• Anders (4/5): Dårlig valuta for pengene - Sentralt beliggende Fikk ingen info om når frokost ble servert og hvor den ble servert (spurte heller ikke). Vi måtte tidlig avgårde de to dagene vi bodde der (07:00). Vi så ingen spor av frokost på det tidspunktet. Beliggenhet er svært sentralt, men ligger i en lite innbydende gate. Bassenget var lite og det luktet av vannet. Sengene var harde. Vi hadde opprinnelig booket på en annen Riad, men det ble noe tull med bookingen. Vi besøkte imidlertid denne Riad'en. Den hadde vel så fin beliggenhet, finere rom, finere basseng etc., men til 1/3 av prisen.
• Callaghan (4/5): Would not recommend - Close to the Medina The towels were ripped and wet. And they would not give me an extra towels. The umbrellas were broken and could not be used. The pool was dirty and covered in mosquitoes. There was only one key for the front door and room.
• Ivan (5/5): Passable - Location was good, a bit tricky to find though when you are for the first time in medina The arranged transfer from the airport never showed up. Rooms were okay but quite old and especially bed linen and towels need to be refreshed. Breakfast was disappointing and only from 9am! If you have kids this is just a non starter…

The transfer did not show up and when we tried to call the hotel they turned off the call and did not answer the phone anymore even though it was very late in the night (1 am). The staff were never available and communication was very difficult! The payement was not straightforward. The pool was not really for swimming!

• Anna (10/5): Riad Hidden reflects the vibe of Marrakesh - It felt authentic - decor, tiles, lemon tree, small details like chess in the room, breakfast served in beautiful tableware. Overall, the hotel reflects unique artistic vibe of Marrakesh. There have been renovation works in the neighborhood. So, it was impossible to stay inside one of our rooms starting from 9 am.

• Eszter (7/5): Good - The location of the riad is very good, 5 min walk from Jemaa el Fna, in the Medina. The street is quiet, what is a great advantage! The bed was very comfortable. The light/lamp situation was poor. There were two bedside lamps, but electrical socket was only at one side of the bed. Breakfast was very simple, every day almost the same:cream cheese, butter and jam. Additionally croissant or other danish pastry one per person and a local kind of pancake were served. Towels were worned out, but clean. The receptionist was helpful and polite.

• Andrijana (10/5): A relaxing oasis in the middle of medina - Great location, 2 min from the souk but it was very quite. We got a room on top floor, everything was nice and clean. Rooftop has a few sun beds, no pool, it’s ok but not more than that. Zouhair was very helpful and was available at any time. He even got a special bread just for my friend for breakfast. Bed was a little too hard for my taste.

More than just a worker he was our best friend during the whole trip, helped us with everything and made us feel at home. Of course the Riad itself is absolutely wonderful, clean and amazingly located but ZouHaiR is the soul of this place. We will recommend and we wish to be back soon!

Not only were they spotlessly clean, but they also boasted beautiful ornate ceilings and tiles that added a touch of elegance and charm to the space. Every detail was meticulously cared for, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made our stay truly unforgettable. What truly set this Riad apart was the level of service provided by the Zouhair and his mother, Bouchra. Nothing was too much for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. From offering personalized recommendations for local attractions to organising a taxi for our 2am return to the airport In conclusion, this Riad exceeded all of our expectations and provided a five-star experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a charming and welcoming place to stay with exceptional service and impeccable cleanliness, look no further than this gem . We cannot wait to return and experience their hospitality once again.
• Tatiana (8/5): A hidden gem! - The location is the selling point! After you leave on premises you’re less than 3 min you’re in the main alley of Moroccan vendors. The property is left a hidden riad. The rooftop is awesome to sun bath and the breakfast was decent. Gorgeous and spacious bathroom that I felt in love with due to the beautiful morrocan design and high ceiling room gave a more relaxing environment. I truly recommended. They should provide small products for the bathroom as courtesy.
• Karen (7/5): Good - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area of the Medina was excellent, very central but still quite at the riad. The rooftop lounging area was a nice place to relax away from the bustling Medina. The carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom garbage was leftover from the last guests. Also, our towel was completely worn out (ripped) and not replaced for the whole week we were there.
• Patricia (10/5): Great friendly helpful host and a fantastic location. - Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to Jeema el-Fnaa, but far enough so away from the noise. Host was incredibly helpful and happy to book trips/excursions if we wanted. Really looked after us, and made sure we made the most of our time Marrakech Breakfast served at 10am which was much later than we would have liked. We want to be up and out early, but guess later breakfast might suit some. He will do it a little earlier on request.

Nice big bed and fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Pool was a highlight. The air conditioning wasn’t great although when we mentioned it they brought someone in to attempt to fix it. Also there were a few ants around the room but no major issue.

Moroccan breakfast really lovely but have to ask for it otherwise it’s a pastry, bread jam& cream cheese. Good aircon ! No comfortable communal area to sit around, the pool looked very pretty but not really to use. payment was not straight forward.
• Indiana (10/5): Riad Hidden was perfect for our trip. And you truly can't beat the price for the quality. - Riad Hidden was the perfect base for our week-long stay in Marrakech. The location was perfect (inside the medina and close to all the main spots to see and eat/drink), the place itself is beautiful, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. And the breakfast is a lovely touch and a nice way to start each day!

• Richard (10/5): Very comfortable Riad with great staff, location and breakfast! - We had a very nice and comfortable stay at Riad Hidden. The location is perfect for the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. We had 4 large rooms for our big family group. Very nice typical Moroccan breakfast. The staff at the Riad Hidden were very nice and helpful, especially the owners son. He helped us with luggage, parking and help with going on excursions. This was a really nice stay and we were all sad to leave. Thanks! Hot water only stayed hot for a short while. Showers were typically ended with tepid water temp. Also, would be nice to have hand shower on toilets and small shampoo. soap to start the stay. However, all of this are small things and did not detract from the enjoyable stay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A calm peaceful place to explore the mad Medina - Fantastic location for exploring the Medina and the souk yet tucked away so its very quiet. Once inside the doors you are in a little haven of clam. The service is good but not exceptional however the quality of the rooms, service and experience made the stay good value and about right for the price paid. The rooms all have heating and air con and are finished to a nice standard, bathrooms was large and had a lovely shower. Linens and towels could have been better. Breakfast on the terrace was an enjoyable way to start the day.
