Kindvriendelijk. Zeer goede aardige klantgerichte personeel. ‘s nachts Zeer goede nachtrust. Heel centraal gelegen. Mooie binnentuin en terras. Een gordijn of een deur voor de wc zou mooi zijn. Dat zorgt voor privacy.

Le Riad est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la place Jemaa el fna et pourtant on y retrouve un calme apaisant. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et les chambres fidèles à la description. Je recommande !

• Jasmijn (9/5): Mooie verzorgde riad - Keurig onderhouden en karakteristieke riad vlakbij het grote plein en direct in de souks. De kamers zien er leuk en verzorgd uit. Door de houten deuren is het soms wel gehorig (maar oordoppen werken goed). Het ontbijt was ook goed. Hoewel we in december geen ontbijt op het dakterras hebben gehad, hebben we er wel van de zon kunnen genieten. Dakterras is netjes verzorgd.

• Juan Antonio (10/5): - Las instalaciones son muy buenas, limpias y muy bonitas, nos sirvieron el desayuno en su terraza que es espectacular, nos dieron a elegir la hora del servicio. Tuvieron un detalle con nosotros muy bonito, en nuestra reserva indicamos que era nuestro 15 aniversario de bodas y nos dejaron un centro de rosas espectacular en la habitación. Es un alojamiento ideal.
• Jessica (9/5): - The staff were lovely, the place was clean, and the riad was surprisingly quiet, given its location. We had some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff was very responsive, and worked with us to sort things out. The pool was unheated, but clean. Breakfast was tasty, with tons of food each morning. I think we would have had trouble finding the riad after dark on our first night, and we were very glad we paid the extra to have them arrange an airport transfer for us. I would recommend it for families traveling with children..

• E (10/5): Just perfect for a family travelling with Granma! - We loved this Riad, felt like a private oasis in the middle of the Medina. Very organised, amazing breakfast and staff!! As a family we also appreciate the fact that it was super quiet… all the time!! No music, no people drinking / making noise … total silence. If someone is looking for a busy lounge / reception to meet people, than this may not be the right place. For us, Wonderful! It is a little walk from where the taxi drops you off- we knew about it so it was all good but we had an elderly Granma that found it a bit long (some 15 minutes walking slowly).

• Yawara (9/5): Great Riad！ I love it. - It was a very good experience staying at the Riad. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The atrium-style Riad looked so beautiful. I loved the welcome drink, which was mint tea. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Marrakesh. It’s very close to the old city. Actually, I asked about this before my visit, so it’s not an issue with the staff. I have a house dust allergy, so I was concerned about house dust. The staff explained to me that the Riad is atrium-style, so it might be difficult to completely avoid house dust. I understood this and decided to stay there anyway. Although I did experience some allergy symptoms, the Riad itself was very clean. I believe most people can stay there very comfortably. However, if you have allergies, I would recommend staying at a hotel in the newer part of the city center. Also, this is not the fault of the Riad, but you can hear sounds such as flutes, drums, and the adhan coming from the plaza. If you are a light sleeper and have trouble sleeping with noise, you might also prefer staying at a hotel in the newer part of the city center.

The staff are also very lovely people always happy to help. It’s a great place. Nothing - a great place in a fantastic location staffed by lovely staff. Also as other reviewers have said / the family room is even better than the description.

They went above and beyond to help with anything and would highly recommend Nothing but be aware that you can’t get a taxi directly to the riad (not their fault). We would get it to cafe de France then walk from there (2mins) but after midday taxis are not allowed into the square so we would get dropped off at the shell petrol station and walk 10mins. We used google maps for directions - you don’t need to listen to the street guides who will charge you.

Very quiet. - The staff could not have been more accommodating, they cooked us an individual breakfast each day - even when we forgot to ask! They even offered a takeaway breakfast the morning we departed. The staff coordinated our trip to the airport. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The roof top space was excellent. It was very difficult to find. Once we were there, we discovered the riad was actually right off of the main street of Derb Dabachi but your GPS won't route you that way. Very easy to navigate once we realized this.
