Rebbie (1/5): Terrible I was robbbed - 1. Breakfast was not a buffet at all. 2. Disrespectful staff 3. My last day I asked could I extend, because I still have excusion to complete on my trip. I spoke with Francine, Francine originally said I could not extend. Because there are no rooms avaliable, following that she said let speak with her manger that I did not see. Who said I could pay 50 until 2.00pm or 100 until 5.30pm. I said I would extend until 2.00pm. Approx around 12.30pm I returned to the room from a outing to inform the front desk that I was going to extend until 5.30 pm. There was another receptionist at the desk. I was told that I would not be able to extend until 5.30pm. I explained what was told to me by Francine and she said let her talk to her manger. Which I never saw period. She then explained to me that her manger said I could not extend unless I paid 130 for another day. She made another key explaining that the key card that Francine had given me was only until 2.00pm, and the key thatshe was given me was for the day until check out. I explained to her that i would not be staying the entire night. I explained that I would be leaving around 7.30pm, She said okay. 100 dollars was already being held and I gave the ok to take the thirty; I went to the hotel room before I left the hotel to go to my excursion. I had an unopened bottle of $50 sparkling wine, I left in the bathroom unopened. I did not bring a crock screw. On our way out of the room the heavy set hispaninc maid who worked that day shift during them hours. was in the hall way, she asked was I checking out, I explained that I had extended. She said oh and we had a short conversation, as we were leaving, this was approximately 12.00pm. At around 3.00pm Francine called me very disrespectfully informing me that the other receptionist did not know what she was talking about and I would have to check out at 5.30pm. I explained to her that I had a new key and that a transaction was made. She said the other lady did know what she wa Some one entered my room and opened $50 bottle of wine that I could not, it was opened and left opened full on the bathroom counter. I had $5000 in my pants pockets in my suitcase that I realized was missing after I made it home. Francine tried to charge my card several time for 279 , different amounts higher than 100 that was given to me. Awful theifs!

Companion10861075584 (4/5): TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - I would give this hotel a 0/5 stars if I could!! During a busy weekend here in Goleta, my two little sisters and I were harassed and threatened in the parking lot of this hotel by an employee of this hotel itself. He threatened to tow our cars away without previously checking that we had been paying for the parking permit for the past 5 nights!! The front desk people did absolutely nothing to help and continued to support their own employee’s inappropriate behavior and rudeness to me and my younger sisters. Save yourself some stress and don’t stay here!!!

The dinner menu was much more expanded than the breakfast and decent prices. The dinner searing on the top floor outside was very nice.

The breakfast was great and Heather was wonderful as she took care of our family who came to join us for breakfast. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Well, because it had just been redone, there were a couple of quirks that we reported to the staff, who would take care of it. Didn't like the fire alarm that went off at 2:45 a.m.😒

Todd (8/5): - Hotel was clean, quiet, and pretty comfortable. It was very convenient for an early morning flight out of the Santa Barbara airport (7-8 drive). Hard beds and flat pillows (that seem to be normal for the West Coast though)! For a chain hotel the price was comparable to others but without the free breakfast. It is a good 15-20 drive to Santa Barbara though just FYI.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond—they offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and even helped me receive a package that arrived for me early. My room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. For those driving, the ample and convenient parking right in front of the hotel is a major plus. The location is arguably one of the best features. It's incredibly convenient, being just a 5-minute drive from UCSB. Directly across the street, you'll find a Target, CVS, and a Costco, making it easy to grab anything you need. Rendy (6/5): - It was a busy Labor Day weekend, so requesting any amenities upon check-in was understandably denied. First thing we noticed was dirty socks underneath the cabinet. We were too tired to complain after the long drive. The busy weekend also meant the property was pretty loud with kids running around. Walls are very thin, and they were heard running and screaming throughout the night.

Verified traveler (6/5): - I loved this hotel because it once was the only one that offered free parking but not anymore. The only perk is the roof top restaurant. Breakfast not worth the $19 per person. Staff is friendly its a very nice hotel over all but will probably try another hotel on my next visit.
Raquel (10/5): - The staff were very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request. Excellent customer service. One of the two hotels in the Goleta area that allow pets which was super convenient. Loved that along with the large rooms with high ceilings. The rooftop restaurant happy hour was very relaxing and had a variety of options. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.
Steven (6/5): - Parking is not free — I paid $15 per night. The room and pool were both clean. Breakfast was good, but it was not included in the stay and we had to pay for it separately.

Harjeet (8/5): - Stayed here solo for a quick overnight trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had to leave early, but check-in and checkout were smooth. Big plus for the onsite EV charging — super convenient and easy to use. Would definitely stay again when in the Goleta area.
Carol (8/5): - The rooms had amazing black out curtains and even though we were near the highway you couldn't hear the street noise at night. Their outside areas could have been better kept up with cleaning wise as they were pretty dusty especially the pool cabanas and we were there still during the summer traveling season. Also their servers for the breakfasts some were attentive as where others didn't do much at all to explain the process between order breakfast and their Buffet selection. Pillows horrible absolutely flat as pancakes . Overall it was a so-so average experience, expected more from a Hilton hotel

Helena (4/5): - Overall enjoyed the experience, but a few things were not great. Some staff were super friendly and helpful and others were rude. My room had a metal wall in front of the window so there was nothing to look out the window, not even the sky. not even a parking lot. Also, while the AC was cold, it sounded like a truck running.

B173IBbrians (10/5): Are you kidding me with this amazing service??? - We've gone to this hotel now for several years and been impressed every time! However, this last trip was the topper of all things awesome! The food and drinks on the rooftop bar are excellent and they accommodate our large group (we are part of a basketball tournament). The staff noticed some of us parents were beginning to have a good time after one of the basketball days was over. They offered up the "board room" so we could continue our "not so silent" game instead of shutting us down. What a blast hanging out with all the parents! And as if that wasn't enough, on our drive home I get a call as we are already 3+ hours in... I forgot my backpack which, let's just say, had some very important things in it!!! The front desk took care of it and stated they could ship it back to me. I received a call the next morning from the manager of the hotel himself who personally took my backpack to FedEx, got it packed up and shipped back to me the following day. If this isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what it. Thanks to all the staff at this amazing hotel. We will be returning for sure!

Susan (9/5): Overall great stay close to the airport, local Target, the beach and our event. - The daily breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the beds was very squeaky and could use a box spring replacement. Also, there was a rust ring around the sink.
