- Mercado (8/5): great value for a last minute booking. - Everything was clean and roomy and great location, Staff was very accomadating. poor wifi
- Alejandro (1/5): -
- Peter (7/5): Nothing fancy-but clean rooms, nice staff, fair price - Overall-Better than expected, nice staff people, clean, basic rooms, good price Some noisy neighbors, but spoke to staff and they addressed the issue

- Blake (4/5): Budget Inn does not mean value for money it means condemned. - Got me in last minute. They were the cheapest place I could find. Room had 3 beds. Complex was quiet. Cheapest place in town but the carpets had stains from vomit or who knows what. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Chairs were broken. Furnace worked but no AC or fan available for air movement because they were still closed off for the winter. It’s budget inn, but it felt like Condemned Inn and was still $200 for two nights
- Yvette (2/5): Not worth the price. - The property was close to the college. It was quiet. The towels were all stained yellow and they didn’t look clean.
- Martin (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Etwas teurer ohne Frühstück und etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber es gab einen Bus.
- barbara (6/5): -
- Ronald (2/5): - Not much The room was so ratty that I left and slept in my car
- Kim (6/5): -
- DOUGLAS (5/5): Only room left in Durango. , so had to take it. But at least we had a room. Thanks - No breakfast, clerk was busy on the phone, ran out of food . People were waiting no service. Quieter rooms heard neighbors all night walking his dog.
- Jim (3/5): definitely not worth the price - At check in the male attendant was unfriendly, the female was better. No coffee in room. Coffee in lobby was not available till 8:00 am. Bed was hard and towels were old and hard. Had to ask for shampoo.
- Randall (10/5): All the staff was friendly and polite , if we needed anything they would bring it right to us - It was great Can't think of anything better? We enjoy all of it
- Melissa (1/5): Never ever again will I stay with budget or use booking.com for a room - Nothing The shower wouldn't drain for 2 hours. We had been packaging for 5 days and only wanted a nice hot shower and clean bed. Over paid on your website by almost $100. They offered it for $69, but because I booked thru a third party, they wouldn't refund me. I paid $148.00.

- Bruce and Paula (5/5): Very old and run down -
- L.P. (1/5): -

- Frank (6/5): -
- Deborah (1/5): Never book again - Didn't know they had breakfast Front desk person was a jerk. Very rude!!
- Tom (8/5): - Nice clean room. Great price. Nothing fancy but good if you're just looking for a night's rest The rooms need to have a coffee pot. I didn't like where I had to park my car where I couldn't see it. My particular room had the parking spot by the street
- Tamara (7/5): Good location, comfortable & clean - Great location, glad we were in an inner room & not right on the road. Very comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff Lacking some basics like shampoo & clock. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice.
- Courtney (1/5): Looks dirty. Parking is the worst ive ever seen - I didn’t even check in. I pulled in. Could barely park. Pulled round the back. Looked like a dump. Decided I was not going to sleep there. Forfeited my money and got a room at quality inn.
The outside looks delapitated and not a shot in hell of anywhere to park Looks dirty. Didn’t even check in. Took one look, and left and forfeited my money. Absolute worst parking
- Jose (6/5): Weekend disappointment - Close to town and restaurants nearby The pool has been closed for years. However, the Trivago website stated that the property had a pool. It was very disappointing to find out there was not a pool at the property during check-in.
- Shari (1/5): -
- Matias (4/5): it was fine - room need to be remodel out dated
- Katy (9/5): Exactly what I needed and within walking distant of great restaurants. Price was more than fair - Very very clean room. Good location. A quick stay…I live a few hours away and had an early morning flight. Perfect room for my needs. Front desk host was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Can’t think of anything. Would stay here again.
- AnnaJoy (5/5): Cheap (both god and bad) - Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Next to a grocery store, great salad shop, and good coffee shop. Convenient location and value if you're a hiker. I expected the exterior to be run down but I wasn't expecting black mold in the shower or them being out of shampoo and conditioner.
- Bob (4/5): Only stay there again if only option - Not much Molding of bathroom leaning against the wall, difficult to use volume for TV, remote for AC did not work, no hand towels or shampoo, have to pay for use of ice machine
- ALMA (4/5): - The location was good. Close to downtown area It wasn't clean. Carpet was stained and room smelled like mold. Was charged extra for pet even though website never said they did. Was charged a different price that I had booked for.
