A coworker/family member couldn't sleep for a little while because they could hear the room next to us have sex at 1am. Also giving the bathrooms a sliding door with a gap on each side even when closed is a terrible design choice.

Thimas (10/5): A definite place that I will return to on my next ride on the Monon trail. - From the moment I checked in everything went as planned. I gentleman that checked me in was especially nice. He offered me a bottle of water because I had just cycled 40 miles before checking in. I liked that the shower was a walkin and not the normal bathtub. The bed was about as comfortable as you could have gotten and the sheets were extra soft. A one night stay just wasn't long enough but I will know which Hampton to come back to when I'm in town. The hotel didn't have a hot tub. After 40 miles on a bike, a hot tub would have been a welcome sight.

There was no fan in the bathroom to ventilate. Only 2 sets of towels. The tv was at a weird angle. There was a “poop” smell in the room. The pool was not useable.

I've never been to a hotel that offered a non-dairy option for cereal. Bathroom door was VERY heavy to pull open and closed (we are senior citizens). While all other establishments around had parking lots that were completely cleared, Hampton's was not; the space for handicap parking wasn't even cleared well. There was no evidence of salt being put down to help the situation. :( They weren't keeping up w/the wetness of the tile floors just inside their doors either. My husband has balance issues due to a stroke and the condition of their parking lot caused us much stress.

Could not get checked in when we first got there system was down had to wait about 30 minutes. Found a pill on the bathroom floor and we had a dog so that was a little scary. Had to ask for more toilet paper because all we had in the room Was less than a half a roll on the holder. The dog facility did not have poop bags in the dispenser the days that we were there.

Returned to nothing done in the room, no new towels and no shampoo. Very dissapointing.

Waringmrs (10/5): Great stay on our way home to MI - Liked the many choices for the breakfast. Loved the four separate round waffle maker. The chicken sausage sat well with me. Pork sausage always makes me sick. Thank you for offering that option. For people with food restrictions that will be a welcome choice! The room was big and bed was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was awesome. Shower head was powerful. Needed this!!!!On the TV in our room I saw a movie I had on my list of "want to sees". We had bikes with us and we were thankful for your bike rack you provided up front. We need the pool to be hotter water to be comfortable during our swim. It was so cold!! We toughed through it but brrr. Glad for the shower area in pool room. Please provide more front desk staff to be available from 4pm to 12am during the check in hours. That poor staff member was doing his very best but that was ridiculous how long several of us guests had to wait to be helped. Once he got to us he was very courteous and did a first class job with all we needed help with. He needs a raise.

The desk staff gentleman was very kind and welcoming, he wished us fun when we were heading out to the concert and when we returned he asked us how it was etc. The room appeared very clean and organized, no complaints. The beds were comfortable too. The complimentary breakfast was a nice spread of multiple options. I was also delighted they had flavored coffee creamer. Honestly nothing I can think of.
