• GIUSEPPE (3/5): Non ci torneremo. - La colazione è inesistente: ci sono stati forrniti gli indirizzi di due bar, per cappuccino o bibita e brioches, ma entrambi erano chiusi. A quel punto ci è stato detto che ci sarebbero stati dati 3 (tre) euro a testa per le colazioni mancate. Insomma: arrangiatevi! La comunicazione con i clienti, l'attenzione alle indicazioni date; la possibilità di consumare la colazione in struttura (bastano poche cose: una macchinetta per caffè espresso, 4 cialde, un bricco di latte, un vasetto di marmellara e due brioches confezionate!)

• ROCIO (5/5): Me esperaba más del lugar - La habitación es amplia. Tienes disponibilidad para aparcar en la acera El mayor problema es que tanto el apartamento como la habitación olían a cigarrillos. No sé si eran las cortinas, el cubre cama o que pero era muy desagradable. Además, no tenía cocina y en las habitaciones tampoco había disponibilidad de un frigo (aunque fuera pequeño) para dejar botellas de agua o algunos lácteos. Por otra parte, para el tamaño que tiene Cuneo, está un poco alejado de donde se realizan las actividades o sitios para comer

• Antonio (10/5): - Assolutamente consigliato. La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La porta è dotata di sistema di domotica. Le stanze sono molto accoglienti e pulite. É molto vicino al Corso Nizza e dunque in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e la stazione.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Parfait - Très bonne organisation, petite chambre confortable avec salle de bain en commun avec l'autre chambre. Très propre. Seul petit problème pour nous le logement se situe au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Sinon PARFAIT. Un manque d'ascenseur... on vieillit sans s'en rendre compte.

• SILVIA (8/5): Soddisfatti! - Le camere sono carine, il bagno è condiviso, tutto pulito,, la struttura è in una buona posizione, poco distante dal centro città. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente. Il personale è molto gentile. Secondo noi il numero massimo di ospiti per avere comodità nell'alloggio è 4. Se ci sono più ospiti sarà difficile organizzarsi con un solo bagno.

• Olmof (8/5): - La pulizia è sicuramente un plus, per il resto tutto nelle aspettative. La camera è situata al 2° piano senza ascensore (non mi sembra sia specificato sul sito), per me non è stato un problema, ma va considerato. Il letto e lenzuola possono essere migliorati.

• Lore (6/5): Simple but ok - Towels available. The host sounded friendly on the phone. Overall ok, but simply not that cosy. I needed a bed and a shower and that is mainly what you should expect. Extremely hot in the room and no way to put the heating lower. Many little messages kindly asking not to open the hides/shades. Never met the host (odd for a bed and breakfast). Entering the appartment was possible from a distance so no problem there.
• Marco (8/5): Very Good Experience - The room is clean and very comfortable, with good space, cozy beds and ambience, capable of accommodating 4 guests per room, the comfort was good. The room is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the city center, in a well-served area. Parking is sufficient. The BnB is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The check-in procedure was fully automated, and the BnB is not staffed on-site, though reachable by phone.

• Antony (4/5): Décevant - Très rare de nous d'être déçue d'une réservation mais la complètement.... Tout d'abord l'immeuble est limite insalubre, la chambre d'aspect propre mais le dessus de lit été médiocre voir sale et une odeur de tabac froid et imprégnée mais surtout la salle de bain commune avec une 2ème chambre qui n'était absolument pas décrite dans l'annonce qui en plus à 5h de matin dérangé par je suppose le 2ème locataires de cette chambre qui nous laisse ses poiles et cheveux dans le lavabo.... Enfin bref déçue de cette réservation surtout pour le prix en Italie.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Très bien, mais bruit des poubelles le matin. - Impeccable. Système de gestion domotique à distance très efficace pour l'arrivée. La disponibilité de la propriétaire est exemplaire. Le seul bémol ne dépend pas vraiment du prestataire mais est un peu gênant. Nous avons eu droit, à 6 heures du matin (un jeudi), à une séquence de passage des éboueurs qui a duré pas loin de 30 minutes, générant un vacarme incompatible avec le sommeil, D'une manière assez incompréhensible, les passages déjà très bruyants des camions qui vident les conteneurs est immédiatement suivi par l’opération consistant à rentrer ces même conteneurs dans la cour des immeubles ! Cette opération pourrait quand-même être effectuée plus tard dans la matinée !

• Stef (3/5): Disappointing, you'd be better off spending a bit more money on something remotely decent. - The host didn't answer my mails nor booking.com's mails when we asked to make our stay 1 night instead of two. Hygiene was bad: the hard beds are old and not properly cleaned, the bathroom (small shared bathroom) was dirty and the table on the balcony looked like it hadn't been wiped clean for a couple of weeks, since 1 wipe with a dry cloth turned the fabric black. The decorations are like that of a student's first dorm, not cosy or fitting for an Italian BnB at all. The walls between the two rooms are really thin and you can hear everything, making sleep difficult when the neighbours are loud. "Italian breakfast is served everyday": the so-called breakfast is 1 croissant and 1 drink (in our case, sour orange juice) in a bar near the BnB. Overall, the BnB feels more like a cheap flat than a place for tourists to sleep in.

• patrice (8/5): Arrêt familial!!! - Bel arrêt dans le centre ville de Cuneo à quatre!! A recommander. Propre, simple et descriptif exact! Je garde l’adresse sous le coude!!!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - La camera di trova in un vecchio condominio degli anni 50 . La camera è pulita e confortevole e si trova in in piccolo appartamento con un'altra camera . Il bagno è in comune e questa esperienza non la rifarei . Per la colazione ci sono un paio di bar convenzionati , noi arriviamo alle 9 e sono già finite le brioches . Ci vengono quindi offerti dei Loaker . Non benissimo questo aspetto . Non adatto a soggiorni con bambini . Il prezzo è molto economico ed in linea con quello offerto .
