- Mili (7/5): Unique location with unique non standard rooms - The view and the property location at the top of the hill. Very spectacular. Restaurant on site is very good. It is not convenient to stay as the whole place requires to climb lots of stairs. Also the room has 2 levels , you need to take lots of stairs to go down to the bathroom.
- Yunkyung (10/5): - Everything. We stayed in Limonaia and the private sitting area by the garden was amazing, we spent most of our day just sitting out there in the sun. The staff were professional and just attentive enough for us to enjoy our privacy. The location is a short taxi ride from SMN Station which was perfect as we did not rent a car. We ended up not going out to the city for during our 2 night stay and just enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional. We had all our dinners there and the food and ambience were perfection. Nothing. Everything was immaculate.

- Sheila (10/5): Location da sogno - Tutto bellissimo. La camera meravigliosa, una terrazza bella grande e il giardino stupendo, la vista sul duomo mozzafiato, il ristorante a due passi. La strada per arrivare è sterrata e se proprio devo trovare una pecca non c'erano le ciabattine ma questa è una bazzecola in confronto al posto stupendo.

- Ludo (8/5): - Gezellig typisch Toscaans villa-hotel, prachtig gelegen in de heuvels met wijds uitzicht over Florence, met veel hoekjes om te relaxeren zowel binnen als buiten op het mooi domein. Zeer goede en vriendelijke service. Convenient naar centrum Firenze alsook naar de luchthaven. Onbijt was eerder pover .

- FRANCESCA (10/5): Il mio soggiorno a Villa Fontanelle è stato veramente positivo, oltre alle mie aspettative. - Posizione molto comoda. L'Ospedale Careggi è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in macchina. La struttura è bellissima. Io ho soggiornato in gennaio e quindi non ho potuto sfruttare gli spazi esterni (che anche in inverno sono tenuti in maniera impeccabile) e la piscina. La camera fantastica. In realtà è una suite. Colazione ottima. il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza e tutti i locali molto puliti e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il salone per la colazione bellissimo, dotato di un grande caminetto Niente

- mariano (1/5): - Quando abbiamo visto la camera e il bagno al piano inferiore ,abbiamo avuto paura di notte di cadere scendendo quella scala ripida ,sia io , che mia moglie.hotel segnalato malissimo, abbiamo fatto il giro del posto 3 volte ,abbiamo chiesto a diverse persone ,e tutti hanno confermato che era segnalato malissimo, abbiamo dovuto telefonare x trovarlo .quando ,dopo che la direttrice non ha voluto cambiare la camera , abbiamo telefonato diverse volte a booking non siamo riuscite a parlare mai con lo stessa persona .stesso giorno del arrivo ,circa alle ore 16.00 siamo andati via a cercare un altro hotel a Firenze. Anche se il nostro era già stato pagato alla riservazione circa euro 750.00, abbiano fatto una esperienza negativa .abbiamo sempre viaggiato in tutta Europa con booking, mai avuto questo tipo di problemi. - Marcello (9/5): Posto fantastico, peccato per i particolari.... - Il posto e la posizione della camera sono magnifici, vista su Firenze e stile elegante classico,, vista su Firenze e stile elegante classico bellissimo, la camera (la colombaia) ha una posizione incredibile e solo per questo vale comunque la pena di andarci, il letto era molto comodo, la temperatura della stanza era perfetta. L'accesso al terrazzo comune e alla torretta ti fanno godere di un relax è un paesaggio mozzafiato. La colazione purtroppo non è all'altezza dell'Hotel, una colazione povera di qualità che posso aspettarmi in categorie inferiori, purtroppo la camera non è curata nei particolari. (lampadine mancanti, spine elettriche staccate/non sufficienti per bollitore e caffe in camera). Inoltre un runner con dei cuscini sul letto e dei tappeti veramente improponibili (nulla di che, si toglie il tutto e si risolve ma non dovrebbero esserci), i cuscini non sufficienti (non c'era la scelta e noi non abbiamo chiesto di averne altri).

Останавливались с семьёй ( 2 взрослых + 2 детей 5 и 7 лет) на 2 ночи, получили массу удовольствия! Немного уставшие номера, некоторую мебель можно было бы обновить

Todella hyvä palvelu mutta koe tämä enemmän historiallisena huvila kuin hotellina. Villan yhteydessä on hyvä ja suosittu ravintola upealla näkymillä Firenzeen. Normaalisti hääjuhlapaikka. - Ashton (10/5): - The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though.

- Vin (1/5): terrible - rooms were on roof top terrace - not in the main building. rooms had steep winding narrow staircase to upper room where the bed was. room and toilet on 2 separate floors. did not inform us that rooms were on the roof - amd that bathroom and bedroom are on separate floor separated by narrow and steep winding staircase. if u need to go toilet at night - very dangerous. rooms were not 4 star.

- Gloria (9/5): Lovely villa we really enjoyed especially the wonderful restaurant. - It is a beautiful location in a quiet setting however at least 20 minutes to Florence and taking cabs becomes expensive if you want to spend any time sightseeing. Having a shuttle to take guests to Florence would be a great benefit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was outstanding - one of the best we had our whole trip. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially setting up cabs. Having to take cabs everywhere. Round trip to Florence and back cost €85.

- Lisa (10/5): Luxury and relaxation are on the menu here! - Lovely place on the top of a hill looking over Florence. Staff amazing and very accommodating making sure we had a taxi at 5am for the airport. Everything is luxurious. Restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Italy. This isn’t walkable to Florence. We took a taxi in and back. This a destination on its own!
- Trevor (10/5): - With only one day and night to spend exploring Florence on this whirlwind trip we now know for next time we must stay much longer here and absolutely will insist on staying in the Villa! A magical place and not far by car to the heart of Florence we had a wonderful time we will never forget thanks to Villa Le Fontanelle! Arrivederci!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also top class. We wish we had stayed longer Nothing
- Gabriella (8/5): Very good - The view is fantastic. The heating was very loud and it was not started before our arrival. On the 8th of December the rooms were very could when we arrived, and it took a while till it got warm. Then we had twh choise, either warm and loud, or quite and cold.
