Overall it was a comfortable stay. The restaurant in the lobby has great specials and the soup is good.

The only problem I had was I wanted to use the washing machines and after getting change for the machine they told me they didn't have soap for it........ Not sure why they gave me change if they didn't have soap.

Brent (6/5): - the room is clean, bed was fine, but the walls do not hold back sound. I could hear everything said and the tv in the next room. I checked out at 3am because of the next room making noise watching tv and their loud activities at that time of night. The staff was fine.

GuyAnctil (4/5): - While there for working purposes, there was a fire during the night. We had to evacuate the building in -36c weather, wait in our trucks to keep warm. After fire department cleared us to return to our rooms, we ended up with 3 hrs sleep. All rooms had to be aired out from the smoke in the rooms and hallways. We all were charged for the night !!! There should have been No Charge for that night !

She didn’t even let me know where my room was-just provided my room key to me. She didn’t provide me with a coupon for breakfast or wifi password. I could have checked myself in. However, check out was a bit better with 2 different clerks checking me out.