- Thomas L (8/5): I would stay there again - Friendly service, convenient, smooth check in Needs new towels
- dave (5/5): - It was affordable. It was in mild disrepair. Nothing major. Minor things that (I would suggest) could be fixed: leaky toilet, cracked glass on picture frame, nasty grout in shower.........stuff like that
- cody (7/5): Worked out great for us. Thank you - Location was great! Our room faced the main road
- Karla (3/5): - There was no breakfast The entire building was in disrepair
- Marjorie (2/5): Would not stay again - Staff was friendly on arrival. Price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for Room was dirty, there was hair in tub. Toothpaste in sink. Room smelt bad, carpets were not vacuumed. Sheets had hair. Boxspring was dirty and the bed skirts were dirty. We had no towels. Went out and bought bleach to clean ourselves and air fresheners. We slept on the blankets we brought.
- Sarah (6/5): - Price was fine. Got what i paid for so cant complain too much. Not very clean. Would not come here again.

- Graciela (1/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Moe (8/5): -
- Joseph (1/5): Didn’t even stay, I got back to the hotel, tried to park, had no parking. The area was very unprotected with some homele - Nothing
- Gabriel (7/5): -
- Sanchez (4/5): - Lo único que me gusto es la ubicación y precio El estado de las camas está horrible se estan desbaratando con hollos y las toallas de baño muy ásperas y se miran sucias
- Gordon (7/5): -
- Gary (7/5): Worked okay for me as a single for a short stay. - Good price as I only needed a short night and reasonably close to the historic area of Durango. Unusual arrangement with two beds facing opposite direction and neither had a headboard. The sheets and pillow cases were very worn no longer white so they were a little concerning.
- Cady Yang (3/5): The room’s just like its name, budget in every way. - I paid extra for a bigger room, hopping to make my stay better, but unfortunately, no hot water, no heat, and only a little facial tissue left from the previous guest. They didn’t provide any new tissues. Very disappointing.
- Wayne (3/5): Never again - Location A/C was “turned off” for the winter. Room floor stank and there was dirt and trash around the bedframes. Bathroom was dated and not very clean. There was no tv remote and when they tried to get one from another room it didn’t work properly. Water damage in ceiling of room and bathroom. They offered to allow us to change rooms or take a refund and find another motel after a long drive and we had already taken showers and settled in for the night.
- Josefine (7/5): -
- Gary (10/5): -
- Arias (10/5): -
- Phil (9/5): -
- julie (5/5): sketchy - comfortable king bed The bathroom was very outdated, mold around tub.
not in a great area
- Colleen (2/5): - No amenities, no breakfast, no ice machine The heater didn't work, the window was broken, the room was very cold.
- Gérard (9/5): - La ville de Durango est très agréable l établissement est plutôt bien placé La propreté laisse à désirer. L agencement de la chambre
- Stephen (7/5): -
- Louisa (6/5): -
- Lomavaya (10/5): Good stay - Decent room for the price I paid. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Location is near fast food and dine in restaurants Safety was a concern during our stay. Odd male on 2nd floor watched us leave and enter our room.
- Robert (7/5): This place provided everything we needed. There was a good coffee shop next door and good eating close by as well. No tr - It was clean The sheets on our bed didn’t fit the mattress so the corners kept slipping. Some things needed to be updated, but honestly it was very comfortable. Even with the bed sheet problem.
- Brands (5/5): -
- Philipp (9/5): - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr bequeme Betten. Geräumiges Badezimmer. Nichts.
- Dennison (8/5): - clean sound travels through the walls
- Dan (6/5): - The hotel is quite worn, but the location was good and it was all I needed at that moment.
- Wilbur (6/5): - Not so good.
- gwenita (8/5): - .
- Michael (5/5): Ok if you’re on a budget. - Good location to most attractions.
Friendly staff. Well worn facility with difficult parking.
