• Renee (8/5): Quick trip - We had a last minute overnight stay. The property is in a beautiful location by the lake! Condo is very nice sized! There are SOOO many stairs depending on where your condo is! Looks like they are working on updating the property. Condo has dated bedding and the beds weren't comfortable. Could have been worse though. Bathroom beautifully updated but the soaking tub took over 30 minutes to 1/2 way fill. Water pressure issues. Over all we would stay again! Hopefully they will continue to update and upgrade because its a great place!

• Maxine (6/5): - The accommodations and location are wonderful very convenient to all we wanted to do in Hot Springs. The issue we had was the advertising of the property, from the pictures displayed I expected a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a room on the bottom floor of the back building and while you could look between buildings to see the lake- there was no porch/deck looking into the lake. Minor disappointments - no coffee for overnights we had to run to Walmart - no internet access. I texted the office twice to ask but never heard from them- you cannot check in until 4, but the office closes at 4, so out of luck if you have any questions. Would not return or recommend this resort.

• Ricky (8/5): Grand kid trip - Older resort could see where they had completed some renovations. Condo was roomy and well furnished. Only complaint was a/c didn’t cool very well first night but was taken care of next day. Is was a good stay for the price. Will stay again

There are activities and local shopping and eateries close enough to accommodate anyone's tastes.My family and I will travel to this location again in the future.
• Joel (8/5): - Check in was a breeze. I made a fire in the fireplace and they had more wood stacked outside. I had a renovated unit (not sure how many they have) and the master shower was amazing.

If you want a perfect Lake Side get away to one of the best places in the world, then this is it! The staff is wonderful! The Condo is clean, stocked and sanitized! The pool is perfect! The bed is perfect! The view is perfect! Okay, you get the picture
