• Erika (7/5): Carino ma diverse cose migliorabili - Stanza vista mare con balconcino super carino. Possibilità di fare colazione all’esterno con vista. Posizione vicina al centro (anche se un po’ in salita se si arriva a piedi) Non comodissimo non avere un parcheggio dedicato (se non uno a pagamento). Personale cortese, ma poco accogliente. Stanza non grande e in generale non organizzata al meglio, sopratutto per una vacanza al mare in cui si necessitano più spazi e servizi accessori (es piccolo stendino). Colazione migliorabile (sia in qualità che varietà)
• Justine (1/5): Très très très décevant - Simplement la vue de l’entrée Chambre sans poignet à l’intérieur, la chasse d’eau n’avait pas été tiré dans un des toilettes, il y avait des traces noir sur le dessus de lit, brosse à toilette cassé, pas de volet, pas de place devant l’hôtel donc obligé de faire la monter à pied. Hotel dans un sale état. Je trouve un peu honteux de mettre a disposition ce genre de chambre.

Bardzo mała ilość miejsc parkingowych pod hotelem ale wystarczyło przejechać ok 200 m dalej by znaleźć miejsce, Natomiast w sezonie myślę, że parkowanie jest znacznie utrudnione

Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito e ordinato. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. Tornerò sicuramente!

• Messulam (6/5): Hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur de sa réputation. - L’emplacement geographique La qualité du petit déjeuner. Ouvert à 08h la salle ne comprend que trois tables en intérieur pour la totalité des clients donc obligé de patienter en chambre pour revenir à 09h ( ou manger en terrasse sous le vent froid de mai) et trouver un buffet pratiquement vide, quelle déception. La machine à jus de fruits était vide également. 15€ le petit déjeuner est un tarif trop élevé en comparaison d’autres établissements de plus haut standing. Le parking moto 5€par jour est juste à l’extérieur, ferme par une barrière qui ne sert strictement à rien… La chambre ne propose meme pas de gobelets (même en plastique) pour le brossage des dents. Le ménage entre les deux nuits passées n’a ni été proposé ni fait en notre absence. En résumé les photos du site sont magnifiques … le réel est bien différend

• Stephan (7/5): Älteres, aber renoviertes Hotel, Hat uns vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zugesprochen. - Lage ist leicht erhöht über dem Hafen, in 5 Min zu Fuss beim Zentrum und Hafen wo die Restaurants sind. Frühstück war ordentlich und zufriedenstellend. Zimmer ging hintenraus, war aber ok. gross und für uns so i.O. Parkplatz musste für 30 Euro pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlt werden, echt viel. aber vor dem Hotel nur wenige und dauerhaft besetzte Plätze. Kosten für Parkplatz. Entweder gratis oder günstiger.

La vista è meravigliosa e rende il soggiorno davvero speciale. Le camere e tutti gli ambienti erano molto puliti e curati. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e accogliente. Anche la colazione era perfetta, con prodotti buoni e tanta scelta.

• David (8/5): Great location - On arrival the young man managing the front desk was very helpful. The location on the side of the hill provided views to the sea. The atmosphere of the hotel entrance was very good. The room we were given was simple (plain white) with painted decoration on plaster wall lights. A nice en suite shower room. Nice views from the terrace where we had breakfast. Our room was on the back of the hotel with a view over a parking area. There was no drink making facilities in the room and no facilities to obtain drinks, however the helpful young man manning the front desk did manage to provide us with some hot water so we could make a cup of tea. Breakfast was a free for all when we arrived just 10 minutes after breakfast had started, with some foods already run out and in need of replenishing. Best to be early or arrive later when the hot food in particular had been replenished.
• Ana Filipa (6/5): sadly, it was just a place to crash after exploring the area. - the room was clean, and the view from the breakfast balcony was nice. breakfast itself was also good. our shower hose was broken and the tube pierced, we detected upon arrival. half the water running out through the hole in the hose so shower was not pleasant. we reported via the contact we had from hotel - booking chat - and they didnt reply and didnt fix it. we reported again upon check out and they said they would fix it but this changes nothing... also, from one night to the other, the staff pretended to make our bed. they just pushed the blanket on top of the bed and left all the sheets under out of place! This was a bad experience... not worth the money spent. sorry but no!

Vidi se da je uloženo u renoviranje, međutim novi noćni ormarići sa utičnicama i USB priključcima ničemu ne služe jer ne mogu sami da se priključe na napajanje jer utikač ne odgovara utičnici. Frižider u sobi nije radio. Odvod na lavabou i u bideu nije mogao normalno da otiče i voda se zadržavala. Ispod lavaboa se pravila bara od vode. Za pokrivanje smo imali samo tanki čaršav. Kada smo se požalili na to, recepcioner je rekao da hotel ne nudi nikakve prekrivače zato što su oni letnji hotel. U sobi nije bilo čak ni čaše za vodu, a kamoli bar 1 flašice vode kao znak dobrodošlice. Soba je bila izvan hotela, a pogled iz sobe je u samu zgradu hotela. Hotel je inače na velikom uzvišenju i ako idete pešice to može biti problem. Parking je ograničen.

