- Francis (7/5): Suite 107 Review - Firstly the owner was Great! He was super friendly and attended to all my queries immediately!! The apartment is great for a small family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. Comfy bed, secure parking, nice access to the Zimabli facilities. Check in is sometimes abit of a wait, also cleaners need to do a better job.
- Hendricka (4/5): Great location and views, dissatisfied with House keeping - The location and facilities where amazing When we checked in the apartment had a mold smell, which was not a good impression for first night. Housekeeping also didn't change sheets daily which is also a concern.

- Jonathan (10/5): Simply an awesome place to stay - Ahead of arrival, the owner was in constant communication as you need access to the estate etc. The accommodation itself is perfect. Clean, well furnished and spacious. Very handy as I was attending a conference and the hotel was sold out.

The apartment was really damp. As a result has a certain unpleasant damp smell. Also, the lights would sometimes go off even after the owner told me how to fix the issue.

There’s no WiFi , there’s no smart tv, the furniture is very only, the air conditioning is not controlled only cold air comes out

The door/lock has still not been fixed so it was difficult to enter and close the apartment. On entry we noticed a bad smell and realised it was the carpet that had not been cleaned. We found the apartment very dirty with food messed in the microwave which made it impossible to use. The carpet was so dirty we rolled it up and put it away as we didn't want to stand on it. The floors were very sticky and the mould in the bathroom shower was disturbing. We were not able to use the pots and pans as they still had food on them and were very old.

- Sanveer (6/5): - The Zimbali estate was beautiful Place was dusty, furniture was old, big stain on the floor. Place needs to be painted.
- Gera (7/5): - Location is top. Apartment is big and with nice view. Bedroom is with tiles, which is good in case of allergies. It was clean. Bathroom is not mouldy (some of other units in Zimbali are). WiFi was good. We could check in at 22:00. There is a huge dark spot on the tiles in the middle of the living room that leaves an unpleasant feeling. Fridge is very loud and we had to switch it off to be able to sleep. When paying in booking the final price increased by 15 or 20 eur from the offered one. There is a struggle with the deposit. Without information what it should cover, no list of what is already available, the guest is completely left on the mercy of the host. Than it was kept for whole 14 days after check out.

- Mbalenhle (7/5): Overall a good stay at the Apartment. - - Tranquil and clean space (apartment) - Easy access to some of the resturarants at the capital - Clean pool - Professional staff - Access to private beach - Not enough activities in the surrounding area - Accessing the property using uber is a nightmare - we constantly needed to get access codes, use the furthest gate etc. This frustrates the uber drivers making this a negative experience for guests.

The owner is always available on call to assist. Nothing really , getting into the estate was a mission and a half (well I just didn’t read all docs on how to access the property) but otherwise everything was smooth second day

Unfortunately, our stay at Zimbali Suite 107 was not up to standard. The suite was not clean, and the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The bedding appeared soiled, and the fleece blankets had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they are not changed regularly. The air conditioner remote control was not working, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. One of the sockets in the bedroom was also loose, which could be a safety hazard. The kitchen utensils are outdated and should be replaced. It would be helpful if the owner provided dishwashing supplies for guests who prefer not to use the dishwasher. Additionally, there were no cleaning tools like a mop or broom available for use during the stay.

- Fulufhelo (8/5): I highly recommend this apartment for its stunning views and beautiful furniture. - We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and neatly maintained apartment. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, making communication a breeze. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views. There were a couple of minor issues - the air conditioning wasn't working at all, and one of the blue couch cushions had stubborn stains despite the housekeeper's efforts, who was coming to clean our unit daily.

- Pren (8/5): Very good - Conveniently located • TV hasn't been working since check in • Pool near the suites is so dirty and milky which can not be even used • Although I have access to all facilities, I am unable to use this as it's limited access eg: like today went to the pool area by the hotel and only 50 wristbands are issued and was all used up and we had no access if were was not a resident. • Beach club was so full and had no space to sit or you couldn't even swim. • I cannot even access the Bush buck club or the valley of pools bcos I don't have an access card as I was given a voucher to use the shuttle which ends at 3:30pm every day.I don't think it's fair if I wanted to drive there on my own on my own times

Was a very short stay but would definitely go back again Too much of paperwork and personal information required for the booking. Whilst it is essential it is dangerous to disclose too much personal information.

- Mishka (7/5): Short Getaway - The view. Wi-Fi. Amenities. Housekeeping was good. The host, Claire, is the best. No beach amenities at all and couldn't swim in the ocean. Had to drive to another beach. Generator could not manage capacity. The bedroom & bathroom were small.
- Ipeleng (9/5): Superb - The pictures are a good reflection of the property and the hosts are responsive. The views were also great. Unfortunately the DSTV wasn't working during our stay in the entire building so it wasn't unit specific.

It was an overall good stay The helpers didn’t want to change our towels the next day, the couches inside need to be upgraded and the patio set outside was unstable

The aircon in our room didn't work, the TV wasn't operational for the whole stay. One of the stove plates never switched on when you tried to cook.

- Shireen (4/5): I may visit in the day, but may not stay there again. - The buffet dinner was amazing. The service and staff were great. Lovely views. The parking area was extremely dark. We had to use our cell phone torches to get our stuff out the car. The apartment smelled unpleasant. The couches and carpets were dirty and smelly. The floor was dirty. The glasses were not washed properly and had residue on it. There was very limited glasses and mugs. The cutlery had residue, not cleaned properly. The kettle was sticky and dirty, disgusting. The bathroom had mildew on the tiles. The bedroom blinds were broken, and the light was streaming into the room. No Netflix. When it rains there is nothing one can do as you can't get anywhere without getting wet in the rain.
