- Amani (3/5): - Clean The hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or people with disabilities when it comes to accessing the courtyard of Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah. There should be an electric elevator to make access easier. In addition, the road leading to the Haram is extremely steep for anyone using a wheelchair, and there is very little cooperation from the staff. The service is also poor. For example, after the rooms are cleaned, tea is not replenished, and when we request it, we have to wait for hours before it is provided.

- shereen (9/5): إقامة رائعة سوف أعود عشرات المرات - الموقع ممتاز والفطور روعةومتنوع .موظفو الفطور كانوا في قمة التعاون والترحيب ومنهم الاستاذ طارق حسين مساحة الغرفة جدا مناسبة والفندق جدا نظيف تسجيل الدخول كان متعب حيث وصلنا الساعة السادسة صباحا ولم نتمكن من الدخول إلا بعد الساعة الثانية والنصف ظهرا أنا احترم قانون الفندق ولكن لاحظت ان النزلاء معظمهم يسجلون الخروج بعد الساعة الثانية ظهرا مما يجعل تسجيل الدخول متاخر للنزلاء الجدد بالنسبة للموقع ممتاز ولكن لا ينصح لكبار السن حيث يتطلب مجهود لصعود المرتفع الذي يقع عليه الفندق
- Aljneibi (5/5): Zero room service - Near the Haram The mat was really dirty stain of food is everywhere, I couldn’t comprehend how they couldn’t notice it while it’s already were noticeable. Plus every time I asked for shower cap, soap, slippers that was ridiculous because the must keep it without the guest being asked for such things!

- Mishary (8/5): - أعجبني الموقع والإفطار والإطلالة والنظافه الفندق على طلعه متعب وسكنت فيه من 7 شهور كان افضل من ناحيه النضافه في اقامتي السابقه كان متوفر جميع الاحتياجات هذي المره لم اجد فرش الأسنان والسليبر كما انهم كانو يقدمون طبق فاكهه في الغرفه لم تتوفر في هذه الاقامه

- Noora (9/5): - بصراحة حابة أشكر طاقم الاستقبال على تعاملهم الراقي، وبالأخص الأخ محيسن والأخ محمد هاشم. من أول لحظة في تسجيل الدخول كانوا في قمة الاحترام والتعاون، وسهّلوا علينا كل الإجراءات بشكل جداً مريح. مع إن الفندق كان زحمة وعليه ضغط كبير يوم الوصول، إلا إنهم كانوا جداً متفهمين وحرصوا يلّبون طلباتنا، ورتبوا لنا الغرف مثل ما طلبنا، وحتى سوّوا لنا ترقية إلى جناح بإطلالة على الحرم، وهذا فعلاً خلّى إقامتنا في مكة تجربة أجمل وأفضل. واضح إنهم كانوا تحت ضغط، لكن أسلوبهم الراقي واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل ما تغيّر، وهذا شيء يُشكرون عليه. الله يعطيهم العافية على جهودهم وحرصهم في خدمة زوّار بيت الله. The ramp to the haram if we are with someone who has a wheelchair can be challenging to go up and down. Yet this not an issue with the location of the hotel.

- Adel (5/5): انصحكم فيه ولكن في غير اوقات الذروه تتاثر جودتهم - الافطار متنوع ولذيذ قريب من الحرم دقيقتين قريب من مذاعم وسوبررماركت اول ما تتصلون يخدمونكم طلبت سرير اضافي شاي وجا بسرعه المكيف بارد كنت طالبه ترقيه ومافي اي رد حتى بالاعتذار عن عدم التوفر الغرفه صغيره مافي ارواب ولا سليبرات قال مخلصه ! ادوات العنايه محيوسه ومشكله واضح بقايا من ناس قبلنا طلبنا اكل للغرفه رز ولحم الله بكرم النعمه ريحته سيئه ومافيه طعم
