- Benusic (1/5): - Nothing really. I was ok My friend found the room dirty and it smelt so we did not stay we cancelled our room. They also gave us a room with 1 double when I booked i asked for 2 double beds.

Booze, weed, barbecue, music, yelling...it was a real shindig 😆 but I was there for work and the money I saved wasn't worth the lack of sleep when I wanted to go to sleep at 9pm and not 11:30 pm

- Cathy (2/5): - THIS PLACE WAS DIRTY HOT AND GROSS! It was very hot and no way to control heat. There were bugs all over the bathroom and nightstand. None of the doors fit properly. Water was coming up through the floor somehow. Shower curtain rod was just sitting on top of tub surround and it somehow randomly flew off and crashed to the floor when nobody was touching it or even in the shower. I picked up the phone in the room to call the office and the phone was dead and not working. There were 2 contact numbers on the office door so when I got to work I text the first number to ask them to turn down the heat and let them know about the bugs and sent a video of said bugs and finally after no less than 9 hours later I got a message. I’m out of the country and I’ll be back around 2 on Tuesday see you then. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE HEAT OR THE BUGS.

- Louis (3/5): Won't visit Grassland anymore - Air conditioning didn't work. Need renovation. Bathroom exhaust fan not working. Many flies when we enter the room first time. Missing door sill in bathroom as shown in the picture.

- Tim (6/5): - The motel is a little run down on the outside but my room was fine. Kathy the manager was very shy but a nice woman. Very close to the Alpac paper mill. 15 minutes Will go back there next year.