- Peggy (2/5): - The sheets on my bed had what looked like blood splatter..I told the desk but didn’t seem concerned. There was a hair stuck on the shower wall. The floors were gritty like it had sand or something on it…You could not be barefoot. Faucet in the bathroom was so loose. I was afraid it was going to fall off. Other than in the bathroom, the only outlet was by the lamp and one of them did not work. My son also had a room and his ceiling was falling. The only thing good was the price, but I don’t think it was worth it.
- Ulrike (8/5): - It is a good place. Away from the road.
- Dennis (10/5): - Could use some updates.
- gwenita (8/5): - In town late and left early. Worked fine for what we needed.
- Alberto (10/5): - No kitchen, parking was safe..clean rooms
- Dan (7/5): - Not far from any attractions, nice location.
- David (7/5): -
- Sharon (1/5): Won't go back - Filthy room Cleaner room. AC was filthy.
- Maria (10/5): - Great location (nice coffee shop and healthy food across the street); clean and quiet; super easy parking in front of the room
- William (Rusty) (4/5): I could almost be a boy by the hour. It’s not quite that bad but it’s not a good hotel. I would go with something better - I can’t even say anything nice about this place. They overcharged me when I got there. There was a sign that said $64 a night and I think I paid 70 something. It was nasty. It’s an old hotel. It’s not even close to anything. very old night kept up
- Vernon (3/5): I think I said it all. This was a dump - No breakfast. Hotel in bad shape. Had to pay for ice. No value for the money. Every thing
- Steven (6/5): The facility is a bit dated, but a great value, and my room was clean and the bed was confortable. - Clean room and comfortable bed. Parking is tight. Road noise from Main street is loud, but slows down about 10pm.
- Dorothy (3/5): -
- Nina J (2/5): - The bathtub was covered with mold, very small room, noisy HVAC, poor lighting,
- Maddalone (8/5): - I've stayed here several times. I love the north end of town, love the affordable price, love the dog friendly (only $10 extra), comfy bed, frig and micro -- all I need! No complaints
- Pamela (6/5): - This is a budget hotel - says so in the name. Expect sirens, a lot of foot traffic, and putting a quarter in to get ice from the machine. Tiny room, train whistles early in the morning, hopefully you are here just to sleep and you have ways of sleeping through less than great conditions. Otherwise the front desk clerk was nice and friendly, you get an assigned parking space, I saw a lot of the traffic was actually other travelers, some of whom are visiting from other countries. Just don't expect too much quiet and comfort.
- Cindy (6/5): -
- Adela (8/5): -
- Mark (8/5): -
- Pam (2/5): - The bathtub needed new caulking, it was black around the wall. I could not see my car where it was parked and worried about it. The other guests were very noisy and there was no way to avoid it. If I complained I don't think it would be safe for the staff to fix the situation.
- Jeffrey (8/5): -
- Joseph (8/5): - For what you pay it is a very good value especially for what other hotels are charging.
- David K. (4/5): - Tub wouldn't hold water. Sink wouldn't drain. Idiot next door turned on the TV, at 4:30am, and kept it on all morning. Our particular assigned parking spot was basically, on the street. Room is so small, you have to turn sideways, to move around. Our room seemed to be clean; however, our (grown) son's room was not very clean. The good news is, it's cheap, by today's standards.
- chitoor (5/5): - Location Bathroom door does not have lock. Water clogged , maintenance guy was out of town so couldn’t get timely repairs. But the front desk person was so helpful. He offered us full refund
- richard (10/5): -
- David (8/5): - NA
- Terry (9/5): Budget-Friendly Stay with Basic Amenities - This is a budget inn, so keep expectations modest. The towels are quite worn—bringing your own is a good idea. Complimentary toiletries like soap are not provided, but bringing your own solves that easily. The bed was clean and comfortable, which was our main concern as we only needed a place to sleep.
The room includes a small full-size fridge, a compact hotplate, a microwave, and a limited selection of pots and pans. However, there were some dirty dishes left in the microwave, and if you plan to cook, it's best to bring your own pots and pans for convenience and cleanliness.
The pet policy is straightforward, and our pet did just fine during the stay—no issues at all. It could have been cleaner and the shower faucet was a bit wonky.
- Rama Krishnam Raju (8/5): - Goof
- Karon (4/5): - Room was EXTREMELY SMALL, only 1 person could get by the end of bed & dresser. Bed was not a true queen size, it was equal to a double sized bed.
