Bem na Avenida. a cama é bem confortável, roupa de cama bem limpa. o primeiro dia, tive um problemas com a limpeza, um preservativo bem no meio do quarto, mas rapidamente foram resolver, e tive problemas com alagamento do quarto, água que saia pelo box.

Para achar uma tomada no quarto tive que arrastar a cama e tirar a cabeceira para poder usar a tomada, o quanto muito pequeno, não tem café da manhã, tem uma garrafa na recepção.em fim, não gostei, não recomendo.

Vado in Colombia tutti gli anni però questo e il primo in questo hotel, il prossimo anno ci ritornerò. L'unico piccolo inconveniente e che se ti svegli tardi non hai l acqua della doccia caldissima ma tiepida...ma comunque sopportabile

Porém, os quartos são pequenos, um pouco barulhentos e sem ar condicionado, ficavam muito quentes de manhã. A localização é boa, perto das atrações principais, no entanto, o local é perigoso à noite. Só andei de Uber. Mas várias pessoas me disseram para não andar por lá a pé. Perigo da redondeza.

The area is extremely sketchy , do not stay here if you are planning to stay few days or even one night . Some issues that occurred in my stay was one this hotel is not accommodating for those tourist that only speak very little Spanish and main language is English as the staff here doesn't really speak English and the manager will try to speak English but not very well. I had a 2 guest bedroom where as my second guess was coming the next day and when he arrived he was being questioned by the female stuff in the front desk of what is his relationship with me which is very inappropriate. Also when the room is being cleaned they took all the towels and did not replace them and had to wait a while to obtain new towels. After a few days the treatment that myself and my guest received was rude, and we felt as they were trying to kick us out the hotel as they demanded we give the the room keys stating we are not to leave the hotel with it. But we were never told that before and they staff and manager knew we were leaving with the key before and never said anything. When we got back to the hotel and asked for the key, they couldn't find the key at first and took over 30 minutes for me to obtain the key back for the too the room that I payed for. We felt as this was due to us being 2 males in one room and this is backed up from when the female staff was questioning us about what is our relationship and so forth. The managers son was really rude as when I asked to speak to the manager to see what's was happening and why we were being treated in a disr

- Hermine (8/5): Hotel withing walking distance of historic centre - I stayed there two weeks. The hotel is very secure though it is located at the edge of a rough part of town. It is modern, quiet, very clean, and the staff is friendly. The manager was especially helpful to solve my problem of WiFi access.My room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Over all, because the cost per night is low, staying there is an excellent option for those who want to save on lodging costs.
