• Jordyn (10/5): Great Place to Stay - All in one stop. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious. You can rent rail cars from this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Absolutely recommend!

• Henning (3/5): Grei nok overnatting, men fravær av frokost dro veldig ned. - Beliggenhet i ft jobboppdrag, lettvint parkering, rent rom. Betjening som ikke snakket norsk, betjening som ikke kunne kassa godt nok ift forskjell på kontant og kortbetaling. Tungvindt med ut og inn av bygningen etter kl.21, ble henvist til en utvendig spiraltrapp. Nøkkel burde kunne benyttes på hovedinngang. Frokost ble angitt til kl. 07:00 - 10:00. Ingen betjening eller frokost å se før kl. 08:00 da jeg måtte reise videre, ei heller tilgang til resepsjon eller hovedinngang ved utsjekking.

• Albert (6/5): Greit og billig overnatting - Reint og ryddig. Hyggelig betjening Pute på rom 5 var tynnere enn et laken. Dusj var uten dør eller forheng. Hele badet vart gjennomvått. Ganske unødvendig
• Arnis (10/5): Meget bra sted å være - Vi er svært glade for at vi valgte Veggli Vertshus som vårt overnattingssted! Her ble vi møtt med deilig mat, imøtekommende og vennlig betjening, rene rom med sjarmerende og unik innredning, samt nærhet til fantastiske turområder. Barna storkoste seg på utelekeplassen, og muligheten for å leie dresiner var et høydepunkt – en virkelig flott opplevelse som vi varmt anbefaler! Med en handelsbutikk kun en kort spasertur unna og en bensinstasjon rett over veien, hadde vi alt vi trengte for en bekymringsfri reise med minimalt behov for ekstra stopp. Vi er svært fornøyde med oppholdet og ser allerede frem til å komme tilbake snart!

Meldte fra til personale, som ingenting gjorde. Den, der havde ansvar for opfyldning til morgenmad, virkede usoigneret

• MARIKA (3/5): - The room size was confortable and the room was quite clean. Great the charging station next to the hôtel. The restaurant need to close. The food was really bad. The lobby of the hôtel is just the same of the restaurant so the check in and check out was pretty confusing.

• Carluccio (8/5): A safe stop over - Spacious room and very kind staff! Very convenient place to stay while traveling, as it also has a restaurant. Even with the windows open we were not disturbed by the little traffic.

Right across from a gas station. Lovely river near by to hear the rapids at night. Very cozy space. Short drive to Rollag. Would definitely stay again.

• Jan (4/5): Dette var ikke all verden. - Ulidelig varmt på rommet før sola gikk ned. Med tanke på at jeg var nesten alene på hotellet burde jeg fått rom på skyggesiden. Pizzaen jeg kjøpte var elendig. Frokosten var dårlig.
• Svein (10/5): Som forventet pluss - Veldig imponert over Veggli vertshus. Vi ble møtt hyggelig, og servert helt grei middag og frokost (inkludert i den rimelige prisen). Selve stedet er meget basic, og det lukter litt innbodd og innlevd av alle arealer, men det var iht. forventning. Positiv overraskelse med Netflix (etc.) på rommet. Gode senger. Da vi uten videre bestemte oss for å reise hjem en dag før tiden, fikk vi uoppfordret tilbakebetalt en del av romleien. Hurra for små steder som dette!

• Shelby (3/5): Disappointed in Veggli - The bed was comfortable. The room smelled like sewer when we arrived. They poured water down. The drain and it got better. The curtains would close but didn't cover the whole window, no hairdryer in the room but there was one in the room of the people we were traveling with. The shower was ridiculous - water got all over the majority of the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal. We would not stay here again.
• Aki (9/5): Superb - All good. Basic hotel, basic breakfast, basic room, but all good, all fine. We got everything we needed, and the staff was very friendly. We went on nice hikes, and we had fun riding the dresine.

• Richard (7/5): friendly personal, breakfast was okay, the room was could be better! - very friendly staff. The pizza was very good. I was able to park my motorcycle dry at the icecream counter! That's a good service! The smart TV in the room was great! I could not make the room dark at night because the top (triangle) windows had no curtains! On the opposite site of the road there was a gas station with bright lights! The pillow was horrible, it was nothing like a pillow. The airco blew cold air from the front but HOT air from the back, so it didn't make the room cool! The air extraction in the badroom didn't work, and there was no curtain so the whole bathroom was wet after showering! The power outlet beside the bed only worked when the bathroom light was turned on, so I could not use the bedlight.

Room good size and bathroom amenities ok. Upstairs and was hot with window closed. Needed to use the supplied fan. Had to close window due to some moscuitos otherwise would have been better if could leave open.
• Kathrine (10/5): Wonderful little gem, do recommend staying here! - Super kind, friendly and helpful staff, very nice and comfy room with everything one would need from a hotel stay. Having a restaurant in the building is also very good bonus, their food is very good! Very easy to reach by car and by bus and there's plenty to see and do in the area. Would absolutely recommend! Nothing, my stay was perfect!

• Craig (4/5): In hindsight, I would have preferred a more expensive, comfortable hotel. - The price was nice and low, and the staff were friendly. The room was too warm, the floors were dirty, and the curtains did not block out the light fully (something quite important at this latitude in the summertime). I tried opening the windows to cool things off, but being beside a busier road, the noise kept me awake instead.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to stay - The only downside is that arrival after 9:00 pm requires you to use a spiral staircase on the side to go up to the second floor. This isn't particularly "fun" when you're hauling suitcases. This may change after their front side renovation is completed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - In the middle of the Numedal Veggli Vertshus provides a good location to discover this part of Norway. The restaurant serves tasty dishes for dinner. Rooms are cosy and functionally furbished - however the bathroom installations need a make up.
