Jeg er usikker på om de er vanskelig å fjerne fordi vasken kanskje ikke er av keramikk, men det ga likevel et litt urent inntrykk. Toalettpapiret var av dårlig kvalitet. Lysbryterne var heller ikke lett tilgjengelige fra sengen, og det var vanskelig å finne ut hvordan lyset fungerte.

• Krzysztof (6/5): Pokój depresyjny, nie warty swojej ceny ale dla gosci z Bookingu zawsze tak jest ! - Podobała sie nam lokalizacja hotelu bo jest to same Centrum, personel jest bardzo miły i kompetentny. Śniadania europejskie chodz powtarzalne nawet ciasta codziennie te same.. ale dobre. Pokoj bez okna dziennego, niestety powoduje stany depresyjne i brak poczucia czasu. Takie pokoje powinny służyć jako magazyny a nie pokoje dla gości. Łazienka z pordzewiałą podłogą przy prysznicu koniecznie do pilnej naprawy. Mała gama kanałów telewizyjnych, telewizor 20 letni bez mozliwosci oglądania Netfiks ani bez mozliwosci podłączenia do telefonu czy laptopa. Pokoj nie warty swojej ceny... ale nie dla pokoju tu przyjechaliśmy tylko dla klimatu Bergen...

Miła i przyjemna obsługa, czysty i zadbany hotel - Bliskość do ścisłego centrum idealna, wszędzie blisko, zabytkowy deptak, promenada, kolejka na taras widokowy, bliskość tradycyjnej architektury. Blisko wszędzie, cały pobyt dostęp do gorącej wody i kawy oraz herbaty. dodatkowo recepcja z personelem cały czas 24h na dobę co dla mnie mocny plus nie komputery, urądzenia a człowiek. Dodatkowo miła obsługa i pomocna. Mimo iż w ostatniej chwili odwołano nam inny nocleg udało się ten znaleźć lokalizacja wyśmienita, obok sklep supermarket, kawiarnia, lodziarnia, piekarnia. pokoje skromne ale wystarczające, duże łóżko, ręczniki, łazienka z toaletą, prysznicem , krzeselko i stolik. czystko, tv i Internet. Zawsze hotel to hotel, mimo dostępu przy recepcji gorącej wody brakło mi czajnika w pokoju, pokój kawa dostępna ale czasem fajnie móc w pokoju zrobić sobie herbatę a nie jeździć co chwila. W pokoju brakło mi szafy, byly wieszaki ale szafa lub szafka była by sztos.

• Evangelina (6/5): Una pena. - La ubicación increíble, el personal sumamente atento y simpático. Aunque se notó que no había comunicación fluida entre ellos. La primer noche la habitación sumamente ruidosa. Perdí en la mañana (7:30 am) si podían pasarme a otra ya que no había dormido en toda la noche, dijeron que si, que estaban con mucha disponibilidad, que vuelva en la tarde así hacíamos el cambio ya que las habitaciones no se encontraban limpias aún. Cuando fui en la tarde, me dijeron que no había registro de mi pedido y que no tenían habitaciones. Terminaron mudándome a una habitación cual purgatorio, no tenía ventanas, era una cueva oscura en donde tampoco funcionaba la luz, salvo la del baño y veladores. Tampoco funcionaba el TV, solo podías ver unos pocos canales en Noruego, es un lugar donde se alojan turistas! La ausencia de cafetera o calentador en la habitación fue realmente una pena. Reserve una habitación donde se veía un escritorio y silla y sin embargo en ninguna de las dos habitaciones había ese mobiliario, ausencia total de espacio para apoyar cosas. Una decepción. Se nota que los empleados son muy simpáticos y quieren ayudar, pero las instalaciones del hotel no ayudan. Se lo nota gastado, hay un olor raro a lo largo de todo el hotel.

• Ville (7/5): Overall a solid hotel in Bergen. Nothing particularly standout, but does the job for the price. - I was only here very briefly, but I felt this hotel met my expectations. The place was comfy, quiet enough for being in central Bergen, and the breakfast selection was overall decent. The view over the harbour was a highlight, given how lovely Bergen is. Communication with the hotel felt a bit haphazard. I had tried to get in touch with them to request a change to the room I booked, and it took them a long time to get back to me. We had a bit of a hassle with incorrectly coded key-cards. I personally found the decor garish, but I respect that they're going for a particular aesthetic. These are all minor gripes in grand scheme of things though.

• Andreas (9/5): Top Design-Hotel, guter, unkomplizierter Service, gutes Frühstück. - Einfach ein cooles Designhotel, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Late-Checkout um 12 Uhr. Ausblick, aber der war nicht wichtig, da das Hotel quasi direkt am Hafen liegt und man in zwei Minuten alles sieht.

• Nylehn (5/5): Hotellet i seg sjøl er greit og med veldig god beliggenhet, men rommet var ikke bekvemt. - Flott beliggenhet! Frokosten var grei, men ikke mer enn det måtte være. Kaffen var ikke spesielt god. Jeg ønsket meg en mugge med kaldt vann, ikke bare melk eller juice. Tilstår at jeg sneik meg inn i baren og tok litt vann fra springen. ' Rommet var dårlig ventilert, ingen vinduer kunne åpnes. Det føltes klamt. Vi måtte ha ekstra vifte på om natta for at det skulle være levelig. Rommet var også ganske dårlig belyst, sjøl med alle lysene på. En av nattlampene virka ikke. Lyset på badet var for svakt til å sminke seg. Det var heller ikke dagslys: Vinduene var mattet så vi så ingenting. Lite plass til å henge fra seg klær. Det ble vannsøl på gulvet etter dusjen, for det var bare en halv dusjvegg og kun en en ørliten list mellom dusjen og resten av rommet. Håndklærne tørket ikke mellom dusjene. Da jeg ba om nye, ble de lagt i en haug på (den uoppredde) senga, og de gamle ble ikke fjernet.
