda fun. Overall a nice stay. The place might benefit from a little better maintenance. Lots of small things are overlooked and not working. This also included the internet and we had to swap the batteries for the a/c. You need to be aware of the noice outside from the restaurants, if these rhings bother you.

• Frederick (9/5): Great apartment, would most definitely return! - Stampace apartments is ideally located if you are looking to explore the city but also be closely located to the beaches and other attractions. The apartment was clean, well looked after and the host was excellent. It would have been nice if the apartment had a balcony. Some of the apartments do, but could not specify when booking. This is not a problem but would have been nice.
• Terence (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment design. It is like a spa. Very close to the railway station making transit to and from the airport very easy. Oates within walking distance of the Marina, Old Town, the beautiful Villanova district, Central Market and Botanical Gardens. Also numerous and wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. And to Easycletta Bike Hire for those inclined to cycle to Pietta Beach. Nothing.
• Zoltán (1/5): horrible communication from the wist with no working wifi - location is ok. size and checkin too. we booked a room just for the wifi. after we had issues with the connection we tried to reach the host but with no success. They did not reply to our any text messages not picked up the phone when we tried calling on several platforms. They did not answer or called us back. really really disappointing.
• Krzysztof (4/5): I do not recommend this place. - Dark apartment, hall without a window, kitchen - without a window, bedroom with a window overlooking the wall of the neighboring building, 2.5 meters away from the window. Traces of mold on the walls and the smell of mold.
• Keith (10/5): Nice centrally located apartment. - The location is very central. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and all the amenities needed. The roof garden has nice view and a barbecue as well. The bathroom is fully equipped with body wash liquid. Everything was good however if you have heavy luggage prepare to climb up a set of stairs. For us it was ok since we only had small luggage.

• Nathalia (10/5): Federico was a very kind and generous host. Always available, and the stay was the best in Cagliari so far. Definitely c - Property in central Cagliari, very easy access and all facilities around. Federico was very helpful and I will definitely come back!

• Verity (7/5): Good but could have been better. - The location was great, right near the centre and easy to access the many bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the roof terrace was an added bonus. Really easy to access from the train station. We caught a train from the airport to the city centre which was super quickand easy and cost about €2 each, the apartment was only a 2 minute walk from the train station which was ideal. The communication with the manager wasn’t great. Sent ID info as requested an awaited check in info on the day of our flight. Message was read straight away but no reply. Had to chase after 5/6 hours. Then got the information. Same when leaving, sent message to say thank you and where we had left the keys and required tourist tax. The message was read straight away but response at all!! Bed wasn’t very comfortable as slats kept falling off. Coffee machine leaked and Netflix didn’t work (even after they sent some one to fix it)
