- Liz (8/5): Convenient - Great facilities for a family with kids, right next to the gondolas, beautiful coffee shop on the top of the mountain (even though does not serve food yet the view was fantastic). The rooms are comfortable and good size, comfortable mattress but not comfortable pillows The heating system was extremelly hot, we had to sleep with the windows open in March, same at the pool area people were opening the windows. Extremelly disagreeable staff at the reception (a lady with blond and blue hair). The food at the buffet area was not good, not variety (breakfast and dinner) is better to dine at the lounge

Для обеда и ужина - лучшие рестораны именно в отеле. Есть бассейн 25 м и спа, в самом отеле. Шведский стол на троечку. Очень грязная вода в бассейне. Но бассейн есть и он 25м, можно тренироваться.

- Giedrius C (10/5): Perfect stay for skiiers - Hotel is perfect for a relaxation after the skiing. It has swimming pool, sauna, very good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, with big balconys. They provide lockers for skiing equipment for free if you ski in Crystal. You can ski up to the entrance. Ski lift is just outside. Nearby are different restaurants, so need to go anywhere. This hotel is perfect if you stay at Crystal. In case you want go to another 3 skiing areas, you will need taxi. Same with a rental, if you in Crystal family business you will be good, you search for options, you need to walk away. Only thing was not working, a TV. And in swimming pool you will find all poolloungers covered with a towels from jewish tourists which never come back. But you can always put these towels away.

- Viktoria (10/5): - Очень все понравилось, чистота в номерах, тепло, прекрасный спа, хороший ресторан при отеле. Отличное расположение, подъемник при выходе из отеля, каток, рядом продуктовый магазин. Шикарный бар-ресторан на горе. Не понравилось обслуживание в ресторане самого отеля, при пустом зале только прием заказа ждали 20 минут, мальчики-официанты вели себя грубовато и немного агрессивно. Но в первый вечер была совсем другая смена рабочего персонала и они были более внимательными и культурными по отношению к гостям. Хочу заметить, что мы были три девушки и трое детей возраста от 10 до 12 лет, мы не выпивали спиртного и со своей стороны вели себя очень культурно и с уважением. После такого отношения мы перестали посещать ресторан при отели, а стали ходить ужинать в соседний комплекс , где получали просто отличное и уважительное отношение на протяжении всего отдыха

- Tornike (9/5): Hotel with its own ski lifts and slopes - Excellent location. The best thing was that the hotel has its own ski lifts and slopes and they are right next to the hotel entrance. You don’t need to leave the hotel grounds or drive anywhere. The hotel has pool/spa, three restaurants, ice skating ring, playground, ski rentals, ski lifts and slopes.

Только один совет ребятам на ресепшене-почаще улыбаться <3 При заселении не учли просьбу о кинг сайз бед и бейби кот, предоставили твин, пришлось таскаться по номерам со спящим ребенком на руках. Не всегда успевали убирать комнату.

I also appreciated that when we had difficulty getting our car out of their poorly maintained and uncleared parking area, they agreed to extend our checkout until 2 PM upon my request. Thank you for that. I did not like the rooms, which are very old and in poor condition - cracked door frames, broken baseboards, scratched and damaged flooring, etc. I also didn’t like that the water in the shower did not heat properly. I was disappointed that at a winter resort with constant snowfall, there is no snow removal equipment and no salt is spread. When you step outside the hotel, you can easily slip and seriously injure yourself. There’s no need to even mention the parking area, where the cars were covered in snow up to the roof. :) In my opinion, the condition of the rooms does not match the price charged.

Качество обслуживания, завтраки и удобство номеров- не изменилось за эти годы. И это очень радует. Расположение отеля- это отдельный огромный плюс.

- samuel etienne (10/5): - מיקום המלון נמצא במתחם אתר הסקי,מקום מרכזי ,במלון בריכה גדולה מחוממת ל 28 מעלות .במתחם הבריכה ישנו גקוזי וסאונה יבשה .ארוחת בוקר סבירה .במתחם ניתן להשכיר ציוד לסקי + הדרכה למי שמעוניין ,מחירים סבירים .במקום ישנו גם מתחם החלקה על הקרח.חשוב להגיע עם נעליים מיוחדות לשלג אחרת מחליקים .שהינו במקום 4 לילות היה פשוט מדהים ואוירה טובה.

- Larisa Federmesser (8/5): - This is a complex of buildings with its own slope, restaurants, skating ring, ski rental etc. Renovated gym is very good, pool opened till 23.00 is real bonus. Sauna is good! The area around the hotel is not well maintained: ice is bearly cleaned, Crystal slope is not maintained.
- אוקסנה (8/5): - Еда довольно не плохая ,но я не привереда ем простую еду ,расположение супер то что я и хотела рядом с подъёмником,а вот обслуживание тянет на 4 звезды с большой натяжкой Хочу отметить,что вай фай в гостиннице оставляет желать лучшего,шумоизоляция очень плохая можно сказать что её вообще нет,персонал в гостинице вообще не тянет на 5 звёзд,люди не просто не умеют улыбаться ,но и здороваются не охотно,кроме этого при выезде нам сказали,что мы съели кит кат из бара холодильника,чего мы не делали ,после дополнительной проверки выяснилось,что это ошибка,но впечатления остались испорчены. В отеле с пятизвёздочным уровнем такое поведение не допустимо

Приходится сырую одежду либо вешать в шкаф, либо кидать на пол. Очень низкий сервис в ресторане. Официант исчезал на 15-20 минут. Вино принес к концу ужина.