• Kerstin (3/5): - Das einzig tolle ist die Lage und der Blick auf la Maddalena. Das Personal geht gar nicht. Der Concierge ist total gelangweilt und die Frühstücksfrau ein unzumutbarer Drache. Ihre schlurfenden Lakeien scheinen alle noch nie ein Tablett getragen zu haben. Passt aber alles gut zum Frühstück: Auch unterirdisch! Nach dem Motto: Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst. Butter? Gibt's dann halt einfach nicht mehr. Brötchen sind aus.... Der Kaffee ist Naja. Und: probiert niemals den "Saft"! Das Hotel an sich ist sehr hellhörig. Die Betten durchgelegen. Die Dusche führt gegen Abend das erste warme Wasser zu Tage. War bestimmt in den 50/60ern ein tolles Haus. Ist es aber längst nicht mehr. Nie wieder! Trotz der wunderschönen Aussicht.

Se ve que fue un buen hotel hace muchoooos años pero ahora está totalmente desfasado . La escalera para subir a la habitación un horror y la limpieza del armario deficiente. • Mario (6/5): - La posizione molto panoramica su Palau (la camera era all'ultimo piano in un edificio esterno tipo dependance). La camera più grande del normale. La mancanza dell'ascensore. Per raggiungere la camera (come scritto sopra, in un edificio esterno) bisognava salire una scala interna dalla reception, uscire all'aperto in un cortiletto tramite un ponticello, salire una seconda scala di 20 gradini. Anche se il cortiletto era accessibile direttamente con l'auto, non era possibile evitare la seconda scala. La camera dava l'impressione di una ristrutturazione non completata, molti particolari suggerivano lavori di rifinitura interrotti (ad esempio la posa del pavimento, le prese sui comodini non collegate, stipiti delle porte fissati male, sanitari con ancora le etichette, lampade applicate al muro in modo approssimativo, e altro). Il letto matrimoniale era allestito con due lenzuola singole sovrapposte in centro, novità assoluta almeno per me.

No cogimos plaza en el aparcamiento privado, aparcamos abajo en la avenida y algo 'tortuosa' la subida de la cuesta con el equipaje.

• Ottavio (9/5): I would definitely go back again as I enjoyed the atmosphere of that hotel and its panoramic views. - It’s a simple but elegant hotel with beautiful views of Palau, the port, the sea, islands, and it’s relatively easy to walk to the downtown port area. There is also a cafe / restaurant just one block down. The manager was very friendly. The shower head, water flow, and warm water were great. The liquid soap containers were not checked daily and so the soap levels in the shower and sink soon got low to empty. The gated parking and back is good and feels secure, but the surface is full of medium sized rocks whereas asphalt or concrete would be easier to walk and drive on. Those rocks do get near the rear stairway and could cause someone to step on them and trip. There are two floors, but there is no elevator, so be aware of that.

• Sabrina (8/5): Aufgrund der Aussicht sehr zu empfehlen. - Der Blick vom Balkon war grandios! Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Das Bett war extrem wackelig, wir hatten Sorge, das einfaches Umdrehen dazu führt, dass die Bettfüsse weg knicken. Gepäck musste einige Stufen zum Eingang und anschließend nochmal eine (sehr schöne und breite!) Wendeltreppe hochgeschleppt werden.

• Marcin (9/5): ok na dwie noce - Miły kontakt z portierem. Pokoje przez nas wynajęte były średniej wielkości, czyste, z przyjemnym widokiem z balkonu na port i morze. Lokalizacja blisko restauracji i barów i portu z którego wypływają statki na La Madalenę. Pokoje średnio wyciszone, słychać sąsiadów zza ściany i odgłosy z korytarza. Duży taras na wejściu do hotelu gdzie można miło spędzić czas w gronie znajomych. Darmowe parkowanie przy ulicy tuż obok hotelu Stare łóżka które skrzypiały i były głośne podczas najmniejszego ruchu.

• Picci (10/5): Una vista da sogno! - Stanza molto bella e spaziosa con una terrazza privata che dà sul golfo di Palau vista sulla Maddalena e Caprera. Un sogno! Molto pulita, bellissimo bagno e personale estremamente carino e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Se devo proprio trovare un dettaglio, personalmente preferisco delle lampade sul comodino piuttosto che i faretti sul soffitto.

• Hjördís (7/5): - Ok for 2 nights. Very nice young man in the reception, good location and a good looking bathroom. This is not a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel, maybe ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. It is a bit shabby, seen from balcony. The room was very small, and you would hardly see a plastic chair in a 4 star hotel.
• Olivia (7/5): Wunderschöne Lage, das Zimmer könnte man mit wenigen Sachen optimieren. - Die Lage ist super, und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über die ganze Stadt. Das Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten ist geräumig. Leider war die Matratze sehr unbequem und beim Bettgestell müssten dringend mehrere Schrauben angezogen werden. Ebenfalls wird das Hotel die ganze Nacht mit hellen LED Spots von aussen beleuchtet und man hat keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzudunkeln, schade!
